Best Sump Pump Installation in Aurora CO
We had some PVC pipe break on Sunday morning of a holiday weekend and we were in need of a same day repair. Loretta answered the call! Pat came out within a couple of hours and had us repaired and as good as new. Both Loretta and Pat were extremely nice and professional. The cost for repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if we are in need of a great plumber!
UPDATE: A couple of days later we had a toilet clog and they came right out same day to clean the drain line. Saved us again big time!

I came home late from an out-of-town trip and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't refilling when flushed. I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem, but they did not work. I was concerned that the pipe was frozen and needed a plumber to come look at it. I called AE Plumbing Services and Juan came right away--within about 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous. He did a little sleuthing and immediately figured out that a vent had blown off the outside of my house, exposing the pipe to outside air. The pipe had indeed frozen up. He thawed out the line and temporarily blocked the vent hole--until I can get out there and implement a permanent fix. Given that he came out on a cold night late in to the evening, I felt like his fee was very reasonable.

I had water inlet valve to the bottom of the toilet that would not shut off completely as well as the fill valve was defective. The plumber from Bluefrog, Ryan, came exactly as scheduled, answered all our questions, repaired our problems efficiently, didn't leave a mess. Overall a great job by Ryan. Would recommend Bluefrog for your plumbing problems.

When others said the project was too large or they weren't qualified - Jacob and his team were able to do it in half a days work and set us up with the appropriate hot water system for our families needs. Heath was the licensed technician who installed our water heater. He did an amazing job within a tight installation closet.

Some weeks ago our pipes started banging in the walls and after our daughter had a bath one day the water leaked into the ceiling of the 1/2 bath below and started coming through the vent on the ceiling.
I looked up plumbing issues on line and did all the things they said to do when pipes start banging in the walls...and nothing worked.
Went to the Water department and asked if it was a water pressure issue from them and was told by the guy that works our area that many people in our area had been having similar problems and it was the water pressure gauges that were installed in the house's some 15 years ago when they were built.
So anyhow I called Don and we went over the issue and he told me that he was going to be a little more expensive because he used a good quality water pressure gauge after a couple of failed ones previously and he wanted to make sure we had a good quality product.
He really wasn't any more money to have him out, it really was inline with others using cheaper parts.
Anyhow at the moment we rent the house...and will be buying in a few months, so I advised using him to the landlord.
He came in and made sure before he actually replaced the part that it was in fact the problem!
He checked out the leak...and wouldn't you know it...no leak...LOL...not idea what it was, but he tightened up the drain and overflow...made sure everything else was working right...we tried and tried to make it leak...Nothing!!
So we have not had any other issues...but we asked him about a number of things I had concerns about and he patiently answered my questions, and I never felt that we were being an inconvenience.
Anyhow, we are planning a kitchen renovation and bathroom renovations when we buy the house next year, so we will be having him back to do the work then.
I should also say that both my husband and have worked in the construction industry and have a good knowledge of plumbing, and at not time did Don ever try to stretch the truth or try and do more then was needed.
(he did not know we actually had some knowledge, although we are not experts by any means...hence the questions, but we both understand plumbing to a large degree so were impressed with his knowledge.)
I highly recommend him...he's clean, quick and patient. Very reasonable pricing as well.

These guys are great! The promptly responded to our call regarding a gas leak from a faulty valve to our oven and also a slow water leak from a valve under our kitchen sink. They gave us a very reasonable quote and performed the work right then. In fact, while they were there, I asked about some other work (replacing the water valves under the kitchen sink and running a water line to the fridge) and they came back the next day to perform that work. After our kitchen flooring project was done, they came back and hooked up the gas line to the oven and water line to the fridge. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them!

Had a plumbing issues at one of my Rentals and was able to schedule the Spartan team to assist. Not only was he able to fix the issue I reported but while he was there, the tenant complained about another issue and he called me to notify me which he assisted in fixing while he was already there. Happy customer, happy landlord. Couldn't have asked for anything better than the Spartan team. A+++++

Note, I didn't have work done by Joe. He never called back after the multiple times I called. Other reviews sounded great but apparently he isn't taking new customers?

Thomas the owner answered my request on Sunday and scheduled me for the next day. (So good response time, which is why he didn't get 1 star).
I told him both in my message and on the phone when he called me, that units (there are two rental units next to each other) HVACs are working, but blowing hit air. They are gonna need Freon. He said okay.
Calls me 30 min later, he inspected the first unit and yes, it needs Freon, but he doesn't have any with him, and won't be able to get back until later that week.
After processing this whole thing, i reach back out with disappointment and say I guess I'm upset because i explained all this to you even sent him a screen shot of our conversation.
He proceeded to tell me that he has to first evaluate the situation. I get that, but at least be prepared and or upfront with the customer from the beginning.
Moral of the story, make sure you ask Thomas upfront if he carries Freon before you book him.
ALSO... he never even went to the next door unit. He felt threatened by me because i told him unless they (his other crew) showed up today with the Freon (because they are the ones that have the Freon on their trucks) I'd be sure to mention it in my review. So he went from a five star to a one star to a three star... because he didn't charge me a service charge.

Had a great experience with this team. I called on a Saturday morning for a clogged sewer line. Within a few hours, the problem was solved.
The customer service point person was friendly and helpful. Allen, our tech, was a communicative & methodical problem solver. I recommend Allen and this team to others, and will use them again.

Kyle was professional and came out quickly. I was amazed at how quickly he came out. He fixed the issue of my dishwasher. It wasn't properly draining out. Prices were reasonable. Also advised of reimbursement of previous company job since they didn't do a good job of checking everything. The cap from disposal was not removed. Will definitely be calling Kyle and or this company again if needed.

What a great experience with Rich! I sent a message on Nextdoor looking for a good, reputable local plumber as we are new to the area (just moved from Atlanta). They were able to fit us in their Tuesday afternoon schedule, called promptly before they came, arrived within the 30 minute window, and Rich fixed our leaky faucet in under 5 minutes. He also did some other great spot checking, including the pressure on the water heater. He was professional, explained to me what he was doing and walked me through everything I needed to know. I cannot say how much I appreciate this company!! We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

This company will majorly rip you off on pricing. I used them twice this summer. The first time was a big job so I didn't really have a gauge on if the price was fair or not, but after talking to another plumber I know now that I got ripped off. I gave them $8000 to do a job, which required them to remove the toilet in one of our bathrooms 8-10 times. The toilet became loose, and wasn't able to be tightened down. I called them again (I stupidly thought they might hook me up, since I just gave them 8k) to fix the toilet so it wouldn't wobble. Dude charged me $275 to replace one bolt on the toilet, which took him less than five minutes, and it was messed up from them taking the toilet off so many times! I also had them install a garbage disposal, which they charged $485 to do. The guy told me he was going to buy it at Home Depot so I looked up the model and it was $99. Took him ten minutes to put it in. They charged me $800 for less than 15 minutes of work. Then the next day we used the dishwasher and it wouldn't drain, because the disposal wasn't hooked up properly. So I had to have them come out AGAIN to fix it. Can't believe they didn't charge me several hundreds to fix their own mistake!
Long story short, their prices suck. Tyler and some of the other dudes who did the work were awesome- can't fault them for their company charging insane prices. Y'all could have had a lifelong customer... but when you price gouge someone who just gave you a ton of money and is asking you to fix something you broke, I'm out!

Well I had them come out to my house to quote me on installing a water softener. I was replacing a older unit with a new one. They charge 49 dollars for coming out and giving a bid. I don't mind paying the fee if the bid was legitimate. But it was a scam. I hate when companies do this because there are a lot of people that don't know better and get screwed. I was told they knew how to install a water softener and do it often. I already had the new unit purchased and knew the fittings matched the old unit. So after spending way to much time looking at everything. He was ready to talk to me. The first thing he did was try to up sell me to a unit he sold. So I had to listen to the sales pitch. I won't go into that but it was ridiculously high. So I finally got him to quote me on installing my unit. It was 1,200 dollars. I asked why so much. It is only two pipes the go into the unit and I have them installed already. So it pretty much just slides in. Sure they might have to solder something. But I think it just rubber fittings. He said that is the easy part. But the programming of the unit takes a long time and time consuming and very complicated. That is just a plain a-- lie. It's a basic unit and maybe if you don't know what you are doing might take you 30 minutes. You set the salt level and grain setting and time to start. I almost refused to pay them because it was not a competitive bid. But I paid them because I said I would. From now on I will inform companies that it must be competitive or I won't pay. I could have bought a unit and had it installed from company that will remain nameless for that price. They were very good with communication and showing up to appointment. Sure you might ask if it so easy why don't you do it.? Well I would have to spend time learning how but for 1,200 hundred I will watch a few videos and do it myself. They were 3 times higher then a quote I had but I was trying to get it done faster. I will update if they refund my money because I will ask them for it back.
