Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Long Beach CA

Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

KNC had been out to my house to install a toilet a couple of years ago. This time, my kitchen drain was backed up. KNC had the most reasonable price quote. Other local plumbers wanted upwards of twice or even three times what KNC quoted me. Kristopher arrived early and was in and out in less than half an hour. I'll definitely hit him up if I need a plumber in the future.

Thank you Mattucci Plumbing.  Our water heater stopped heating water.  Yikes!  It was 4:00 when I called for help.   Their receptionist Jenny was so sweet and helpful.  She found our invoice from the installation (2015) and sent Joey out for an 'after hours call who was so helpful.  We are older and just can't work on our home like we used to.  We were so thankful for Joey.  He was able to  relight our water heater and cleaned it out of cobwebs and debris.  Its still lit as of this review.  Yea!  We really can't thank Mattucci enough for their prompt help   Thank you Jenny and Joey.  You saved the day!

My water heater was leaking and I contacted Jesse via Yelp for a quote. He responded right away and we scheduled an appointment for that same weekend. His service was professional, speedy, and affordable. On the day he replaced by my heater, I asked if he could help me fix a water leak I had on a pipe. He made a quick run to Home Depot to buy materials and brought someone to help with the soldering. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend his services!

I called about a faulty shower that did not produce hot water.  After a couple of hours work and replacing the cartridge twice, no luck.  I paid $98 and not only was I left without hot water but no water at all.  I was told the repair would require breaking a wall and a hefty bill to replace the plumbing.  Before signing up, I called another plumber who took 5 minutes to adjust the cartridge.  The problem was fixed.

Disappointed that the problem was not identified earlier and when I asked about next steps it was upwards of $1k.

Outstanding, reliable, consistent, quick service and repair.  they don't try to upsell you on parts and labor; they take care of what needs to be done.  Renee gets back to you right away, Matt always enters my house with clean feet and a kind and helpful attitude.  Both sent our family a condolence card in response to a death in the family; such a community and gracious extra mile to go for customers...they get it...I'd always call them first and I'd always trust them and believe their judgement with  repairs.

We've been using NEXGen for a few years now.  Recently we converted our units to electric because of the solar panels we had installed.  They came out, and looked at our older units and gave us a great price.  What's more, they had out systems all installed within a a few days. Arturo, Ulises and Marvin were great and did a great and professional job.  Even explained to us everything that they were doing and how it would be done.  Fast forward a few weeks later, had a small issue with our Nest that came with the units.  They came out same day and got it resolved on the spot.  Great service, great company.  Will continue doing business with them.

Unfortunately, the gas company turned off my gas without warning when a small gas leak was detected outside my home.  The leak was small enough that two other professionals could not locate it, but large enough that the gas company would not consent to turn the gas back on (my gas bill is usually around $6/mo, so it must have been very small).  Fortunately, Cory was able to locate the site of the gas leak with his specialized equipment, and by opening a small portion of drywall. Had he not been able to detect the leak, the next step would have been to open walls throughout the house in order to isolate sections of pipe to find it. That would have been the worst case scenario and I'm so grateful that he was able to find it straight away!  Would recommend Cory to anyone; he was punctual, cleaned up the area in which he was working, and was friendly and communicative.

Drew and Ponco were amazing! They didn't replace my AC when originally I was told I needed a replacement; they just fixed what needs fixing. They didn't rip me off. Super impressed

Returned my call quickly and could be to my house within the hour.  Efficient and effective in snaking the drain and fixing our backed up plumbing.

We had a leak in our front yard planter. We didn't discover it until a Thursday evening. Called that night and got a general quote over the phone and they came out first thing the next morning. Christian and one other guy came and were very kind and helpful. Got to work and were done by noon. Great price and great service. This review is for the responsiveness and customer service I received from Francisco! Middle of the day, all of a sudden a significant amount of water started to seep across my kitchen floor from under the cabinet and/or the wall behind the cabinet. Ciscos Plumbing came thru within an hour of my call, and Francisco quickly helped me repair my water pipes. I was so glad he came so quickly cause I was stressing out, he could definitely tell over the phone. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!

Vic and Abel came to fix my leaky tub. What awesome guys! My handy neighbor initially attempted to fix the leaks but no success. They identified that the seats of the knobs were worn and replaced them. My new cheap-o landlord claimed that it is the tenants responsibility for all plumbing leaks and Vic and Abel confirmed that something this deep in the system is arguably the landlord's responsibility. Vic showed me the parts that were worn and described how the knob system works. They were super knowledgeable and very kind. Make sure you ask for Vic and Abel for your repair!

Crisis were very reasonable, came to care of an issue right away, quoted me something but then when he came, he actually gave me at a lower price. Excellent customer service.

My fiancé and I recently moved into our first home and of course had plumbing issues with our kitchen sink not soon long after. We were connected with Daniel's Plumping- their work, kindness, and articulate staff are extremely helpful and caring. They knew right away the issue and were off the to hardware store and repaired everything in under an hour! They don't try to hide anything from you and work to give you fair pricing and not screw you over. We will definitely be using them (but hopefully not ;)) in the future for any issues!

Recently conned by these con artists. Charged $1200 for changing a cartridge for the shower valve.  First they said said they do this and that. Once the work started they she we might save you money.  More like save them time and effort and still charged what they quoted. I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER THESE CROOKED PLUMBERS! BET YOUR ASS ON THAT!
