Best Septic System Cleaning in Long Beach CA

This guy will flake on you...even knowing you have taken off from work to have work done and knowing you have inspection scheduled for the next day...our work had been scheduled a week in advance but took a back seat on the day of.
Work was scheduled at 9 am...at 11, he texted to say they would wrap up and be over as soon as possible... 3 hours later (after receiving no further update) I inquired as to if they were coming or not... no response...what an ASS!
Good luck to you if you choose this guy.

I dont know how i can give them negative 5 star because they deserve it. I had minor leakage and they broke the entire roofing of my kitchen above, and put sharkbite which generally costs $5-$10 at home depot.  They charged me $450 just to put sharkbite on the pipe. I do not recommend them. They steal your money. But they are very responsive to the messages. Anyway thanks prestine for your business.

This was our first time using Socal. I live in El Cajon and had no idea they were traveling from Long Beach! This is a new vendor for our company and let me tell you they are absolutely amazing!! Sigi did not waste any time once he arrived. He assessed the job and immediately let me know what had to be done.. We knew the vanity had to be replaced so that was sitting outside. He noticed it and also installed that for us too!! Polite, professional and very knowledgeable!! I will definitely call them again and always request Sigi! Thanks again!! You did a wonderful job!!

First, this is my first time posting on Yelp. I'm posting this because I have had an Excellent experience with Prodigy Plumbing. From the first call thru the repair.
Mark the owner was so nice and helpful in the first phone call, trying to help me over the phone how to try and fix it myself. I have never had  someone take the amount of time Mark did to help me. I didn't feel rushed at all to get me off the phone.
Michael was the repair person who came out to do the repair again excellent.
Called me ahead to tell me he was on his way which I so appreciate. He was so nice from the beginning and professional. As he was doing the repair he showed me what the problem was and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. Since I had thought I could fix it and had things taken apart he did not once make me feel dumb again very professional.

The pricing for the job I had done was more then fair!
