I had needed yard work done for my home and needed it done fairly quickly. I called Jose and he was able to come out and quote me on the work. He's very knowledgeable as well. Within the day he had my front yard and backyard looking great! Thank you so much for you and your crew's hard work! I Would definitely recommend.

I think this is singlehandedly the best contract work I've experienced in years!  Parker picked up my call on the first try and, through a series of text, calls, and pictures, was able to give me an honest, frank assessment.  We scheduled in the techs and they showed up exactly on time.  Sam even texted me to let me know they were 20 minutes out.

While here, they were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property & family.  They completed the water heater replacement on time, kept the work area clean, and answered my questions.  They were even masked the entire time.  Sam also gave me tips on how to reduce future problems by draining calcium buildup.

Finally, the water heater they installed was a Rheem...very high quality.  It now sits next to a Rheem furnace, which was installed in 1971.  It was probably not the cheapest route we could've gone, but we went Home Depot cheap the last time and here we are again 7 years later, replacing an inferior product and bringing us back into code (which apparently we weren't in).

Excellent customer service, professional, knowledgeable, expert-level care.  No need to look any further.

I finally heard back as to why I never heard back from them after the initial visit and plan for repairs.  I understand how a family crisis can interrupt your business but there are ways to manage your business that don't leave your customers in a lurch, or at least let them know what is going on.

I had a plumbing issue and I contacted Ricardo, I was provided a quote along with a separate quote to rebuild the damaged area. Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.

Highly recommend! Had a very slow draining kitchen sink, these guys were referred by a co-worker after I had contacted without success two other plumbers. Like they say third times the charm. They were willing to come out after I got off work at 5p without charging me a $200 emergency fee...ahem, Mike Diamond. They had to access the drain through the roof, but had it cleared in no time and for less than $100. These guys will now be my first call instead of my second or third.

Amazing Rooter Team is very professional and in Particular Victor, who helped me install water softener System. appreciate the clean work they did in my house. I recommend these guys they are reliable and economical.

My air conditioner needed refrigerant added. I had this done previously in the past, once per summer (2x last couple years).

I hired a new company because I saw that they were local.

The technician that came to work on it and I discussed this when he got on site. He checked the system and confirmed that it was low. He told me he didn't have enough on him so he would need to return to the office to get more. He arrived at 9:15, brought me the receipt at 12:15. He attempted to charge me for the full 3 hours even though he was gone for over an hour. He removed one hour after sharing that I thought he should have come prepared.

I called the office and explained to them that I still felt like I had been overcharged as it doesn't take more than 30-45 mins to top off the refrigerant (based on the last two tech visits from other companies, they only charged an hour). I requested to speak with the owner (not available) and then requested they review the invoice and confirm it was appropriate. No response.

To be fair, they were responsive, sent out a tech the day after I called and left a message. The tech fixed the immediate issue (adding refrigerant) and the system is cooling the house as expected.
