Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Long Beach CA

Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

Recently hired Kris to install a high-end water filter for me. He was very professional and friendly from the beginning. He provided me with a fair estimation of the job and did the work without any problems.

Luis was very courteous and respectful,. He called me by my name once while he was at our property, all other times he called me sir. I'm not used to people calling me sir, but I liked it.  

It was a small job installing a new faucet that I couldn't get done without it leaking, but he knew what to do. He also managed to get it level, which again was something I couldn't do.

His price was only $5 more than my local plumber who couldn't get to me until the next day. I contacted Luis at 2:12PM here on Yelp and he had arrived, completed the job and was on to his next project by 4:00.

I hope to not NEED to call him again, but if I have the need, I certainly will.

Last night we had our family Thanksgiving because we can't all get together on actual Thanksgiving.  I bought a house approximately 30 days ago and there has been some problems, well the biggest problem was the plumbing there's blockage in the mainline and Rodrigo and David came out and fixed the issue. I am completely blown away with Rodrigo's professionalism and understanding of plumbing problems. They came mediately within the hour and fix the problem. Thank you gentlemen!

Hot water heater went out of course during one of the coldest storms of winter. Graham Plumbing was able to set up next day service to come out and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately our old hot water heater was a lost cause, but Chris was able to replace the unit for us, even as it started raining again. Many thanks to you guys for helping us out! Will definitely calling for any additional plumbing needs!

My shower drain was clogged and all this nasty black water started coming up out of it. The water from the bathroom sink was coming up into the shower too. I got onto Yelp to search for a plumber and read great reviews about Rubio's so I decided to try them out. I called Rubio's Plumbing and left a voicemail and I got a call back within a few minutes. I spoke to Robert- he was really nice, asked about the problem and gave me an eta as to how early he could get here. It was the same day so it was perfect for me. Fernando showed up and was also super polite and kind, just like Robert. He got to work right away and fixed my shower drain. I felt the price was fair and the customer service was right on. I will definitely use Rubio's again and I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Oh, and Fernando was really clean, he didn't leave a mess or anything. That's always appreciated.

They do a great job, they're reliable, and fairly priced. All I have to do is call and say help and I know it'll be taken care of.

I called Nexgen for an estimate to replace a leaking Asbestos/Transite furnace flue.  They responded promptly and provided a competitive estimate which I approved.  When the contract was prepared though, I noticed they planned to use single wall pipe, and there were special instructions saying a new roof cap 'should be installed'.  When I asked, the estimator said the install team would decide whether it was necessary to replace the old (leaking) roof cap.  

The crew showed up late for their install window, and sat in their truck for another 40 minutes before approaching the house...then knocked on the door requesting to take a photo.  Shortly after, the Nexgen estimator called me, requesting an additional $600 above the contract amount, claiming the flue went through a soffit he hadn't noticed.  Having done some construction, I politely informed him that I was looking at the roof and the pipe did not go through a soffit.  But the estimator said he couldn't disagree with his people onsite.  I refused to pay and Nexgen left.      

Yesterday, I had the work done using another company, including proper disposal of the Transite pipe with an abatement company, and installation of a double-walled flue with new vent cap.  The repair confirmed the vent went straight through the roof - not through a soffit.  And the total cost was 40% less than Nexgen requested.

In the process of digging a pool in my backyard, I noticed that water was coming in from 2 different locations so I contacted The Leak Locator and within 5 minutes, Cory, the owner, responded to me stating that he would be at my place the next day.  As promised, Cory and his team showed up at our place at the exact time.  Not only was Cory punctual, but he performed a thorough inspection and test of our backyard and also our neighbors' backyards to eliminate any potential leaks that might be coming from our neighbors.  At the end of the day, Cory and his team were amazing to work with and they were extremely professional and courteous.  If you feel that you have leaks or experience any plumbing issues, I would reach out to The Leak Locator as I was very satisfied with their overall service.  I would definitely call Cory and his team again.

Our landlord has been using Stephens for about five years or so now, ever since a previous plumber showed up hungover, creeped us out, and blatantly tried to rip off the landlord (we like our landlord).  We've always had good, fast service from them and I believe they are fairly priced.  We just went through a super confusing gas leak issue and Hector from Stephens was right there with us trying to get everything sorted out with the gas company.  He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly and really wanted to get our gas back on, even though it seemed like the universe was against us and wanted us to have cold showers forever.

I hired Scotty's Family Plumbing because of all the excellent reviews.  I have to say,  ALL of the reviews were correct.  Corey came out,  he's young but very knowledgeable, fair, calm, pleasant and NO Plumbers crack.  My shower had stopped draining, sink was slow and shower head was leaking.   He didn't charge me to clean the sink and gave me all the prices before he worked.  I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber, it's comforting there is a business that still customer friendly.

Thank god for ASAP rooter & plumbing ! My mom moved into an older house that had plumbing issues constantly!! But I called and Christian and his team came out right away !! They were so quick to come out and find the problem, they were patient and kind and EXTREMELY efficient! I would highly recommend them!

Cisco is great. My kitchen sink is clogged and I have tried many ways to snake it by myself before calling knockout plumbing & repipe. Cisco comes on time, very polite and knowledgable, not only solve the problem but also let me know the correct way to using a drain snake. Cisco also give me extra information about dealing with old house with old plumbing system. Good job with reasonable price. Thank you Cisco, will definitely call knockout plumbing again in the future.

Our main sewage line was backed up, Jayson with Chase Pluming and Drains was very responsive and professional. It's always nice to use a family-owned business, and these guys were pros. They even arrived ahead of schedule. 100% recommend.

This is a vendor that was hired by Beach Cities Management to fix a drainage clog. They left left Feces and urine on our KITCHEN floor for over 24 hours after their plumbers botched our downstairs toilet and kitchen sink (photos attached).

They caused the initial damage, and sent someone back to fix it. Well when they did, they left his mess behind.

Please do not use them. They left without saying anything as well.

The owner is a liar in the comment section below, and I've also uploaded a photo of the invoice that property management charged us to have someone clean-up their mess. So, not only will they leave a mess, they are willing to lie about it publicly. Read the other one star reviews, there is a trend! Don't give them your business!

This Co has gone downhill....I scheduled an appointment to install a toilet...The Tech they sent was inexperienced..After an hour he had mounted the toilet but told me he couldn't connect the water supply because the Ballcock intake on the Cistern wasn't 7/8,and he had zero idea what to do other than contact Toilet Company....So he left,toilet not hooked up,he didn't even caulk around botton of toilet....He charged me $147!!!....After he left,I read the instructions...The Ballcock intake had an adapter,which I unscrewed and enabled me to connect water supply in 5 minutes...There are plenty of good plumbers in Long Beach,sadly Gorusch is no longer one of them
