We discovered our relatively new dishwasher was not draining water correctly. A little online research led us to suspect it might be a blocked drain line.

I called Royalty at about 4pm, and they were able to arrange an appointment for me between 10am and noon the next day! They explained that they didn't repair dishwashers but could definitely check and clear the drain line to see if that was the problem.  

Their technician Junior arrived right on time at 10am. He quickly determined the drain line was, in fact, blocked. He carefully removed and replaced all the cleaning items below the sink to access the line. He cleared it rapidly and very quickly the dishwasher was draining correctly. And the price was extremely fair with payment easily accepted by credit card.

This was our second experience with Royalty having had them replace parts on three toilets last year. Both experiences were great. I highly recommend them, and it's great to support a family owned business!

Pete was responsive in my need to get a doggy door cut into our new home. I work at a job where I can't be away long and so its hard to get time away for personal needs.  Pete squeezed me in between two jobs and I got my doggy door within a days request. I am very happy with the quality of installation and will definitely be using Handyman Services on other projects that I have planned.

I had to leave before the installation was done and he left the worksite clean and remnants of the supplies where I could see what was done. On top of that paying was so easy. He just emailed me the bill and voila! Easy Peasy.

Worked with Danube for one of my projects at Sky Las Vegas (Flooring, Baseboards, Canned Lights and TV Mount).  Did a fantastic job was a jovial person to work with.  Cleaned up well after and completed the assigned job.  One day behind schedule but that is almost anticipated in this business.  Overall was satisfied with the job.

I recently purchased a house and yesterday I came home to a sink full of water. Rob's sticker was on the disposal and I called him. Instant response! He came over within the hour and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I've already given his number to several friends. Great service and a super nice guy!

My 75 gal water heater started leaking so I gave A Better Plumbing Co. a call. Carla answered and quoted me a price of $1290.00 total. They were on time and had everything they needed to complete the job. The job turned out to be just that, a fat pain in the a**! I have done this job myself previously and watched the install closely. I was very impressed. Even though it took a little longer and they needed to use a few more parts, the price was as quoted over the phone. Here's the crazy part, you can find the same WH on the Internet for $1,400.00 and then try to muscle that beast around on your own. I'm moving soon and I will definitely be taking their advertising magnet with me. They are my choice for fair, clean, honest, plumbers. They treated my home like their own, I absolutely recommend A Better Plumbing Co. to you and to my family and friends.

Finally a plumber that I can trust to do work in my home.  Reliable, responsive and reasonably priced.

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

I had an excellent experience with Prime plumbing.   I had a leak in my front yard from the main waterline to my house. Prime plumbing answered right away and was very  accommodating over the phone.  They (Tony) came out promptly and arrived in the time window they said they would. Within 24 hours afterward I received a professional, written estimate by email with contractor information and a detailed description of work to be done with warranty info.  I gathered four other estimates for the same work, and prime plumbing was one of the lowest bids I got, and included proper permitting and city inspection. They were able to complete the job just a few days later, and my yard and landscaping looks as good as new.  They charged me exactly the amount they estimated, and provided me copies of permits and inspections.  

Getting broken plumbing at your house is stressful, but they made the fix as simple as possible. Thank you Prime plumbing!

My kitchen was draining slow I called advanced drain jettering and Elvis came out and got the job done right away. Kitchen is draining with no issues now!

Our air conditioning went out late at night and we were panicked. We have a large amount of fish and it was a very hot August night, we were afraid the water would get to hot for them. My husband called and talked to Timur after 11pm and he was wonderful with us even at that late hour. He said he would be there in the morning and indeed he was! He showed up on time, found the problem ( bad capacitor ) promptly had it repaired and with a very fair price. What more could you ask for! Five stars all the way. Don't even hesitate to call these guys. They are the real deal and won my business from here out.

I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve.  The job was completed at the price and time frame promised.  Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve.  The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect.  When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged.  He refunded the money.  He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. I have used WEB on many projects/repairs over the past 10 + years, and 5 stars isn't praise enough for the company and their integrity based way of doing business!

My old water heater started leaking at my residential home on Friday the 13th weekend. Go figure. Then I looked at the tag on my leaking unit and calculated it to be exactly 8 years, to the month, of the Mfg. date. No surprise, that's on a six year warranty. Oh well, at least it outlasted the warranty.
I have AHS (home warranty) and chose the cash in-lieu option, to choose my own plumber; and AHS to just give me the money that they were going to give the plumber THEY would send.
Usually AHS contracts/sends the lowest bidder, cold-corporate and newly trained techs with little-to-no experience.
F that. So I looked on YELP (great source of reputable info) and found GNC Plumbing. Gary H. answered and said he could help on the day of the call! GNC Plumbing is a local business that's been open in Vegas for decades. He gave me advice to help myself save some money and time. So I went to get the hot H2O heater at Home Depot myself (my choice-to pick the H2O heater that I wanted) and had it ready for him to install.
He arrived on the same afternoon I called him, just like he promised. Got right to work on my H2O heater---(not look for other things to fix at my house, like scammers usually do)
Gary explained how things worked while I watched him take out the leaking old one, prep & install the new one. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and came equipped with all the tools he needed for the job. I paid him cash ... he likes cash, but takes other forms of payment too. Gave me a warranty on his labor and receipt to back it up! He's licensed and bonded. I highly recommend GNC plumbing. Good job Gary! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Have had prior experiences that were good but the last experience was terrible. They replaced my water heater and destroyed the stand it was on. Only 1 person to remove tank even though they were told there was someone home that could help them, when they were ready to move it.  I had to hire a contractor to fix the stand and they would not adjust bill or admit to any wrongdoing. The stand was in perfect condition BEFORE they came.

We were having problems with our toilet and another plumbing company (Ideal Plumbing) came out and found a piece of tile in the line. They wanted about $8,000 to Jackhammer the middle of our living room floor to remove the piece of tile.  We called Rant's and they were able to clear  the pipe out without  jackhammering the floor. Plus, his cost was a whole lot less than Ideal's. They were just great!!! We would highly recommend them!
