Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect!  He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!

KNC had been out to my house to install a toilet a couple of years ago. This time, my kitchen drain was backed up. KNC had the most reasonable price quote. Other local plumbers wanted upwards of twice or even three times what KNC quoted me. Kristopher arrived early and was in and out in less than half an hour. I'll definitely hit him up if I need a plumber in the future.

Very pleased with the overall experience.  Woke up to a clogged main line.  Luis was the first to respond back to the requests I posted for this project.

I called Belmont Plumbing for an inspection to check on an issue that I had with moisture in my home.  Daniel and Chancellor came out the next day. They were very professional and courteous.  And with in no time discovered where the problem was coming from.  I would highly recommend them.

My fiancé and I recently moved into our first home and of course had plumbing issues with our kitchen sink not soon long after. We were connected with Daniel's Plumping- their work, kindness, and articulate staff are extremely helpful and caring. They knew right away the issue and were off the to hardware store and repaired everything in under an hour! They don't try to hide anything from you and work to give you fair pricing and not screw you over. We will definitely be using them (but hopefully not ;)) in the future for any issues!

Called Nexgen for the $88 tuneup special on my AC system.  Dustin the AC technician did a great job cleaning my furnace and Ac unit outside.  He cleaned the condenser coils and got out all the grass and dirt in the unit.  He gave me some tips and recommendations to make my AC system last longer and run more efficient.  Thanks Dustin and Nexgen!!!

After reading Yelp, I decided to call. Alan took my call and arranged a next day appointment. I received a call the following day and was told a tech could be here within an hour. Carlos came by soon after. He diagnosed the problem right away and had our heater running in no time. Carlos's knowledge and skill is top notch. Will definitely be a loyal customer and recommend Stephens HVAC to others.

Jayson is a great plumber. He fixed our clogged toilet, bath tub, and shower drain in no time. He even came back and fixed the minor issues that came up free of charge! He is also
very quick in getting back to us when we texted him.

They literally just left my house and they did an awesome job. They are really good plumbers. They seriously fixed my issue within 20 min and now my water heater works great just like before. When I called in last night they scheduled me for today without any problems. It was so nice to get in so fast and get it resolved quickly! Had a sewage back up and needed same day service to snake the our line. Lio was available and showed up on time,. He verified the problem and got to work right away. Cleared the line and snaked the line an additional time for good measure. Check both toilets and drains after 5 flush runs and running the water. Even ran a camera to check the line since we were first time customers. No hidden costs or tried to sell us on additional work. Good honest plumber! High recommend!

We hired Properly Done to replace two aging drain pipes that were slowly weeping inside a wall. They were fast, clean and professional. They left almost no trace that they had been working in the wall, except 2 brand new drain pipes. It took a lot of stress out of the situation for us, to have the work done so quickly and without any problems.

I'm sure we'll be seeing Properly Done more in the future.

Oscar is great, he was the only plumber I called who was able to come out same day and kept me updated with his availability. I had water damage in my bathroom, he inspected everything, and thought it might be a result of my upstairs neighbors shower. He was very honest and allowed me to weigh out my options without trying to pry any money out of me. I really appreciated his responsiveness, honesty, and his work. I will call him again if I have another plumbing issue.

Owner operator Hector did our job himself.  Very professional yet personable and friendly.  Job done well and timely.  Good advise given kindly.  Thanks for the quick assistance and on a Saturday too.

I'm still traumatized by the kind of treatment I received by Auxariera Carter. Originally he was hired to fixed a broken PVC pipe connected from my main irrigation to drip irrigation system. He installed a pressure regulating drip reducer incorrectly. After 8 months, my friend commented it was meant to be installed after the anti-siphon valve, not right after the main water pipe. I explained to Auxariera but he did not listen to my concerns and belittled me saying I did not know what I was talking about. He was defensive and prioritized his ego over my concerns. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. No stars because of him.

Thankfully, I called the office and they sent Johnathon Kreutinger to fix the mistake. He and his partner were professionals, courteous and more importantly knew what they were doing. His service deserves 5/5 stars.

The gas company showed up one morning this week, told me I had a leak, and turned my service off. Angel was able to come out within a couple hours and give me an estimate for repair. The next day, he and Brian came and repaired the gas line so I was able to get service going again that evening. Angel also cleared a backed up bathtub for me. Their dispatch person, Leslie, was very helpful and the plumbers showed up both days within the time window provided. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I feel pretty confident that they stand behind their work. I'll likely be using them again for future service (just hopefully not right away!).
