Best Toilet Repair in Long Beach CA
Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. Very fair pricing and great customer service! Will be calling them again for my future plumbing issues. Thanks Alpine

Ixtapa Construction did our kitchen remodel, and not only was the work completed with craftsmanship but we were treated with caring and a truly professional touch.
Jay and Alex were great people to work with. They answered my (and husband's) many questions and were very patient and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project.
We were also very pleased with the job itself. Ixtapa Construction did a great job while respecting the timeline and budget. Jay also kindly helped to fix some problems left by the previous contractors. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed. Highly recommend!

Great service. Was referred by a friend. Was not disappointed. Kris showed up promptly and completed the job precisely and professionally. We had a clogged drain and a leak that was left cleared and sealed. Hopefully won't be needing your services to often but if we do, you're the one to call. Thank you again. Oh.... price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Luis and his team went above and beyond to fix an urgent issue - a gas leak in my house. They took the job, resourced the correct equipment, fixed the leak in under 2 hours. True professionals, I would definitely use them again!

Jesse helped to repair a faucet that was leaking. He really went above and beyond to go buy a new faucet and get it repaired. It has been working great ever since! He is communicative and has always been on time. Highly recommend!

Julio came out quickly and installed my new faucet, replacing the old leaky one.
I will definitely be using them in the future.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. Now I can see why recent reviews have given this business low ratings. This business is not reliable and is not ready to meet with customers. I scheduled an appointment between 8:00-10:00 am and they never showed up. I waited almost 3 hours. I called several times and spoke with Tony, he said the plumber will be at my place before 10:00 am. They never showed up. Tony didn't even make a courtesy call to let me know they weren't coming. This shows what type of customer service they offer. In a way, I am glad I found out now then later. I spoke with Tony at 10:40am he said the reason why his plumber didn't show up was due to the coronavirus. This was even sadder to hear that Tony would use the coronavirus as an excuse of not showing up. I told Tony if they are not prepared to meet with customers they should at least inform their callers in advance that they are not ready to do business. They should not make appointments if they can't meet with customers. They just wasted my time and now I have to wait another day or 2 to get another plumber.

I called the company at 7:45 (prior to then their phone systems just said unable to connect at this time, try later) Although it was strange that there was no voicemail I was happy when I got through and they were able to send someone to my home by 8am. They were prompt and he spent about 45 minutes running the snake through my pipes all the way to the street, over and over again. Apparently there was ALOT of grease build up. I've had two other plumbers come out that did a quick job and my sink clogged back up again within 6 months. After watching all of the black gunk come out of the sink trap I feel pretty confident that I won't need a plumber again in 6 months. Steve was the technician and he was very professional.

We called Robert for an urgent water heater replacement and he was there the very next morning. Fast, efficient, affordable and most important, reliable. He also quickly diagnosed a few other issues we were having. I highly recommend them!

We have an old-ish house, and we have required a wide range of plumbing services over the years. Belmont Plumbing is THE BEST we have ever dealt with: extremely competent professionals that do a great job, stand by their work, and leave the place cleaner than when they arrived. They always follow up with phone messages, and have never left us hanging (which other service providers have in the past). If I could give them ten stars, I would. It is so reassuring for us to have a service provider that we can count on to do professional work at a reasonable rate. I also really appreciate that they use the best possible parts and supplies, and they charge very fair prices for them as well - way better than the stuff from Home Depot that other places use. BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER.

We had a new gas dryer installed on Sunday and I noticed a very strong gas smell after the guys installed it. My husband and I didn't know what to do so we called around looking for plumbers. Since it was Sunday, nobody was available. When we called prolific plumbing, Kody advised us on how to turn off the gas line correctly. Kody came out the next day to check out our leak, and I'm glad we called because I found out that we had some funky installation! We have an old home, so he put in a new gas valve, a better gas line to the dryer, sealed everything properly, and made sure everything was compatible. I ran the dryer to test it and Kody continued to check if there was any more leaking which gave me a peace of mind. I talked to him about other issues we had and asked him to check out some recently installed equipment since we had a house renovation and he suggested some things to me for the future. Kody was very clam, professional, friendly, informative, and understanding which is great because I know nothing about plumbing. Payment was very fast and easy and he explained what I was signing. I feel great and relieved about his service because he was very thorough, so I will definitely use this company again for any future needs!

ProFix deserves every 5-star review! We have a 1950's home with 1 bathroom. Our tub had a clog forever but then our toilet became clogged. I quickly scrambled online to request quotes. ProFix was the least expensive and the one who could come out to my house the fastest. SOLD!
That same day I was given an estimated time of arrival. I know it's just an estimate. Gregory called to let me know his current job was running late which wasn't a problem. It's not always easy to know how long a job will take. He arrived probably 30 minutes after the estimated window but the fact that he called previously and texted to let me know when he was en route was perfect. I like someone who has excellent communication skills.
Once he got to my house he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and went to work. The clog in the toilet and tub drain was fixed and life went back to normal for a few months.
We noticed a little lake developing in our front yard. We do not have sprinklers, hadn't watered, and we did not experience rain for quite some time so we knew something else was going on. It looked like a busted pipe. I called ProFix and they came out the next day to take a look. It was indeed a busted water main. Thankfully it was covered by my homeowner's insurance. My homeowner's insurance was fairly surprised at the estimated; it was a few thousand less than that they were expecting. They quickly approved the estimate, mailed me a check and the work began. It took 1.5 days to dig up my entire front yard (including under 2 concrete paths), replace the water main, and put everything back together. The guys were quick, efficient and when they left it barely looked like anything had happened to my yard. Greg and his team did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process and now we have a main that we can turn off at the house level instead of going all the way to the street.
We're now in need of a new toilet, replacement of pipes under the bathroom sink, and a new garbage disposal installation (I don't trust the BF with anything electrical). I know who I'm going to call.

100% satisfied with Leak Detector services provided by Corey.
I'd gotten tagged by City of HB for doubling my water usage, could find no obvious leak, and was told by the City Water Dept rep that, if I couldn't see water, I could have a slab leak.
After freaking out, I called Corey and he came out immediately, was very thorough in searching for a leak, checked our meter and confidently told me that we had no leak anywhere and no problem with our meter.
I'm quite relieved to find that I have no problem and I'm grateful to Corey for his diligence and reassurance. He's very professional and very nice as well!

I will be calling this company back to clear any of my drains. As I was driving I saw one of their vans driving aside me and notice a $39 dollar drain cleaning price. I was very impressed I couldn't belief how cheap it was. I will let my friends and family know about I love sewers.

I felt that my call for service was billed to high. I expressed my concerns to the owner mr Stephens. He was totally polite and reasonable. He heard me out and worked with me. We were able to resolve the concern. His ability to be reasonable was greatly appreciated

Finally! An honest plumber who is very helpful as well ! We picked Scotty's based on great Yelp reviews and wholeheartedly agree with the many other customers who were so pleased with their experience. In our case, it all started with a dishwasher that an appliance repair guy thought had a plumbing issue. I called and spoke to Corey, who came out that day. He assessed the problem (actually a leaky faucet, but he also inspected our very old dishwasher). He recommended the best quality faucet to buy (Hansgrohe from Costco) and suggested replacing the dishwasher because the repairs would not make economic sense. Then he left and didn't charge a penny! That was it for me: he could have easily charged for his time and expertise (I paid $50 to the appliance guy who got it wrong and was here for less time). After ordering both the new faucet and dishwasher from Costco (which I highly recommend doing because their pricing is better and their warranty and delivery services are FAR better than Lowes or Home Depot), I called Corey back to do the installation. Along the way, I learned that a permit was required, and I called Corey for help. I knew it would cost more to ask him to obtain the permit, so he gave me advice on how to go about getting it myself (for small projects like this, there is an express permit queue at the city building and planning offices, which I would not have learned on my own). While I wasn't pleased with the permit requirement and its $149 cost (I am challenging this through our councilperson), I would have spent hours waiting had I not learned of the accelerated process. The point is that Corey saved me time and money, but the real appeal is his commitment to serving his clients with all-around excellence. Scotty's Family Plumbing is our plumber for life. Even better: They're local, prompt, really nice and professional!
