Don came right out and installed a faucet for me in my kitchen.  Very nice guy, and reasonable price.  I recommend him highly!

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

I had to get my AC and furnace serviced, cleaned, and certified for potential buyers. Travers came out, was very friendly, worked around my schedule and was fast. My AC worked better after he worked on it. Then a second inspection left my AC not working, I called Travers and he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me figure out what the inspector had done to screw up my AC and furnace. He quickly figured it out over the phone and saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend this company and especially Travers!

They took a while to complete the work because they're booked/busy, but they were fair and honest. First plumber quoted us $750 for the same job Day did for $100 trip fee and 2 hours at $150/h. So, that's for $400, for the non math people. Savings of $350, nearly half.

We had a couple of drainage issues and wanted a sanity check on an upstairs shower. Rome responded right away when I called and was able to come by that evening. He was able to fix all of our issues and even showed us how to do a bunch of it ourselves, including recommendations for the best products to use and why. With such great responsiveness, high-quality work, and a lot of excellent information, we'll definitely call Rome again when we need any plumbing work!

If you are looking for help around the house Dehn is your man!  I found Dehn on yelp and hired him to hang a very heavy mantel above our fireplace.  He did a wonderful job!  He arrived on time and was in and out quickly all while providing detailed work at a fair price.  I will certainly keep him in mind if I have other projects to be done.  Thanks Dehn!

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing.  My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid.  I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.  

Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him.  He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.  

I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

Jeff and crew fully finished our basement which included full bath, two room additions and mechanical room.  They did an excellent job.  Their experience was obvious and the guys worked hard and efficiently.  Great communication throughout the process and the project completed at the quoted price which was the most competitive of the bids I received.  I Highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

I needed some repairs under my kitchen sink.  Tom Romano (a former employee of CW's who has just bought the company as it's prior owner retired) was responsive, efficient, and professional in doing the repairs.

John is my savior. Late on the Friday afternoon, my in-laws were driving from out of state to come stay with us. About an hour before they were set to arrive, we noticed a horrific sewage smell coming from the guest bathroom attached to the room they were supposed to be staying in. I called John and he quickly came over and saved the day. Our problem was not clear and simple. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, fixed it, and did so at a very fair price. John will forever be my go-to plumber.

We had a plumbing emergency, and turned to Yelp to find a plumber. So glad we did...Jon came and replaced a leaking faucet within a few hours of when we called his business. For prompt, reliable, professional service-highly recommend.

They left the site with standing water not just by the water heater that was being replaced but under carpeting in the basement hallway. And the charge a premium.

I requested a furnace and air conditioning check up.  My service window was between 3 and 5.  Dispatch called at 4:30 to notify me the tech was on his way, it would be 30 minutes depending on traffic.  Tech showed up at 5:40 because the address had been typed in wrong.  It would have been nice to receive a call before 5:30 to let me know he was unable to find me.  I told him when the heat clicks off there is a whining noise.  The tech went into my crawl space, just ducked down inside, didn't even go over to the furnace - he states it's an original furnace (1973) and I needed to replace it.  I said it's not an option.  He said financing is available.  Still not an option.  He looks at the furnace and reports it's a loose belt.  Didn't offer to replace or tighten the belt and I didn't even get a new furnace filter.  I was quoted 450 for the furnace tune up.  I declined.  My A/C was never even looked.  Replacing the furnace was brought up several times.  My townhouse is supposed to have a stackable washer and dryer.  A previous owner changed it so it's a full size washer and dryer.  I have left it that way.  The dryer blocks access to the crawl space.  I have to turn off the gas and disconnect the hose for the gas from the dryer and pull the dryer out.  I have done this many times in the 22 years I have lived there.  The tech offers to help me put the dryer back.  I decline.  He is very insistent.  I finally said ok.  He says not many woman can do this.  He tells me it's bad to disconnect the gas all the time, I need to get electric instead, the venting is wrong and where I am plugging it in is wrong.  I felt this was a gender biased sales call.
