He showed up on time and had a mask and shoe covers ready to go. He climbed up as we have a roof unit and promptly found the problem. The valve and circuit board had to be ordered. But as soon as they were in, Josh called, came and made the repair. Our unit hasn't been this efficient in years. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!

I've been so sick of my kitchen faucet leaking and the cost of getting it fixed over and over again by poor and untrustworthy plumbers, nearly every few months I had a new plumber in my house and nearly every one of them were rude and impatient (one required me to ask them to leave as they started cussing in front of my 16 yo daughter).

Never have I felt so comfortable with a contractor. He treated us like family and still did the job incredibly professional. He kept the job clean (unlike many of the others before) and did it in a timely manner. It's been six months and the faucet has been like new. As a water conservation advocate, it was so stressful seeing the amount of water that have been wasted.

Contacted Crandall's late on a Friday afternoon.They explained their weekend fee policy vs. M-F fees. I opted to have someone come out on a Monday. Received an early Monday morning call asking if we could reschedule for another day, as one of their workers was sick. Once they heard we had a refridgerator being delivered later that day, and issue needed to be resolved before delievery, they made sure someone came out before delivery time. The two guys that came out were Oscar and Rolando. They quickly addressed our concerns and gave us an honest evaluation. Highly recommended.

New to the Los Angeles area, I called a few places to get a quote on getting the issues with our garbage disposal fixed. Called in today for a broken wall heater. Mike came out the same day. Very,very old heater unable to repair, mike waived the cost of coming out was honest, fair and very professional. Will be calling again for all my plumbing and heating needs.

The worst experience with this company.  We had pipe leak at front yard.  Since it is under palm trees the service guy suggest to by pass around the trees.  After the work is done our whole front yard sprinkler doesn't work anymore.  Now, the service guy doesn't even know if the leak is from the pipe or sprinkler.  We were so upset and want to talk to their boss.  But he refused to talk to us over the phone and his excuse was he wasn't the one doing the job site so he doesn't know anything.  I am not sure what to say to that.  They also add more hours that they didn't even work for.  So we negotiated the amount that we owed since they mess up our the sprinkler system that will cost us more to fix it.  They agree to accept the amount and took the check.  Now they tried to sue us for the rest of the mounts left.  We are very disappointed with this company.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up. Roger was sent out to address the issue. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the 2 hour window  they gave me letting me know they were going to be there early (I wasn't available to attend to them before scheduled time). First time out, he asked very few questions and was in an obvious rush to move onto the next job. Visit took no more than 20 minutes (all he did was snake the pipe), and charged me $225. The invoice states that the work included a 30 day warranty. After a few days we noticed that when the water ran for an extended period of time, it would start backing up again. Contacted Cornell to have them send someone out to investigate further since snaking the pipe didn't ultimately solve the issue.
Roger was sent out again. He arrived with a terrible attitude, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not let me speak or explain what was going on. After a few minutes he explained that he was pissed off because he had been waiting around for me, I tried to explain that the doorbell doesn't ring inside, so I couldn't have heard it and that I had no calls from them in attempt to reach me. He said he did call (later found out they called the old number on the account which I updated the first time I contacted them). At the end of the day, this all could have been handle with  SOME professionalism. It was completely uncalled for giving me such a nasty attitude and being so rude. Clearly I wasn't trying to waste his time, it was simply a breakdown in communication. Not even an attempt to have a conversation without storming off and telling me to hire someone else. Unreal.
Also, it would be great if he could be taught how to write legibly on invoices to reduce the need to dispute the legitimacy of  the work he claims he performed. Grow up man.

Top quality customer service, extremely happy with response time and how quick they were able to get someone out here to fix our heating.

Do not use them! They suck, they suck, they suck! They promised in the morning to show up by 1-3pm, they called at 3:30pm with a bogus excuse and they never showed up. This was an emergency and their word is trash! Don't use them! They suck, they suck, they suck!

Called for a wall heater repair in one of my units. Technician installed a control module (according to the invoice) and left without making sure heater was working. I called them back complaining that they had installed a part but the heater was still nonfunctional.

Instead of returning, a couple of days later I received a bill in the mail for over $300.

I called them again and told them I would not pay unless they came back to fix the problem. Next thing I know, they have sent me to collections and I have a negative score on my credit.

Ended up fixing it myself less than $100. The part they had installed was faulty.

Now I have a hit on my credit score.

Bob B came out to our condo today to help fix a leaky pipe and was so helpful, professional and just a nice guy. He explained everything thoroughly and we would definitely recommend him!
