Michael came out to our house late at night and was SO professional. He left no mess, went out of his way to be helpful and answered all our questions. Will DEFINITELY recommend and use again the next time we need a great plumber.

In my opinion, this company is the reason plumbers have the worst reputation in the trade industry. I would avoid at all costs.
We had a time and materials contract and yet they refused to provide us with any time sheets or materials receipts. Instead they charged us nearly 30% over the initial estimate, which we informed them prior to the job was to high, and were told it would come down. Without any curve balls on the job, explanation or warning for the inflated costs. When we asked for explanation regarding the increased fees and asked for the time sheets and materials receipts per the contract we were told Bill is non negotiable. Pay us or we will charge additional fees and get our lawyer involved.
In my opinion and that of other plumbers I spoke with after the incident, their actions are not industry standard. I believe they stole from me, my family and my business. I suggest you run away as fast as you can and avoid getting ripped off.
In response to the company's comment. You took advantage of us, a small business. Shame on you. We tried to pay the original, over inflated quote, despite the fact that we supplied additional labor and your estimated permit fees came in $800 lower ALL prior to signing off and you refused. I believe your actions reflect those of unscrupulous thiefs.

I had a plumbing emergency and this company literally saved the day. Justin was beyond professional and courteous. They were in and out in matter of hours and most of all the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Plummer for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and contacted Wallace plumbing. Derrick responded very quickly and scheduled a time to visit. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak. He also installed a new garbage disposal. His rates were very fair, he was professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process. I recommend Wallace plumbing and Derrick and will use them for my future home needs!

Omar came out on a Friday night due to our hot water heater spewing water. He found the problem, fixed it, and was nice to boot! Thanks, Omar!

Let me put it this way. It's 8 PM last night with 50 degree weather and it's raining that kind of miserable pissing rain that soaks you down slowly but completely. The last thing I'd want to do is stand out in the road snaking a clogged sewer line that's spitting the vilest smelling black water I've ever encountered in my life in my face and blowing specks of human shit all over my head and shirt. This, however, is what Brian Emmel and his brother Matt from T&D Plumbing do for a living. They not only do it, but they do it graciously-- with the kind of professionalism and knowledge that makes you feel totally confident that you have just contracted honest and experienced techs who really know what they're doing. First, they come in and look over the situation like detectives on a murder scene, letting you know exactly what is the cause of the problem, and how they propose to do to correct it. Then they get to work with the best attitude I've ever seen from anyone that's about to dig elbows-deep into what we've all flushed down toilets and let flow freely down our sink and shower drains for years. They let you know the entire time what's going on and how it's progressing. Frankly, it's kind of like if Superman drove a white van and wore boots and Dickies uniforms instead of flying and wearing a mask and cape. I just felt all safe and like everything was gonna be fine standing there feeling admittedly slightly less masculine as these alpha-males dove in head first and solved my problems for me. This isn't the first time I have used T&D Plumbing, and they are my go-to service for all things water related. Their number hangs on the wall in my office and also on my refrigerator door. Their prices have always been extremely fair. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done well. What else could you ask for? Don't even call anyone else-- I am not joking when I say that there is no reason to. I remain a very satisfied customer and am truly impressed by them over and over again.

Let me give a little backstory first.
I woke up Saturday to my sump pump outlet draining out like a tsunami. I did some initial troubleshooting to isolate the root cause of the issue before making calls around to local plumbers. All four of the local plumbers that came out to look at the issue provided work estimates for service line repair and replacements priced north of the $4k mark. With my home being a new construction built only two years ago I had a funny feeling that there was something else going on that did not require digging and infrastructure overhaul so I decided to take one last look around for reputable local plumbers.
I came across Prime Plumbing which had multiple five-star customer reviews on Google. We set up an on-site evaluation today 4/11/22 in hopes that someone would arrive earlier than the offered 11 AM to 2 PM time window.
45 minutes later we meet Nathan from Prime Plumbing who had arrived earlier than expected at no dispatch fee!
I gave Nathan the details of what was going on and he said this sounds like a familiar situation that he could resolve within 15 minutes without ground digging, slab breaking or overhaul.
15 minutes later we were back up and running with hot water!!!
He turned the outside water service valve back on and pointed out how the water service line meter reading did not change at all after the water service was restored. This verified that there was no leak in between the outside service line to the main water valve inside my home. At that point we went back out to monitor the reading on the service line valve. Still no change in the reading, still no leaks.
Nathan gave the go ahead to turn on the main water valve in the house. The service line meter reading slowly incremented as he expected.
We were able to verify water was restored inside the home and we also have our hot water back.
All this went down within 15 minutes as he promised.
That's simply incredible.
Nathan's strong basic troubleshooting foundation and plumbing expertise saved me an unnecessary $7,500 service line replacement, an unnecessary week's stay at a hotel, broken concrete, an uprooted ground and all the frustration that comes with that process.
He was able to root cause analyze and resolve an issue 4 other plumbing contractors overlooked and under analyzed.
To show our gratitude we ended up giving him a bottle of Belaire Rosè champagne as a thank you token.
Prime Plumbing is MY plumbing choice moving forward.
Thanks $1M Nathan.
What a great way to start a Monday.

This review isn't for Abbott Brothers' plumbing services, because I wasn't able to actually get a plumber to my house. I made an online appointment for Friday and immediately got a confirmation that someone would come look at a possible sewer gas leak from 12-2 PM. I waited until 3 PM before calling the company because no one arrived or contacted me. The office didn't provide me with a reason as to why no one showed up or why I wasn't contacted. Instead, they said someone would be in contact with me shortly. I received a text a few hours later asking if Sunday between 9-11 AM worked. I agreed. Unfortunately, 11 AM passed and the same thing happened -- no one showed up or called. Not sure what happened, but 2 no show/no calls is highly unprofessional. If you know you're not coming, have the decency to call so people can make other plans or use another business. Obviously, after two chances, I won't be using Abbott Brothers again.

I contacted them to get a quote for a leaking outside faucet. The guy arrived, looked at it and within 2-minutes time frame he stated that the o-ring was bad. The service charge was $48.50 and he then went on to say it would be another $100 if I wanted him to replace the parts needed. I took off the part and went to Home Depot and they sold me the whole replacement valve for under $5 and I did the job myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF
