Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget. They are very competitive and you can really trust them! We are planning on converting our garage into ADU next year and there is no hesitation it will be with them.

Luis was a blessing when he answered my request ! Very honest and thorough and went the extra mile. It was  Sunday and I woke up finding downstairs with a flooded bathroom. Noticed couple leaks from the valves and started looking up Yelp for any plumber. Roto rooter and all the other plumbers weren't available except for urgent LA plumbing.

I did the request with Yelp and he was very responsive and asked the detail questions to make sure my concerns were addressed. He came that night and got it done and explained what needs to be done.

He went the extra mile and made sure the toilet seats and plumbing in the bathroom are all in working conditions.  

I would definitely recommend Luis for plumbing and share his name and business around Southern California.

I contacted Jesse at Saturday evening on call and he came Sunday early morning on time!
I sent him pictures for estimate and it was reasonable fee. ( it was Toilet tank valve problem, no fill water. And no space to back side of toilet. Need to move toilet first before fix.) - He explained how to fix the toilet problem on the phone.
Anyway, He was very professional, friendly,
on time, quick job and reasonable fee.

I had an issue with a stuck garbage disposal, and Graham Plumbing was able to help me get through.  First, they respond very quickly to messages on Yelp.  Second, they are knowledgeable on their work and made some suggestions to try and troubleshoot the problem.  Turns out, of them helped with my issue (that broom handle trick works), and so I did not need them to visit and fix in person.  Honest and professional, focused on customer service, even if it means missing out on business. If I have another issue Graham will be first on the list of places I call.

Love love love this company! They came the same day I called, fixed the problem and didn't charge us a fortune! I would highly recommend:)

This is a very reputable company. Very happy to do business with them. Eddie was fantastic, he came on time after their office called me to say that someone was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment.

Eddie ran into some challenges due to some old drain piping, but solved the issue quickly. He leak tested everything after he was done and cleaned up, leaving the sink cabinet cleaner than when he arrived. The quality of Eddie's work is easily five stars. He worked very efficiently and was genuinely a friendly guy. (I've had ok plumbers with terrible attitudes before, but that's another post.) Eddie made me look like a rock star when my wife came home and saw the installation.

Bottom line: I would highly recommend Mattucci for any plumbing needs and if it's possible, ask for Eddie!

Talk about unprofessional! We had been satisfied with this company until they completely backed out of a commitment with no notice. They quoted and then committed to doing a big job for us. The day before the job, they called to cancel, saying 2 guys were sick. They said they would call back to reschedule us for after the upcoming holiday. We called and left messages twice to reschedule and never got so much as the courtesy of the return phone call they had promised upon canceling.  

I'm thoroughly disappointed by how rudely and unprofessionally we were treated by this company. I thought we had found a reliable plumber and they turned out to be just the opposite.

We had two or three small jobs, and he came to the house with a good attitude and work ethic.
Answers the phone DIRECTLY, and I felt like we were getting professional help from a small company that takes pride in their work.

I will call Robert again if we needed plumbing work done.

Belmont Plumbing is outstanding, I left a message on Sunday and provided them with brief info about blocked drains and time frame of my availability on Monday Eve. They came back with a time slot of 3:30 PM which was perfect. Of course I thought they would probably run late or be committed to another job. Wrong, their nice office staff kept me informed throughout the day. I arrived at the property at 3:45 PM and both Father and Son were busy taking care of the blockage. This was the first time I felt Very satisfied with a local Plumbing Company. They were very fair cost wise. Thank you Belmont Plumbing.

Kody Rivas was a dream come true! He arrived on time, correctly evaluated the problem, fixed it at a fair price and even stabilized the toilet at no extra charge! I had all of my drainage replaced  in 2009. Until recently have never had a stoppage a drain back up aside from the occasional hair build up from my wife. Yesterday everything was draining slow and then the tub backed up. I figured it had to be a mainline issue. I went through Yelp and called out ProFix. Greg arrived within 35 minutes. Diagnosed it being a mainline clog (as I figured) he attempted to snake through my toilet drain (as I have no MAIN CLEANOUT!‍) but was unsuccessful. Greg suggested a two way clean out to avoid accessing the home in the future. I agreed and work was done in 3 hours. Drain is working, wife is happy , and he was very reasonable as I have inquired about pricing for this procedure in the past. Thank you Greg you have a customer for life!

This was a pretty good experience considering the issue. Cory came over right away and fixed the issues in a couple days. Would definitely call him again.

Just had a new HVAC installed by Chris & Trevor.  I was not looking forward to the day but everything went very smooth.  A team of four arrived on time to get the job started.  They were clean and professional.  I would recommend Stephens plumbing, a family owned business.

Have left 2 messages. No response. It's been 4-5 days. Will try someone else.
Needed a dishwasher valve replaced but no return call.

I Went to this plumbing supply store yesterday to pick up a toilet.  This placed is primarily used by licensed plumbers so don't go here if you are expecting displays. You need to know exactly what you are wanting as you will be greeted by a large counter and that's about it. The people behind the counter suck at looking happy but I take it that they basically only want to deal with licensed contractors. That being said I can't say they are good at recommending products but the good news is there are several licensed plumbers at this place also getting their supplies for the day and gave recommendation on what they prefer and why.  The individual behind the counter just listed off different brands which is not helpful. I was looking for I recommend this one brand and here is why (especially because you can't see what you are buying before hand). After my purchase they without asking loaded my new toilet into my car which was awesome and why they got 2 stars verses 1. So don't expect much from the people who work there but maybe you will get lucky and have a contractor who is there to give some recommendations like I did.  

I do like the way Lowe's and Home Depot are set up but the products they sell related to toilet and water heaters all suck.
