Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Las Vegas NV

Had a leaky shower problem that I needed fixed. I contacted Duke's and the next day they were here and had it diagnosed and completed within 45 min. Very personable, very professional, very reasonable prices, and over 3 decades of plumbing experience. I'm going to use them on a couple of other projects that I would like done. I recommend them highly.

I LOVE this company! They took great care of my mother who needed her hot water heater changed out and Clark was a pleasure to have working in my home on two of my showers that needed some cartridges and hardware changed out. Kristen was able to fit me into their schedule SO fast and I will absolutely be recommending and calling them for any future plumbing needs! Thank you guys so much again!

Great job! Our tile roof was fine, but the underlayment needed replacement after 30 years. Good communication with Pete and Steve. Those guys arrived on time and left the job site nice and clean! Great underlayment job.

Great service and pricing. Danube's team not only planted the trees in our backyard but also fixed our irrigation system and lights. Our shower needed repairs and Danube was able to do it all on the same day. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to those who are looking to have any kind of housework done.  It's hard to find trustworthy contractors in this town but you don't have to worry about it with Danube.

Jason is so talented! I highly recommend his services...he is very skilled and passionate about his work.  His pricing is very reasonable also. He is attentive, very responsive and a perfectionist in regards to his work. A few of the projects that he has completed for me include: stained the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as banister on main stairway, installed french doors in place of sliding doors, redesigned and constructed a walk-in closet, installed new kitchen appliances, built a pond outside, redid sprinkler lines, hung and rewired the TVs and ceiling fans. Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
  Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!
These are the only plumbers I trust in town for new construction,renovation,repair,and sewer inspection. Don't hesitate and call Carla and Monte at A Better plumbing you won't regret it!

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

I was generally satisfied with the work. My toddler
son poured paraffin wax down our master bath drain, clogging it badly. They needed to replace the P trap and they'd have to access it from underneath so that meant going through our living room ceiling. They told us that we would have to fix the drywall ourselves, which was fine, but they ended up cutting two holes because they misjudged where the drain was and didn't bother to measure so now I have not one but two holes in my living room ceiling. I feel like they should have at least fixed the one they created by mistake. They didn't say anything or even bother to apologize. The whole thing has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not be using this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. When I was originally given a time estimate the plumbers didn't show up or contact me to inform me they wouldn't be there. I had to call again for ANOTHER time estimate. And to top it all off one of the plumbers left his tools in the hole in my ceiling and had to come back later in the week to come retrieve them. It was very unprofessional

Nothing but good things to say about this company. I've used them for numerous plumbing issues over the last year. They are officially my go to plumbing company whenever I have any problems. Jason, the owner, has always been prompt and professional, and his prices are also fair and reasonable.

We were trying to help an elderly neighbor find a plumber to change out all the toilets in his house (two out of three were not functioning). Billy was recommended by a friend. When I called him, he immediately came out to give us an estimate.  He was able to to do the work promptly. Everything is ship-shape!  Work completed quickly and everything cleaned up and old toilets taken away. That plus Billy is just a great guy- he kept us informed of his arrival times and was genuinely pleasant to work with. If you feel like I do that dentists and plumbers are pretty high up there in terms of fair pricing and trustworthiness, I highly recommend Billy. He quoted what I feel was a fair price and there were no add ons. He wouldn't even accept a tip!  Great job!

After another plumber fixed a cracked pipe and declared my bathtub fixed, my tub was still leaking. Steven came out and did a thorough inspection and found the tub was also leaking around the overflow (which he fixed), and from tiny gaps in the tile (which I need to replace). He spent the time to make sure water was not coming from anywhere else. He is by far the best plumber I've ever had, and I've already given his information to my mother for her plumbing needs. Customer Service + Expertise = Lifelong Customer  :)

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

I should start this review with the note that up until recently I have been a customer of PPS for quite a long time.  PPS faithfully serviced our septic system in Moapa Valley, NV and we appreciated the service that we received, as did our neighbors.  That is, up until this year.

It wasn't until one of my neighbors mentioned to me, Hey, have you heard anything from the septic guys? that I seemed to remember that it was this time of year when they did their annual service and inspection of our systems.  Coincidentally, our system triggered an alarm (we have a denitrifying septic system) the following morning.  When I called PPS, they quite nonchalantly informed me that they don't service our area any more.  No notice, no warning...NOTHING!!!

I should add that they typically bill for their annual service every September and do the service the following February.  I guess with all the hubbub with COVID I overlooked not getting the regular annual invoice.  

I don't begrudge them deciding to reduce their service area because the demand for their services closer to their base of operations is higher...I get that.  I begrudge them for the highly unprofessional conduct of leaving their customers in the lurch, high and dry, without any notice whatsoever.  

If you're looking for a service that you can absolutely rely on, you might consider my experience with PPS when making a choice for a service provider.

Called him up with a water heater emergency, unfortunately he was booked with appointments for a week. I am writing this review because he asked where we lived and proceeded to recommend another business that could help. I appreciate him taking his time to do this and can only imagine the type of service he provides for his actual customers.  I would definitely recommend you give him a call, if he is too busy he will not hesitate to assist you any way possible, with a great referral.

He came out and ran a camera, gave me a price estimate and wouldn't take a payment, told him I wanted to discuss with my husband and I'd call to schedule the repairs and never heard back.

I am a commercial property manager, I called this company to do a free estimate and leak detection, which I thought was awesome, in turn I was told I had numerous underground leaks and needed to have my whole plumbing system dug up and replaced. I called another company for a second option. Same thing free estimate and everything, my issue was a running toilet and 2 swamp coolers leaking. My problem was solved for less than $150 by another company.
