Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Lincoln NE

If you're looking for a certified master plumber I highly recommend Freddy Bienka IV with Fast Freddy's Plumbing. We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn't get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy's came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Great customer service and support. Our sewer backed up on Saturday morning so the landlord called told them we needed this taken care of ASAP due to water being all over!  I kept calling them all day as well as the landlord on Saturday, they kept saying that Keith was coming going to call.  No call and no one showed up!   Sunday still no one!   I would not use Simmons for anything.   Only person that did amazing was Vince with the hot water heater!  Kuddos to you Vince.   Sorry you have to work for a company that is getting a bad reputation.

Bryant's plumbing department is as good as they get. Totally trustworthy and honest. We've used them for after hour calls and new construction. Always very pleased.

I had an emergency sewer drain plugged in my basement filling my house with horrible excrement. I had called several local businesses and no one could get to my house as speedily as Mike and his crew did, not only did they get the sewer drain opened it was a large route, they also spent the time to clean the basement and make it safe for my children

1.  Clean up debris removed from the sewer and do NOT leave it on the customer's floor. Other professionals have when calling in my home.

2.  Do NOT tell the customer the plumbing can be used when the clean out plug hasn't been replaced in the pipe. This same man told my spouse we leave it that way intentionally. (Now my home is unable to use water-period)

3. Maintain your equipment so your crew doesn't have to waste my Monday for 2.5 hours waiting, only to have them break the equipment.

4. When your crew screws up, fix the issue IMMEDIATELY (not tomorrow) and apologize. Customer Service 101 to maintain your company and name.

Now we are at the same point as we were on Thursday, with a sewer line backing up.

The timing was perfect, meaning when they had an earlier time to arrive they did so. Helpful with questions answered and just an all round personable presence. Alex and Calley are a great duo and I would highly recommend this business for all of your plumbing and draining needs! It is a family owned business for which I and my husband will always support.

Would give zero star. This company orders services, uses them and then does not pay their bills. He's made no effort to call or arrange even small payments. He lets bills come month after month only to have family return mail. After going to their address we were met by outraged wife who yelled and called us complaining of trying to collect for services they ordered and used. This company would not work for free yet expects others to. Very, very unprofessional.
