Best Drain Cleaning in Aurora CO

Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

We called Elite Rooter Saturday 11/28/21, for a backed up sewer , they arrived and gave. an estimate of 360.00 to start , the removed a toilet and ran a small blade to clear the line. after getting the line. to drain. the took a video , of the line to identify the the problem , they managed to punch a small hole about 37' out to allow the drain to flow ,
The tech then proceeded to sell a Clean up job with an estimate of 6000.00 to start by their sister company , my adult daughter who was on site. declined this , they packed up and left ,
Within 24 hours the sewage backed up again , this would be Sunday , the place was no longer inhabitable. We needed to find her a place to lives short term. I called Elite rooter the following day Monday 11/30/21 and explained the issue. they said they would have the tech contact me. I said I would prefer to talk to the manager , I was told she was busy and couldn't come to the phone , I insisted to no avail. the person took my phone number and name. and said she would call me when she was available. I'm writing this Wednesday , 12/1 /21 and have yet to hear from anybody at Elite Rooter.
In short these folks are predatory , lazy and unprofessional. we. hired another company to complete the job they failed to do.

We made an appointment on Monday to come to the house between 8-9 a.m. on Friday  to install a  gas line for our new cooktop. Told us he would be there early closer to 8:00 a.m. and he is a NO SHOW!!!!! No call or warning. Why do people not want to work? BE WARNED VERY UNDEPENDABLE! NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS DON!

After having a very bad experience with Applewood Plumbing (Jeff K, who out right lied to me) , this company was very professional, came in and gave me a reasonable quote & was done with the job in a couple of hours. I had a leak between the walls that had to be fixed along with a few other things.

I would definitely recommend them.

Have been using Spartan for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences. Randy and Jeremiah recently completed a major re-pipe on our bathroom and everything was completed timely and within the agreed upon quote.  Chelse and the others in the office were great with scheduling and I love that I can handle all of it via text! I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a  drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service. Definitely a high end provider, but quality all the way. Prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable.

This place showed up on time. Wore masks, I don't care what the mask mandate says, if you're in my house-you wear a mask. The pea trap kept leaking for years, I'd try to fix it- never lasted. Turns out that the pea trap was installed 2 inches shorter than it should have been. The plumber goes out to his truck and gets the right size, explaining everything he's doing and why along the way. Reasonable price for a great fix!

There are better companies to deal with. I hired them and had to find someone else because they wouldn't get back with us I a timely manner about questions we had.
