I had a great experience with SoCal Plumbing & Rooter. Joseph responded within minutes to my Yelp inquiry and was able to schedule a home consultation for the next day. Mario came early (and I received a phone call alerting me) and assessed the problem. After I signed off on the work to be done, he started working. He successfully unclogged my drain, changed the p trap out to a better fit, and made it so my sink wasn't regurgitating water every time I used the dishwasher or garbage disposal (gross). The whole process took under an hour. Quick and easy, just what I needed from a plumbing service! Mario was professional and friendly. I was able to easily pay with a card, and I was emailed a receipt. I would absolutely use this company again. Thanks, SoCal Plumbing and extra thanks to Mario! Doing dishes no longer infuriates me!

We had a leaking spigot in the back of the house most likely due to age.  I tried a few amateur fixes that I saw on Youtube, but they weren't working and I was afraid I was going to break it worse.  We called Incredible Plumber and they were able to get us scheduled real quick.  They came..they saw...they fixed!  In and out within an hour, and that includes running out to get parts.  He showed me a few tips on how to change a spigot in the future, and also recommended I change my main water valve without being pushy on having him do it.  Just a friendly recommendation.

This company is professional, honest and skilled.  Being a family owned business they don't charge the extreme prices bigger companies do to cover their overhead.  The communication is great and they did what was contracted and in the time frame they promised.  Will definitely use again!!

The plumber was tired and exhausted, which is odd because he was the owner. I would've given them more stars, except while I was in the kitchen, he came in the back with this hugely dirty and disgusting machine to rod my toilet, WITHOUT COVERING THE FLOOR. Which means sewage from all over Los Angeles can from the back door, all the way through my daughter's bedroom, and into her bathroom.
He got the job done, but I had to stop everything and mop a huge section of our home. In this day and age, sanitation is important. He gets no stars in that department.

Excellent service!  I had a small faucet leak and found them on Yelp.  I called and they came within a few hours, fixed the problem, and was out of there in no time.  Easy and simple!  Will definitely recommend and use them again!!
