Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect!  He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!

My kitchen sink started to have some signs of clog that morning and when I drained it, water ran down to the drain very slow and at the same time the garage sink shows sign of overflow. 

That was a situation I know for sure will get worst so I decided to take one step ahead. I went on Yelp to do some research for finding a licensed plumber with a reasonable price. I had 10 feedbacks right away within 10 minutes and Andy from EZ Flow seems to be the right person that I was looking for with the best quote.

I contacted him and within one hour he was already at my house checking the problem. Andy ran the camera into my kitchen pipe then confirmed with me the diagnose and his fees for a hydrojetting. Andy performed his job with all his high tech equipments in the most professional way. I'm very impressed. Andy got the job done and cleaned up the site within 2 hours. 

By running the camera for checking after unclogging the kitchen sink, Andy found out that my whole cast iron piping system  was too old and might have a risk of leaking in the near future because of corrosion. 

Andy offered some options with reasonable quote to improve my plumbing system, the main idea was to replace the old cast iron system with the new PVC pipes which last longer and lighter than the existing one.

After 3 days, I called Andy to give my approval for the work.
On the day of the improvement work, Andy was very punctual and showed up with 2 coworkers. They removed the old cast iron plumbing system and it was a very hard work, all that job has been wrapped up in less than 8 hours with a very knowledgeable and professional team. 
I just can't stop praising the work of Andy and especially EZ Flow team.

Here is my recommendation, if you are looking for a reliable and professional plumber with a reasonable price then Andy from EZ Flow is the right person to call.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. I've already gave him a great review for some work he did on my house and on a rental property from roofing work, new fencing,  plumbing and everything in between. I am now giving him another fantastic review for the work he did on another rental property that needed a complete renovation. Basically the house needed to be complely upgraded. He was able to do it all. From replacing all the faucets, re- grouting the bathtub, shower and sinks, re-coating the bathtub and fixing all the broken drawers. He repaired all the interior and exterior cracks. He added a new front door, he replaced all the blinds, he fixed the kitchen bay window. He replaced the difficult light switches for one light go on and off from both switches. He fixed the heater. He did the cement work from the front stone area before the entry stairs that had a gap between that area and front yard. Plus the plumbing that went from the sump pump out to the front yard. He was able to do all these odd repairs with no problem. He explained everything that needed to be done. He provided pictures of the problems. He purchased all the item that were needed to do the job and provided the receipts. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely manner. He truly wanted to help anyway he could. Plus he was so pleasant to work with. To top if off his prices were reasonable. I can go on and on but it boils down to that I highly recommend Leo for anything you need done on your property. Found good reviews for Purdy Plumbing.  Was able to schedule a free estimate the following day.  Andy was prompt and was able to determine the issue.  Quoted a price and was able to complete the job on site.  Quick and easy with no up sale.  Would recommend and use them again.

This guy deserves to be yelped!  I'm a realtor and he did an amazing job for my client.  The seller was having concerns about back up in her bathtub and she called 2 other well-advertised plumbing companies and was quoted no less than $3000 for getting the work done.  I asked for a 3rd opinion and luckily with the help of Yelp, I got to talk to Richard who told me that it will only cost me his call service fee which is nothing compared to what was quoted to my client. He said if he can't do it, he doesn't get paid.  I think that is a win-win proposition for us.  Voila!  He fixed it in no time.  What could have ended a big expense for my client, ended with a big smile on her face.  We need more plumbers like him!  Honest, experienced and competent!

This is the first time that I've used RS3M Construction. We needed our residential backflow device tested. RS3M came to my rescue! After another company had our paperwork for six weeks, they never tested our device! I had one day left, until the due date for the test to be completed. Ricardo responded to my request within 2 hours. He scheduled his technicians to come out the next day (in the morning) to test our backflow device.  He told me what the price would be, so there would be no surprises. This company communicates the entire time, so you know exactly what is going on.  They are on time too! They even called me to let me know that the report was submitted to the city.  These are awesome people. My faith in people has been restored!

It was difficult finding someone to install my air conditioner into my upstairs window. After calling Jorge, he immediately assessed my needs and gave me an extremely reasonable quote over the phone. After calling around for 2 weeks, it was the cheapest I had heard. Hearing him say, I'll be there in 45 minutes, brought me so much relief. Upon arrival and departure, he was honest, kind, professional, thorough,and trustworthy. I will definitely consider him as a reliable handyman when an independent girl like me needs a little more muscle around the house.

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.

I had to have a new toilet installed at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances.  It was about 6:30 in the evening when I contacted Mr Harris by phone to see if he could do the job that evening.  He had just finished another job and was done for the day but, instead of going home, he came right over and installed the new toilet.  Not only did he do it quickly, professionally, and expertly, but he charged me a VERY reasonable price.  He could have taken advantage of the situation, being well after normal business hours (it was about 8:45pm when he finished), but he didn't!  In fact, he charged me much less than other plumbers would have charged at regular times of the day.  I was more than pleased with his work and his ethics and you can be sure I will be calling Mr Harris Plumbing next time I need any job done!  I highly recommend him!!
