Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

I found this business by their Facebook page. My well pump began to rapidly cycle which I suspected was a bad pressure tank. They arrived promptly at 9 am and went to work to replace the well tank, low pressure switch, and manifold pipes with all stainless steel. Excellent service and fair pricing!

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! Best mechanical lives up to their name; they really are the best.  After years of dumping money into my house and dealing with terrible contractors and plumbers, Best Mechanical has been the answer to my prayers. Here's why:

1.  This is a small, local, family owned business, which I always prefer to support.

2.  Service is FAST.  Even with the heat wave I was warned they were slammed and might have to wait a week for someone to come out, but someone made time to come in a day later.

3.  Customer service is key.  Brenda and Josh were a joy to speak with, always kept me updated on what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about what was going on at my house. Being in the military and trying to manage this property from the other side of the country is stressful, but they gave me piece of mind and I felt like they were worthy of my trust.

4.  The price.  I'm all about weighing cost vs worth.  For me, what I paid to have my AC replaced was worth every penny.  I trust best mechanical to advise me properly on the state of the unit and didn't feel they were trying to convince to buy a bunch if things I didn't need. I have gone back to them every time I needed something, from duct work to AC services and I have been 150% satisfied every time.

Worst contractor ever. They were caught sleeping on the job and the quality of installation is very poor.  Each of my toilets are installed a different distance from the wall, and the ones that are too far away all leak. I have to have most of the shower diverters reinstalled (and have to redo the tile around them) because they were put in improperly. They left one of my tubs leaking due to poor installation and refused to come fix it.

Stay away from them if you want the job done right.

Was in process of getting estimates for plumbing work when problem started while Catons was giving estimate.  Said they could take care of problem right away.  I had to do it (main water valve).  Earlier estimates came in after work done that were SUBSTANTIALLY less.  Catons had to come back to fix leak in original repair.  My caution to others is get estimates, in my case would have saved hundreds.  Felt like I was taken advantage of during bad situation.  Left numerous voice messages with Catons general manager, never heard back.  Just be cautious.

Scheduled a consultation for Tuesday, but they called a day early when they had an unexpected opening-- Already off to a great start. Rich arrived promptly and we determined that my faulty sump pump should be replaced. He went to his nearby supply house and returned with the new pump within an hour. Before I knew it, he pulled out the old unit, installed the new one and tested it. All told, I had a brand spanking new system in 3 easy hours. Rich was kind and personable but also professional. I and please with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend him for what he said was his specialty, sump repair and replacement.

Had him come to pull a permit for a gas  pressure test (inspection) and paid $350 for that.He came ,did a preliminary test and found the line was leaking,quoted me $3250 to do the repair of the gas line.I had it fixed for $500 using someone else.He then refused to pull the permit for the inspection and also refused to return my money so I disputed the charge with my cc and also placed a complaint with the MD board of plumbing.

Seems like a shabby individual to do business with ,try to avoid and use a real decent professional if you care about your money.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

Avoid this business.  Did not fix our problem.  Called them back SAME day and asked for a return visit.  Could not accommodate us.   Told us rep would return next day. NO Show. We were also told a manager would call us.   Never happened.

After multiple visits requiring coordination with a neighbor to diagnose the cause of a leak, the owner of Perfect Plumbing decided not to do the job when I complained that he wanted to charge me extra for the 2nd trip out. He had the option to keep a repeat customer happy by not having the extra charge or to earn more by doing the work for the extra charge, but lose me as a customer in the future. Instead, he opted not to do the work at all, which came across as unprofessional and vengeful.
