Best Heater Repair in Lincoln NE
Very professional, arrived 5 minutes early, went above and beyond what was asked of. I would hire them again in a heart beat

This business has professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity. Tony Reddick was informed some previous plumbing he worked on had malfunctioned. He called first thing the next morning and was there that afternoon. Reddick replaced the part and was a pleasure to do business with. I appreciated his quick service, his easy going personality and his punctuality to fix my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody in Lincoln that wonders what plumber to call.

I have used Fast Freddy's Plumbing for over 10 years and they have always provided me great service. Dishwasher installs, water heater replacement, kitchen sink and disposal replacement, plumbing for two different bathroom remodels. Always reliable. Highly recommend!

Cory is awesome! He did everything he promised and more. He knows good customer service and isn't going to charge you as much as the big name companies. He is fair and professional. I will only call Certified Plumbing for my plumbing needs moving forward!

We used their services for a backed up drain. They quoted us $150 an hour for labor and we informed them right off the bat that we get 10% off with the homeowners plus discount. The first visit-they were here for about 20 minutes and unclogged the drain. The second one of us showered it immediately flooded again. We called back--they said they could come back in the morning and my husband asked if this visit would cost anything. They said since we didn't fix it the first time, it will be free. They came back again-it took them about two hours that time and turns out it was tree roots, but did fix the problem. We got our bill and were charged for two hours labor and they forgot the discount. My husband called and the lady gave us the discount, but basically said that we weren't charged for the first visit, but rather the second one instead. First off, don't make promises you can't keep and be on the same page with all employees in your company. Second off, it isn't our fault the company chose to do a quick job and didn't fix it right the first time. But then we end up paying more than what was promised. My husband had to stay home from work another day as a result of that. Other than that, no issues with the service men that came to our house. They were friendly.
Update: After using our washer a couple times after their visit, we noticed that water was leaking out the back. After my husband easily put the hoses back on correctly, the problem was resolved. My husband said that they had done something with this to maybe check if the problem was fixed on their visit. Apparently they don't know how to properly put a washer hose back on or forgot to. You'd think If you were in the plumbing industry you'd have that basic concept down.

We have a sun-room heating and air unit. We've been a Bryant customer for as long as we've lived at our current address, which is 25 years, but NO MORE! Our unit wasn't working, so we scheduled a service call with them. We were charged a service call, which we expected. The service technician told us that a part was bad. He recommended that we order a new part. Our unit is 14 years old. My husband asked him about how much a new unit would cost, and he said anywhere from 2,000 to 5,000. So, my husband said he would go ahead and get the new part for 650. The service technician never offered to quote us for a new unit, nor did he tell us there would be fees if we chose not to go ahead with the new part. After the fact, we found out that we could get a new unit for 1,425 INSTALLED through a different vendor. So, of course, my husband cancelled the part. But wait! There's a restocking and freight fee!! What? Oh yes. We had to pay a restocking and freight fee of an additional 85.15! So, we are out 159.15 for what? For bad, really bad advice and service! My husband called and talked to supposedly the manager. The manager wouldn't budge. We even offered to pay half the fee. But NO! Nothing! So, I'm forced to use other means to get the word out about this horrible treatment! Find another vendor!

1. Clean up debris removed from the sewer and do NOT leave it on the customer's floor. Other professionals have when calling in my home.
2. Do NOT tell the customer the plumbing can be used when the clean out plug hasn't been replaced in the pipe. This same man told my spouse we leave it that way intentionally. (Now my home is unable to use water-period)
3. Maintain your equipment so your crew doesn't have to waste my Monday for 2.5 hours waiting, only to have them break the equipment.
4. When your crew screws up, fix the issue IMMEDIATELY (not tomorrow) and apologize. Customer Service 101 to maintain your company and name.
Now we are at the same point as we were on Thursday, with a sewer line backing up.

Would give zero star. This company orders services, uses them and then does not pay their bills. He's made no effort to call or arrange even small payments. He lets bills come month after month only to have family return mail. After going to their address we were met by outraged wife who yelled and called us complaining of trying to collect for services they ordered and used. This company would not work for free yet expects others to. Very, very unprofessional.

They came out for a home warranty service call and wouldn't take the check I had already made out for them at the time of the visit... then sent me a bill a month and a half later (this is the first time I had revived one from them) that said Past Due! in red ink across the middle. I was happy to pay for the service call but was not happy with their way of billing for it.

This company does not value customer time.
Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.
