Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Long Beach CA

I am so glad to find Alex with his team for remodeled my two bathrooms, the tile guy Ray his did a very nice job on the tile work , Rafa did all the work from demo, plumbing , electric , painting , installed etc , he is very nice guy , patient, keep out dust out , even jump in and out over the window every time .Their professor attitudes worth to try.

After research and comparison of work and cost we selected Kristopher to install a whole house filter system for us.

He gave detailed recommendation of how the system should be installed and followed through.

The work was professional and extremely clean looking. Instead of simply proposing to install the system at a location I proposed, he was able to improve the installation by recommending items that made logical sense for me being able to service the system easier in the future; mounting angle of the UV part of the system, better valves , bypass cal led for fully controlling various new copper lines he ran to and from the system.

Very professional, responsive and accurate with assessment.

We had a different plumber out last week and thought it was fixed but within a couple days it backed up again. We rented a snake but I guess it wasn't big enough bc it did nothing.
I called another place who wanted more and had a time limit. I called Graham plumbing about 9:30 and was told he could have someone here between 10-11. Nolan pulled up at about 10:00. He ran the snake and cleared the line quickly. He was nice and friendly. I hope this holds for a few months at least or longer.

Update: it didn't hold because we have a big tree with big roots. Nolan suggested hydro jetting it. But he didn't have access to the jetter for 2 days so he came and snaked again just so that we weren't completely backed up.  He came back today with a coworker (sorry I don't remember his name) and the ran the camera which showed lots of roots. They did the jetting but it didn't clear it. He called another coworker (Steve I think) bc we thought we would have to dig it up in the yard which would've been a lot. He had them try something different and jet again and it worked . Yay! I was relieved. They were honest and did their best not to have to do a bigger job .

Just had Belmont Plumbing here to fix a clogged drain and adjust toilet.  Very nice young man, Daniel, did the work, was polite, efficient and cleaned up the area when he was done.  Price was very reasonable, too.  Many thanks!  Will definitely call again and delighted to refer.

Kody installed a new water line for my pot filler faucet.  He did such a GREAT job!!!  My husband and I couldn't be happier!!!  Kody was super thorough, explaining everything he was going to do from start to finish.  We really appreciate the excellent, work!  I will definitely be using Prolific Plumbing again!  A BIG thanks to you Kody!!!

(This is not the first time I've had problems with Daniel's plumbing......and the backstory on this review is that originally Johnnies Appliance service tech correctly diagnosed my washer was fine and there was a clog in my pipe, which was a plumbing issue. So I contacted Daniel's plumbing to inspect / fix the issue....which brings the story below...)

FYI DO NOT!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE DANIELS PLUMBING AND SON INC. (1370 Redondo Ave, LB)!  They inspected my drainage and found no issue, yet when I used my washer the water was still flooding.... I literally had to run my washer and time it to catch where the water was leaking from during the rinse cycle to find the problem myself weeks after they left. And when I called stating that I found the problem for them to solve since they claimed no issue previously, they wouldn't help me unless I could get my property manager to approve the work.....MY GUY, THIS IS THE SAME JOB THAT YOU DIDN'T COMPLETE. After calling my own property manager and claiming an emergency flooding (the only way to get Pabst Kinney Property Management to do anything) they had Daniels plumbing out there the same day, who then snaked the pipe I showed them and told me the clog was caused by lint over over time and was NOT MY FAULT.  asked how I could have prevented this issue and they told me to get a netting to go over my laundry washer discharge nozzle (a mesh netting), and notified me that they would have given me one if they had one but told me I could get it at Walmart. I asked them to tell Pabst Kinney as I do too much around this house with no help and they said they would....now I'm writing this review and have to email Pabst Kinney because they sent me a bill for $195.00, stating that Daniel's plumbing said the issue was a rag in the pipe and was the tenant's fault ....man this is irritating.

Woke up to water gushing out of my water heater, luckily it's outside. Called and they came over and fixed my issue that same morning. Luckily it was nothing overly complicated but the fact that they showed up so quickly was awesome.

Someone came to our home to provide an estimate to repair/replace our heater. The technician wrote an estimate for over $19,000 and presented it to my 75 year old mother. They also had the nerve to question her about financing the work and asked her for her social security number. The technician also made a hole in the wall next to the main heater vent. They also made a mess of the broken heater and left many parts scattered around. These people prey on their customers, do not call.

Asked for a price estimate to locate and fix a gas leak.   2 other companies promptly gave me an estimate.

This company said:

Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to give you pricing.    What is your full name, address and phone number ?

Recommend you search elsewhere.

Crisis were very reasonable, came to care of an issue right away, quoted me something but then when he came, he actually gave me at a lower price. Excellent customer service.

I am SO SO glad  I didn't go with anyone else. They were the easiest and nicest people ever to work with. I had my gas water heater installed by them. There's so many reasons why I love them, but I will list the most important ones and why you should use them for a new hot water heater installation:

1. Communication is key. They were always in constant contact with me. Whether it was calling or texting, they got a hold of me. They made sure I was updated. I never had to wonder or guess about any statuses or updates on anything. THANK YOU!

2. They were able to fit me in the same day, even when j called in the late afternoon! They said that they always try to make sure people who don't have hot water get taken care of super fast. They are prepared because they said they had the type of water heater I needed on the truck compared to other companies that would possibly have to get it from the warehouse the next morning. I just couldn't wait.

3. There were absolutely no questions or gimmicks when it came to their pricing. They do all of their estimates by testing and giving you an exact number. This made me feel like they were trustworthy. Thank you for being honest about your prices from the beginning! That's how it always should be with every business!

4. Lastly, the receptionist and plumber were both so so nice! They were friendly, ask me about my day, the whole 9 yards. They were really genuine people who treated me with kindness and great customer service is rare nowadays. It's definitely noticed and appreciated.

I needed to have a second strap placed on my water heater.  I asked my friend if her husband, Shane (Frans) if he would help he as soon as possible.
He came to my home today and did just that.

His work is impeccable, his eye for detail, did not leave my home until everything met my standards.
I will not look for anyone else for repairs, he shines!!!!

Leo and team were very professional and courteous.  At first, I was little skeptical about the limited number of yelp reviews but quickly realized that this was a relatively new business and that Leo had 15+ years of experience under his belt. After the work, I can totally understand why the reviews have all been 5 stars!

Leo provided a free inspection of our pipes and sewage line. They were honest and took the time to explain the need to replace our sewer line before it became a major issue. At no point do I feel they were pushing us to do something beyond what was necessary. We had major tree root damage throughout our old pipes.

Leo explained they could use trenchless sewage line repair to keep the digging/unearthing and thus cost to a minimum. We did some comparison estimates and Leo's was very fair.  What stood out was the attention to the customer and willingness to work with us and around our schedule.

For the actual job, the work was done by a hardworking and polite crew and was completed in the time committed. For the 3 day job, they were always on time each day and were gladly willing to explain what they were doing and the next steps. Transparency is very important to me. His team also went above and beyond to ensure nothing was damaged, the work area was thoroughly cleaned and things were put back exactly how it was before.

Now I have peace of mind for many years to come as well as a trustworthy local plumber for any future plumbing related repairs! I was 110% satisfied with the experience in working with LC Doctor.  Thank you some much to Leo and team!

Our kitchen sink had a leak and we couldn't trace it. I was concerned to be away from home while having anyone inspect the sink, but Jorge and team came quickly and provided a quote and service on the same day and were very communicative along the way.

Our water regulator was old and needed replacement. I discovered this company because they were doing some work for my neighbor. Will was super friendly. Hector was quick at responding. Louis was professional. They were able to help us replace regulator on the same day! Great service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I shopped for a plumber to change a shower converter (when we remodeled) we put in a tub - shower-personal sprayer and the three way never worked that well.  In addition, we changed out a kitchen faucet ..put in two sets of pop-ups for our bathroom sinks...flapper and shut off valve....a variety of plumbing services.  Pristine doesn't work  A/C units which is why they're so awesome in plumbing services.  Anthony was so knowledgeable, efficient, professional, polite and extremely customer service oriented.  I'm a freak about cleanliness and Anthony put carpet coverings in addition to wearing plastic covers on his shoes throughout the process....my husband and I were very impressed with the job Anthony performed here!

The drain to our kitchen sink had clogged up after busy weekend with guests. After spotting their stellar rating, I reached out the the Clean-Out Kings and within minutes, Tony (the owner) contacted me and set an appointment up the next day at 1PM.  

Jesse promptly gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way and arrived shortly before 1PM and was ready to go. After some brief paperwork, they brought out their gear, snaked the cleanout, and the line was cleared in no time. He guaranteed the work for two weeks and gave an honest assessment of what to do if I had any problems in the future. Pricing was reasonable, given the nature of the work.
