I am so glad to find Alex with his team for remodeled my two bathrooms, the tile guy Ray his did a very nice job on the tile work , Rafa did all the work from demo, plumbing , electric , painting , installed etc , he is very nice guy , patient, keep out dust out , even jump in and out over the window every time .Their professor attitudes worth to try.

Why is it that when you least expect something to stop working, its on the weekend!!!! In trying to do the right thing and maintain water heater by yearly flush, ended up unable to relight burner. What now? The thought of having to force myself to start the process of plumber calling is always terrifying, for me. After 45 minutes of misery and so so reviews, in frustration of googling city, plumber over and over again KNC Plumbing popped up, the 5 star reviews catching my eye and after reading thru comments, I was sold! But by now it was Sunday, and I took the first appt I could get, on Tues- because no charge to come out!  Tues comes and I get a text notifing me plumber will be on time and he was! Didn't help my anxiety, as its diagnosing the problem that eats away at you- BUT - plumber on time, whose name is Kristopher with great attitude and mask, apologized for not being able to come on Monday, asked what is the issue and quickly sloved our problem in 1 minute! Obviously relighting a pilot light is not rocket science (unless you have an olde tank that's fussy) but the fact that he did not didley around, look here look there, make discouraging comments , make us sweat it out by pretending it could be a number of problems or  pressure selling me on needing new tank etc etc etc.... speaks to me!!!!.  He simply calmly explained what went wrong , fixed it, told us how and guess what-all at NO CHARGE!!!!  We found Kristopher overwhelming expedient who doesn't waste time in solving problems and certainly didn't try to take advantage of a stressful siuation. He  stated he has worked in the business for many years, bet he knows it all, and with his proffessional manner of treating customers like they matter, will keep building a loyal customer base.  Kristopher is licensed and can be reached directly at 562.584.3566

I received a notice from my tenant that one of the bathroom tubs was backing up and not draining. I called my usual plumbing vendor but the earliest they could get someone out was the next day. I filled out a quote request on Yelp and Luis was one of the first to respond and had availability that same evening.

He was prompt in his communication and reasonable in his quote. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. I will be reaching out next time I need work done at my unit.

We originally called someone else to fix a clog and leak in our bathroom sink. They were not able to complete the job in a timely manner so we called and Steve came out to help us. He was great. They were quick, got the job done, and were very reasonably priced. We will use them again when we need a plumber.

NexGen Project Manager Tommy Serrato came out to our housing complex and did a full inspection of our sump pump system in order to provide an accurate quote for an upgrade.  He was punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.  He demonstrated operation of the pumps and diagnosed some issues with our floats. He answered all my questions and recommended a solution that made sense.   We'll get the quote soon for HOA to review, but based on service, these guys are definitely at top of list.

It would have been a 4 star review, if not for the length of time we had to wait for the appointment.  Scheduled between 1 and 3, the plumber was running behind schedule and wasn't able to arrive until 6 due to emergency appointments.  We called the office while waiting, and they could have been more helpful keeping us up to date on the estimated arrival time.  But once he started the service was fine.  Had to have a garbage disposal installed.  Plumbing technician was very courteous and friendly.  He installed the garbage disposal, but wasn't satisfied with the way the plumbing and electrical lines on this particular disposal were designed...they were pressing against one another.  It didn't sit well in his mind, so he offered to go out and buy a plumbing part that would fix the problem, then came back a few days later to complete the job to his satisfaction.  I'd recommend Stephens for their quality work and thoroughness.

I never write reviews, but Jayson was professional, easy to talk with and awesome service. I called several plumbers, but he was on point with service and affordable price! I scheduled appt with him for next day service for kitchen sink backup. I called him back frantic my kitchen sink started overflowing. He was so reliable and was able to come sooner without any extra charge. I definitely recommend him.

After contacting a bunch of places via Yelp after 8pm on Sunday (thanks local yelpers!!) All Pro messaged me back on the same night.

Parker asked me to email over some details about our water heater that broke suddenly and promptly called my husband this morning for more details.  

Within a few hours Sam came over to our home, covid prepared with a mask, kept socially distanced, was very professional, very friendly and polite.  Sam replaced our old water heater in less than 90min and got our family back on track!  He was respectful of our home and worked very clean.

Boy did we take our hot water for granted especially working at home full time and having kids doing 100% home learning and making meals all day, dishes, laundry.

I cannot say enough about the stand up job this business did for our family!  We highly recommend them!  Super job!   Give them a call!

Let me just say that Shane (owner) goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent a solid hour and a half going through our house while I voiced my concerns and he was extremely thorough to say the least.

Shane is extremely patient with you, as long as you're not a total knob of course haha, and he works with you in every which way. I want to emphasize the patience portion, because I've had some timing conflicts on my part that have disrupted his schedule and he's handled them with grace and I very much appreciate that because I have a lot going on right now.

He got us our quote the same day and was available to start work the following week, almost immediately. I will update as he's able to finish our home within the next couple of weeks, but alas we're going to be experiencing some horrible weather so it looks like all of the projects I have for him will be postponed for a sunnier day.

Fingers crossed that I found the plumber of my dreams, because lord knows we can all use an honest and reliable long-term plumber in our lives! Happy yelping and stay dry!

Leo and son came and helped me when I was in a jam . Water heater went out , and called LC Doctor Plumber .  Leo found time to come give me a diagnostic review. A FREE  one!  Others quoted me 40.00 - 199.00 dollars .  After 15 years so decided I wanted a new one.  Next day  he arrived on schedule and did a nice clean Jhon !  Thanks , Leo and don!!!

Had a really good experience with this business! Had a tub faucet that would not come off. I tried banging it with a hammer, heating it up, and resigned myself to just calling a plumber. They were so quick to take my call, told me they could get to my place later in the day, and got the job done quickly! My faucet was indeed stuck to the pipe so I'm glad I didn't go around putting my full weight into it and just called a professional. Good pricing and good work!
