Why is it that when you least expect something to stop working, its on the weekend!!!! In trying to do the right thing and maintain water heater by yearly flush, ended up unable to relight burner. What now? The thought of having to force myself to start the process of plumber calling is always terrifying, for me. After 45 minutes of misery and so so reviews, in frustration of googling city, plumber over and over again KNC Plumbing popped up, the 5 star reviews catching my eye and after reading thru comments, I was sold! But by now it was Sunday, and I took the first appt I could get, on Tues- because no charge to come out!  Tues comes and I get a text notifing me plumber will be on time and he was! Didn't help my anxiety, as its diagnosing the problem that eats away at you- BUT - plumber on time, whose name is Kristopher with great attitude and mask, apologized for not being able to come on Monday, asked what is the issue and quickly sloved our problem in 1 minute! Obviously relighting a pilot light is not rocket science (unless you have an olde tank that's fussy) but the fact that he did not didley around, look here look there, make discouraging comments , make us sweat it out by pretending it could be a number of problems or  pressure selling me on needing new tank etc etc etc.... speaks to me!!!!.  He simply calmly explained what went wrong , fixed it, told us how and guess what-all at NO CHARGE!!!!  We found Kristopher overwhelming expedient who doesn't waste time in solving problems and certainly didn't try to take advantage of a stressful siuation. He  stated he has worked in the business for many years, bet he knows it all, and with his proffessional manner of treating customers like they matter, will keep building a loyal customer base.  Kristopher is licensed and can be reached directly at 562.584.3566

Top notch service!  Why can't everyone run a business this way?!  Belmont Pluming is professional, timely, and congenial.  I am totally comfortable with their employees and complete services are performed expediently and in good form!  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Renee in the office and Chandler in the field.  Not that I want to need plumbing services anytime, soon, but making their acquaintance again will be a pleasure!

Unreliable and unresponsive. Mario charged three times more than he should have to caulk the area around our grill. When he actually showed up a few days later than we initially agreed he had two other people (male and female ) with him. The female did absolutely nothing but sit on my chair reading her phone. When I contacted him regarding the area that was missed he replied he would come by on Sunday to correct it. Sunday came and no response from Mario. Texted him again and no response. In all honesty Mario wasn't even the one who did the work the other guy did. I wouldn't recommend him due to his poor work ethic, price, and lack of honesty and customer service.

As President of my building's HOA, I was tasked with finding a solid plumber for the building, including big plumbing projects (re-piping the buildings approx. 50-year-old subterranean cast iron drain pipes). Big League provided a workable quote for a building low on reserves and got the job done right, passing city inspections, and getting us hooked up with a concrete contractor that also provided a good quote. Hector has been communicative, keeping me posted on the project and speaking to owners who have questions and concerns. Overall, the bid was fair, the work was solid, and the experience working with Big League has been a positive one.

I've never been compelled to write a good review more than with these guys. I had a late-night hot water heater leak emergency on a Friday night and I thought I was screwed because it was right before the weekend and I had family visiting from out of town. I needed to get someone out ASAP and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to. I called, left a message, and within ten minutes (maybe sooner) I received a text asking for pics from Zorro (Zohran the owner). I sent back pics of the heater and within minutes he responded with recommendations and a quote. I explained to him my situation and he set up a 9:30AM appointment for the next day (Saturday). The next morning Arsen and crew came right on time, fully masked, and gave a 2nd look to make sure the original diagnosis was correct. Once I had that peace-of-mind, they picked up the new heater from the supplier and got to work. This is where I wish I could give them an extra star. It turns out that our built-in housing for the unit is easy to get the old heater out of, but EXTREMELY challenging to fit a new heater into. The angle and layout of the area is very tight (not to mention they make the 75gallon units taller now). To make a long story longer (sorry), Arsen and crew busted their a***s to get that thing in. It was a much harder install than what was anticipated but they kept up a good demeanor the entire time. To top it all off, they made a couple of positioning adjustments and hardware updates to make the whole setup much better. The original quote from Zorro was honored (a totally reasonable cost based on my research), and the guys went on their way. The whole situation was resolved by mid-afternoon. All around a fantastic experience with this company! I hope they keep it up (I have no doubt they will), and I hope you give them your business. They deserve it.

Good service, fast response and pricing wasn't crazy, actually lower than other plumbers that quoted the job.

We had a bit of an emergency today as we drilled through a gas pipe in our garage. We called Mitch Clemons plumbing based off of all their good reviews and were promptly able to be seen the same day and within the hour! (Also FYI to have someone come out during the week to give an estimate is free per the nice person who answered the phone.)
They text you lot confirm your appt, let you know who is going to come to your house along with a photo of the technician, AND you can track where that technician is with regards to coming to your house!!!
Our technician, Patrick, was on time to within the hour window provided, friendly and knowledgeable giving us a quote and timing on the work needed shortly after his arrival.
We decided to use their services given all the positive interaction thus far and their pricing seemed reasonable. Patrick finished the work within the timing provided AND in the end we were also given an additional $100 off since we were first time customers.
I cannot express how grateful we were to get this issue resolved in a timely manner and how wonderful the experience with Mitch Clemons plumbing services was from the phone call to the completion of work and their desire to seek feedback on the technician once the work was done.
We will be using Mitch Clemons plumbing services from now on.

I had a kitchen remodel and needed plumbing help to hook up the sink garbage disposal and dishwasher. Luis and team were very responsive and did a great job. He was able to quickly move the drain pipe and hook up the garbage disposal so we could use the sink. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area after the work was done. I would hire them again.

Best plumbing service I've ever had and heres why. I called in and spoke to the operator  and told her I have a running water that wont turn off. She politely tried to get me going by getting a quote for parts and labor. Immediately she transferred me to Vincent which he was very professional and gave me a very good deal and deal was better than any other plumber that I had called that day. So Vincent had an on call person Steve  to show up and he had called me within an hour. To me that's very fast, responsive, and communicative. Upon his arrival, Steve  went above and beyond his measure to get this squared away before it floods by shutting the valve where I cant locate in a business foundation. He really went out his way to help me  and really made my day, thank you Steve!!!  He fixed it fast in no time  none of that jibberish stuff.

Jorge is truly amazing. He came yesterday to hang 2 sets of louver doors in my newly remodeled kitchen. Easy job you would think. Not in my crazy kitchen. He didn't give up and let me tell you folks these doors are art work. He is my new go to guy. Clean, professional, and a smile.

Extremely responsive and reasonable fees. We had a leak inspected as well as the sewer checked out with a camera for our home inspection. Friendly and professional to boot. Even offered us cold water on a hot day while on the job. Amazing. Will keep in mind if ever I need a plumber again.
