Very professional, courteous and leaves clean work area.  Arrived at designated time and did a fantastic job. Up front pricing. Would recommend !!!

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! Really great customer support.  As well as fixing the root of the problem which was flooding in my basement.  They offered a solution which I am very happy with.  There's been 2 storms since the job and the water has stayed out of my basement.  Highly recommend.

Hamilton Plumbing/HVAC does an excellent job.  They are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable.  In my eight years in using this company, I found them to get the job done right the first time and I never had to call them back for corrections.  They are highly recommended.

They were really easy to schedule with they came in did a great job it was quick and hassle free... duct cleaning seems like one of those things you dont think about but it is so essential to get done

Worst contractor ever. They were caught sleeping on the job and the quality of installation is very poor.  Each of my toilets are installed a different distance from the wall, and the ones that are too far away all leak. I have to have most of the shower diverters reinstalled (and have to redo the tile around them) because they were put in improperly. They left one of my tubs leaking due to poor installation and refused to come fix it.

Stay away from them if you want the job done right.

Mike is great! We bought a new house recently that came with a home warranty and the warranty company sent him out when we needed some repairs done. We've already had Mike come back out for another home improvement project and each time he's been kind, professional, and helpful. I also really appreciate that he's willing to give me a 10-15 minute heads up before he arrives so that I can put my dog away.
I also appreciate that he's always wearing his mask completely covering his nose and mouth! We've had a few different people in the house for various different projects and some we've had to remind them to please wear their masks/wear them properly.
I'd highly recommend Mike for any of your plumbing needs!

My shower had a leak on a 3rd floor bathroom floor in a federal hill townhouse.  The shower drain had a access panel on the second floor.  Catons came out and failed to diagnose the issue.  Did not bother to check the diverter and unnecessarily damaged my ceiling in the process.  They gave me an estimate for$1,100 to replace the drain without doing the necessary steps to confirm it was actually the drain.  I had a second opinion and the plumber quickly found the issue.  I would have.

Very knowledgeable and great price. Would recommend and use again. Had a small leak coming from my cold water line and had it fixed without a problem.

They agreed to do a job on a property that had to have water shut off then cancelled 3 days later saying they had a job that was going to take an additional 3 weeks

Poor workmanship nothing but problems they take your money and they stop communicating. Ground work they perform all my were lending not straight. I had to get their work rework for toilet, shower drain. The shower drain has to be reset, I have to reopen the concrete again. This terrible and expensive job. Do not get this company to help you with your project.
