This team installed a gas line inside my home. Actually rerouted it. They were prompt, clean, communicated every step of the way and did awesome work. Took care of the drawings, permit, and inspection. Highly recommend them for jobs large and small. They are friendly, professional and get the job done in a timely fashion.

Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. My 75 gal water heater started leaking so I gave A Better Plumbing Co. a call. Carla answered and quoted me a price of $1290.00 total. They were on time and had everything they needed to complete the job. The job turned out to be just that, a fat pain in the a**! I have done this job myself previously and watched the install closely. I was very impressed. Even though it took a little longer and they needed to use a few more parts, the price was as quoted over the phone. Here's the crazy part, you can find the same WH on the Internet for $1,400.00 and then try to muscle that beast around on your own. I'm moving soon and I will definitely be taking their advertising magnet with me. They are my choice for fair, clean, honest, plumbers. They treated my home like their own, I absolutely recommend A Better Plumbing Co. to you and to my family and friends.

This is definitely, going forward, our plumbing company.  Prompt, honest, on time, totally professional, and most of all, pricing so in order to afford a plumber, one will not have to secure a 2nd mortgage.  If you have not tried Secure Plumbing, so highly recommend you do.  Jon was not only professional, very courteous and explained all he was doing.  If we could give them/him 10 stars, we would.

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

Jesus and his helper were great!  They were on time, professional, kind, patient with all my questions, and explained everything in great detail to me.   I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

We were trying to help an elderly neighbor find a plumber to change out all the toilets in his house (two out of three were not functioning). Billy was recommended by a friend. When I called him, he immediately came out to give us an estimate.  He was able to to do the work promptly. Everything is ship-shape!  Work completed quickly and everything cleaned up and old toilets taken away. That plus Billy is just a great guy- he kept us informed of his arrival times and was genuinely pleasant to work with. If you feel like I do that dentists and plumbers are pretty high up there in terms of fair pricing and trustworthiness, I highly recommend Billy. He quoted what I feel was a fair price and there were no add ons. He wouldn't even accept a tip!  Great job!

Just had a visit from the Plumbing Kings to fix a problem with our kitchen sink. Tyler was on time, called ahead, and did a fantastic job with the repair. He even answered some questions about some other plumbing issues. Would definitely recommend.

Gary was awesome.  I asked him to replace a broken anti-siphon valve on my pool auto-fill.  

He gave me the option to buy my own parts, which I took, he gave me a very concise list which I managed to grab in about five minutes at home depot, came back, and very quickly, it was done.  Not only that, but he added insulation without any comment around my piping to discourage it from happening in the future, and did a very nice clean job of it, at no charge.

We have used Orchard for years and have always been 100% satisfied with their work. When our water heater broke they replaced it and placed a new pan under it and installed earthquake straps. (That's amazing) We decided we wanted a new kitchen faucet and they replaced it so fast. They've fixed toilets and faucets over the years as well. They are always on time and super friendly. I'd highly recommend them.

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

Water meter on the street was spinning too much (water company called us after a read) and we called Jump 2 It to work out the problem.  Turns out we had a water leak underground from the street to our property, which the water company doesn't fix - we do, ugh. Jump 2 It gave us an estimate (the actual bill was $400 less than the estimate) and the workers who came out were very friendly, told us everything that they would be doing, and got the job done.  Wore booties in the house to use the restroom.  Would recommend this company.
