Best A/C Repair in Lincoln NE
Very professional, arrived 5 minutes early, went above and beyond what was asked of. I would hire them again in a heart beat

I called Bethany Repair in the evening after normal working hours when I discovered water backing up through my basement floor drain. I talked directly with the owner of the company who answered his phone (rather than switching over to an answering service or machine as many contractors do after hours). The quote for drain clearing was a bit more than other sewer cleaning contractors I'd worked with in the past, but it was worth every penny, and in the end it saved me money. While discussing my problem on the phone, he checked out the municipal water system's records online and diagnosed what he suspected my problem was before we hung up. He was at my home within twenty minutes of me calling (keep in mind it was after hours). He not only cleared my line with a sewer snake / cable, but he also scoped it all the way to the street with a camera to ensure it was clear. And then he re-snaked the line to loosen some remaining residue that we wouldn't have been aware of if we hadn't run a camera through. The work required removing a toilet to get to the clog in the buried sewer line, but he left me the parts to reset it myself and save some $$$. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but his vehicle, tools, and equipment were extremely clean.

I've had my share of plumbing needs in the past few years with varying satisfaction, so this time I thought I'd check Yelp for a recommendation. I'm glad that I did and glad that I went with Reddick Plumbing out of Lincoln. I had a seldom used shower which had a control that got stuck on full hot water output (on a Sunday, of course). Fortunately, I could turn the hot water off at the water heaters to get it down to a small stream of cold water. There isn't any other shut off to the shower and no rear access in the basement. Fearing that it was going to be a costly pain to replace the valve by tearing into the shower, I talked to the owner Troy on Sunday and said that I could at least wait until Monday. He had me send a picture and said that he could probably replace the core to the control and take care of it. Feeling much better already! He moved the appointment from 11 AM to 8 AM with plenty of notice and was down here in Firth and gone in less than 30 minutes (plus the 30 minute travel). I have to echo the other reviews here: Troy was knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonably priced and I couldn't have asked for better scheduling. In short, the kind of service that gets repeat business and recommendations to friends and relatives. Thank you!!!!!!

If you're looking for a certified master plumber I highly recommend Freddy Bienka IV with Fast Freddy's Plumbing. We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn't get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy's came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Great customer service and support. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys!

I woke up to a cracked water heater that was no longer working. My neighbor recommended them, so I called, they gave me a reasonable quote, and within a few hours they had someone at my house replacing my water heater! They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again!

1. Clean up debris removed from the sewer and do NOT leave it on the customer's floor. Other professionals have when calling in my home.
2. Do NOT tell the customer the plumbing can be used when the clean out plug hasn't been replaced in the pipe. This same man told my spouse we leave it that way intentionally. (Now my home is unable to use water-period)
3. Maintain your equipment so your crew doesn't have to waste my Monday for 2.5 hours waiting, only to have them break the equipment.
4. When your crew screws up, fix the issue IMMEDIATELY (not tomorrow) and apologize. Customer Service 101 to maintain your company and name.
Now we are at the same point as we were on Thursday, with a sewer line backing up.

Apparently the owner, James, makes a habit out of setting up service for himself using his company's name and then bailing when it comes time to pay. Sounds like an almost identical situation to the other review left here. He dropped an item off for service, then had multiple excuses for the delay in picking up and paying for the item when it was ready. He would eventually ignore all attempts of contact and abandon the work without paying. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate the same actions towards his small business, yet it appears that is how he often conducts himself at others'. Pretty slimy behavior, I would never recommend using his services based on his character alone, regardless of the quality of work produced.

Contracted this company to perform ground work on a new bathroom in basement. Asked them to complete plumbing ground work and would finish the rest the next spring. After multiple delays while they worked on larger commercial clients that took priority, they left the job in shambles. The concrete work was sub par and is cracked/buckling. They left an in-ground drain pipe for a future shower uncapped which leaked under my basement concrete floor and caused widespread buckling/cracking. They also left an upright drain that they were supposed to route my shower drain into uncapped and simply stuck a rag in it. This did not stop sewer gasses from leaking inside the home. I have been unable to communicate with them reliably and all they will do is send me invoices for the full amount of the quoted work. I now have a shiny new collections account with them for the full amount, not even a discount for the unfinished work. They also installed new toilets (well, tried) at my grandparent's house and left that job unfinished as well. The worst part is, this business is owned by the son of a family friend who ran a business with the utmost integrity and respect for the customer. Truly shameful...

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I am still stuck with the same problem.
I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.
I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.
