Best Generator Repair in Kansas City MO
After returning from a trip out of town, my wife and I came home to realize that Kansas City had gotten really hot, and our air conditioner was making a funky noise and blowing out warm air. After reading glowing reviews, I called MVP to schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone was very friendly, very quick, and had us in the queue within a few minutes.
Within two hours, Antonio came to our door and quickly assessed the situation. He explained exactly what was wrong and gave us multiple options, least comprehensive to most. Within a few hours we had a functioning air conditioner, and a plan to optimize our system. We feel that Antonio gave us great options and great service. I would highly recommend MVP to anyone.

On September 25th I wanted to get an early start on winterizing my home which included having my furnace serviced, as well as, an estimate on replacing my 24 year old furnace and air conditioning system.
I have been an ASAP member for a year now, yet had no idea that two visits from two separate techs would be scheduled for the following day.
The first tech, Jeff showed up on time and introduced himself as a senior tech. He proceeded to provide excellent service which went way beyond my expectations. He was introduced to my 4 year old granddaughter before examining the furnace. Seeing is believing and without using scare tactics, Jeff expressed genuine concern when showing me the pictures of small fractures that could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. He recommended updating my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
That afternoon Kirk arrived to access the replacement and the cost. We had a thorough discussion about my desire to replace and relocate the new system. The relocation would involve redesigning the plumbing, gas, and ducting to function properly with the existing infrastructure. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC, but was hesitant to offer advice on the plumbing which was not his expertise. I was very satisfied with both technicians and their 5 star review is well deserved.

Nine years ago Bob Hamilton dug up my yard to repair a piece of my sewer line. I was told the repair would go to the mainline. With one year left of my 10 year warranty, I called back for warranty service only to be told that the piece needing repair was just passed where they repaired and it would cost $3500 (again) to get to the mainline (4 feet). I was told 9 years ago that the repair would go to the mainline. In the meantime, I was charged their $99 special to open the line until it could be properly repaired.
On the day they were to repair it AGAIN (3 days later), they never showed up; I waited all day for the call and I kept calling for a status. At the end of the day, I was told that they were backed up and they would come the next morning. This is a rental property and the tenants were pretty upset because they were told to avoid flushing. At this point I decided to get a second opinion. The company I called ended up using a 3 and a half inch blade instead of the one inch blade Bob Hamilton used that just teased the blockage. The line was quickly cleared to show root debris and a metal object that was blocking it., saving me $3200. This is wrong. They were about to dig up the yard again because they did not repair the break to the mainline as promised and was going to charge me again because the camera showed what they repaired was still in tack. How do they stay in business with ripping people off this way? I see so many bad reviews out there.
