Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

Steve is a rare contractor to find these days, highly recommended not to look elsewhere! We just finished our big kitchen remodeling including several additional projects throughout our house and we cannot write here enough great things about our overall experience. Steve was the 5th person we spoke to and we were very impressed with his personality and experience that caused us to ended our search for the perfect contractor. We know that we did the perfect decision by hiring him and his team. Steve is no less than a talented person with an amazing sharp eye that always listening to what we wanted to do and how we needed to use it and mainly - he made it a dream come true. Pete and Steve  was at our house each and every step of the work, responding immediately to any concern that raised up and finished the whole work right on time. We took all of his suggestions. His workers were excellent as well and very respectful of our house. Steve is meticulous and pays close attention to detail and goes above and beyond leaving no stone unturned to make sure the results reach perfection. And, he is a really nice guy with an awesome sense of humor and kept us sane (and often smiling) through the whole process. We highly recommend Handyman services Lv  and would use him again in a heartbeat for future projects.

Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

Jason was great. Quick to respond and does good work. Came on his scheduled time and did a great job. I will definitely be using him in future jobs that I am have.

There was a loud banging noise in one of our walls whenever we used a sink upstairs. Rob had to check along the entire system to find the problem and fix it. While here, he fixed a few other issues we had and a tiny leak that was dripping onto the top of our water heater.

Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
  Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!

Jhon came out to install our soft water unit and he did an excellent job! He was on time, really friendly, got the job done quickly, and we were super happy with the experience. You never know what kind of service a plumber will provide or how much it'll cost, but the quality of his work and pricing were great. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

The team from City Wide provided excellent service from first phone call to follow up after the job was finished. Danny and his assistant, Carlos, were friendly and professional while they were in our home. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it the same day. The job was done less than 24 hours after I made the first call...which was on a Sunday evening. Communication from supervisor AND company owner was also quick and courteous. Danny was able to recommend a great drywall guy, who was equally quick to respond and made the repair site look like new. I will definitely be calling City Wide AND the drywall guy for all my future projects. Thank you, guys.

The only company I would use when it comes to your heat & air conditioning. They are approved by NV Energy and will build you a system fit for your house and will explain everything you need to know when it comes to HVAC

I have used NPA several times and every time  they have been fast to respond, helpful and professional. I had a broken outdoor pipe on New Year's Day and they fixed the problem that day. I've also (unfortunately) had 2 major indoor pipe issues over the last 2 years and they were able to help me fix my problem in a timely manner and go through a contractor to fix the water damage. These guys definitely are my go to plumbers! Strongly recommend!

I had a water leak on Sunday, went on Google and yelp, searching for a plumbing company. And came across LV Expert.  from the beginning to the end this company took care of the issue, they were 100%, professional, reliable, with good prices for Sunday job. Not to mention, they arrived, and fixed everything the same day

We had the black pipe break from the street to the house. We called another plumber out and they were very rude and seemed high on the price to replace the line. I called WEB Pluming for a second opinion not sure what to expect. They were there in 45 minutes, gave us a better price without knowing what the first company was going to charge. They stayed at the house until 8:30pm, even in the rain to make sure we had water that night.
We were one of the homes that had the bad kitech fittings that had to be replaced. WEB saw they did the pressure control valve wrong and spent extra time to repair it as well.
This job was not an easy 1hour fix. They did an amazing job fixing our broken waterlines and our yard almost looks like they were not even there. They even fixed a broken irrigation line that was damaged but not by them. I will never call another plumber again, these people are amazing.

Steven, Aron, and Michael are awesome! They worked with me on my water main replacement project. It was over multiple calls as we had to isolate the leak. They were very open to my time line as I did my own digging. They answered all of my questions and didn't mind me watching & learning. I HIGHLY recommend!

Came home early Saturday morning to a flooded front yard... after calling several places and feeling taken advantage of just over the phone, I tried GNC. Gary was helpful, arrived on time. It was a super easy fix, just a sprinkler line. I had other companies tell me it would be a main line which I'd have to replace. Anywhere from $800 to $3000. Anyway, Gary fixed the sprinkler line and charged $80. Even took a look at the garbage disposal I recently installed on my own, just to make sure I had done it correctly!

Selected the company based on glowing reviews on Yelp. Found it was not the case for me.

Needed a natural gas hook-up tightened and the sink snaked out in a rental unit. A new washer/dryer being delivered on Thursday and needed the hook-up fixed. The company's scheduler had a Tuesday appointment available.  The company charges $22 to diagnose the problem that will be applied to the repairs. Thought this is a reasonable, low risk offer. The tenants said the plumber showed up on time, spent less than 30 minutes fixing an uncomplicated problem. The tenant called me while the plumber was still there to give an update. I spoke with the plumber and asked what the fee would be to come back and assist with the washer/dryer hookup if needed. He said call the office and ask them that question. I asked what the fee is to fix these two items. He said, call the office to settle up.

When I called the office, I was told the plumber sets the fees. She then said the plumber told her to charge $250 for his services today. When I questioned the high price, she said that is what the plumber told her to charge.

In my younger days, I did this work and know the skill and time to tighten a natural gas bib and snake a sink. If I was in town, I could have done this in 15 minutes and minimal training.

It appears that being an out of town landlord, the company has the advantage to gouge me. I would not recommend the company given the price charged does not reflect the skill, time or difficulty of the project. I will not be using them again. They lost any future business with the other rental units I own in Las Vegas.
