Pristine Plumbing came out right away for our water leak.  They walked us thru on the phone how to shut the water down.  Once they arrived, the representative Anthony quick evaluated the situation, gave us a several options for repair and pricing.  Very professional.  The work was done in a clean manner and timely.  Will definitely use again and recommend.

Our plumbers, Jesus and Albert, were polite and took the time to explain everything to us. We had a problem with the bathroom sinks overflowing and draining extremely slow. They came out to snake the pipes twice. They made sure not to make and leave a mess. Great business!

Had the pleasure of working with Sigi & Luis on a mystery leak that tripled my water bill. They narrowed down the leak location to between the water heater closet and the laundry room. From there they very neatly cut small section of the wall out and installed shut off valves to the 4 cold water pipes that go into the ground, this detective work isolated one of the pipes as the leaker stopping the meter spin in its tracks! Great work guys, will have them back to dig up the slab in that area (fingers crossed) and replace that pipe! Thanks again!

Everything cleaned up and put back better than it was before

we called prodigy plumbing to look at our old and broken-down sewer pipes, and to do some other miscellaneous work. The big ticket item was a break in our sewer main, which they had to cut up some concrete and dig down to access. once they got there, they found the break had been sealed in with concrete. They removed the concrete at no additional charge which we appreciated very much. They fixed the break, descaled our sewer, and gave us an epoxy liner. Then they sealed the hole back up again and installed an access panel above it. the newly laid concrete is professionally done so you hardly notice the trench they had to cut.

they also gave us a new standpipe for our washer and disconnected a pipe which the previous sellers had installed incorrectly, in such a way that it did not drain.

overall we are incredibly happy with the work they did and will definitely be considering them for any future work we might need.
