Very honest and reputable company.  They came out quickly and fixed the problem. They are also very reasonable. I just can't say enough good things about them and its hard to get good help here! Hire them and you will not be sorry!

Anthony and the entire team at Royalty Plumbing have been great. From a leaking pipe under our slab to installing fixtures, they have covered it all and done an excellent job. When people move to town, I immediately give them Anthony's information along with my mechanic, electrician, etc.

Zhuliyan and his crew did a tremendous job with my kitchen remodel. It included throughput new flooring, removing a divider wall , rearranging plumbing and electrical and installing a brand new kitchen including countertops and backsplash.

I called on Thursday, Feb. 14th as I noticed my water heater had some rusty water leaking from the top and wanted to make an appt for a plumber to come out for an estimate. I left a message. No return call so, placed a follow up call Friday, February 15th afternoon, left another message and, they never called. Interesting way to run a business. My water heater was replaced by a company that answered their phone.

Jhon responded to all my communications promptly and professionally. He installed three new toilets and bidet seats at a very reasonable price. I recommend Secure Plumbing.

I had several quotes for my new AC unit before I decided to go with NRS.   There are many reasons I went with NRS, but the ones I specifically want to point out are: they are not pushy salesmen like many others, they respect my home by laying down the drop cloth on the area in which they would be walking on, they are honest people and their workmanship is dependable.  Those guys worked 12 hours yesterday.  The other contractors I have been dealing with, they couldn't wait to drop everything when their hours are met.  NRS must treat their employees right for them wanting to stay after hours to get the job done.   I am glad I decided to go with NRS 100%.

I have used NPA several times and every time  they have been fast to respond, helpful and professional. I had a broken outdoor pipe on New Year's Day and they fixed the problem that day. I've also (unfortunately) had 2 major indoor pipe issues over the last 2 years and they were able to help me fix my problem in a timely manner and go through a contractor to fix the water damage. These guys definitely are my go to plumbers! Strongly recommend!

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. Gary was awesome.  I asked him to replace a broken anti-siphon valve on my pool auto-fill.  

He gave me the option to buy my own parts, which I took, he gave me a very concise list which I managed to grab in about five minutes at home depot, came back, and very quickly, it was done.  Not only that, but he added insulation without any comment around my piping to discourage it from happening in the future, and did a very nice clean job of it, at no charge.

Failure to respond to emails requesting installation of a demand water heater. I realize the job market is booming, but we've been quoted eight to ten thousand dollars for this job. Orchard was recommended by an air conditioning company doing work on our new home. What a dud and disappointment.

I thought about whether or not to review this business because clearly everyone that has used City Wide so far has been completely satisfied and I didn't want to be the one to ruin that streak. Nobody is perfect but what I experienced is beyond human error and imperfection. This isn't about the level of service I received, it's about not having received the service at all. If it was just a matter of bad service I woulda chaulked it up to a bad day.

Last night, around 0100 we had a pipe burst in our garage. I called several places that claimed to be 24 hour emergency service only to get no answer or an estimated response time of 8-10 hours. City Wide not only answered but said they'd have someone out within 1 hour. They never showed. As simple as that. No follow up call. No apology. Nothing. We were without water from 0100 to about 4:30pm. I'm posting this because it is now 7:30 pm and I have not heard from them as to what happened. I hope all is well with the owner and nothing serious happened.
