Mark helped us replace a hot water heater and our thermal expansion tank which was leaking. He also helped us repair our yoke from the water meter to the mainline. Called these guys to try to get an estimate on fixing s shower, after being quoted $55 from another plumber just to have a look. Chris came out for free, spent about 30 minutes looking into the problem and said, 'don't worry, IF you have us do the work, we charge a flat fee, so no hourly charges' which was a big relief! Within a few minutes, he had the problem solved and shower fixed, after 2 yrs of dealing with it and having paid another plumber $800 for 7 hours of searching!
So, within 45 minutes, the shower was fixed, the bill was paid and we were happy customers. I highly recommend these guys!

I paid Flowrite to come to my home to diagnose a problem.  They came as agreed and explained what my problem was.  They told me they would get me an estimate for correcting the problem within a few days.  After approximately a week I called and spoke to Ruben.  He once again assured me that they could fix my issue and would provide an estimate within a few days.  It has been a few weeks now and I have received no estimate. I will now need to pay another plumber to come out and start the process all over again to get my issue corrected.  I have received no benefit in dealing with Flowrite.

When a crew came to install our new fridge (there hadn't been one there before), they found that the copper pipe that supplies water was leaking. After shutting off the main, we called a few places and Travis was able to come by first. He did an amazing job replacing the water line, adding a valve & shutoff. We had it all complete in very little time & it was done completely and cleanly. Can't recommend him highly enough.
