Best Outlet Repair in Aurora CO
Tried calling twice to set up an appointment, once early in the morning and again a few hours later with no one answering the phone either time. Left a message the first time and still haven't heard from them.

We were very impressed with Manny and his team. Our hot water heater went out and they were out less than 24 hours later, which was only because we were not available sooner. They sufficiently explained our situation and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. They were in and out with precision. We also even got a free carbon monoxide detector! I've never been so excited about a water heater before! We are very satisfied with our experience with AAA, the Arvada location.

Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.

I needed a handyman in a pinch. The folks at Fixer were available the next day. The booking process was professional and seamless. Our Fixer was super friendly, experienced and professional. He provided a very high quality of work at a reasonable rate! I love the business model too - mixing the chance to have an ongoing fixer you can use with the scale and professionalism of a larger company. I love the idea of their subscription models as well - great option.

I recently had Dehn with Urban Handyman complete some minor plumbing work and general carpentry around my new house. Watching Dehn's careful workmanship and general desire for a clean workspace was assuring for a homeowner. He was very neat, cleaning after each stage of the job, ensuring that your home would be left in great condition after the job was done.
Dehn installed a bathroom vanity and light fixture for me, patched some drywall, and installed all new locks for my house.
The Urban Handyman should be your first and last call for home repairs and upgrades. He is very honest and thoughtful with his work. I would recommend the Urban Handyman ten times over.

Rep was very communicative regarding arrival. He walked me through all my options for a new cooling system and was very responsive to my questions/concerns. Super efficient interaction and provided estimates for the options discussed within 30 minutes of departing.

I am very unhappy with their service. We had a warranty issue that damaged the whole unit however they refuse to fix it without us paying out of pocket. It's not their problem because they fixed the one warranty part that started the problem even though the unit is still not operating normally. It's a rooftop unit on a townhouse and is so loud you cannot stand to be in the bedroom below it, not to mention it's now vibrating in the entire house. This is not acceptable. They have had to come and recharge the coolant multiple times starting less than a year since it was installed. Now will have to replace a 2 yr old installation out of pocket for a WARRANTY problem that started the whole thing. Terrible customer service. We even offered to meet them halfway on a replacement with no regard. Avoid if you expect any sort of long term customer service. They seem to do the bare minimum and push problems back on their customers. Very disappointed.

Scheduled an appointment using their online scheduling tool on their website. I was given an arrival window of 8-5p, which I thought was pretty ridiculous, but since it was a week away I figured their customer service would call and narrow down the window as the appointment approached. I got no communication at all. On the day of the appointment, I called and spoke to Vanessa who informed me that my appointment had been moved to the following day. I complained about the lack of communication, she said she would speak to a manager and get back to me. I waited two more hours and heard nothing from her. I called back and canceled figuring I'd rather do business with a more reputable company. Awful experience , poor customer service even after I called.

A couple of hours after my review was posted here and on Google, I received a call from Fix It customer service. After explaining my point of view and hearing theirs (they charge by the job, not by the hour, three-year warranty, etc), we arrived at a settlement, which they followed though on.
I'm under no false impression that as a result of a call with a friendly and empowered customer service manager that the questionable business practice that I described above will now all of a sudden be fixed and no one will experience again.
I am still definitely put off by my experience. Their practice of charging by the job is perfectly fine, so long as that price is within a realm of fairness. There is no justification for paying more than $950 for a 45-minute job to replace a $200 pump. Again, I am not a plumber and had not the faintest idea what it would take to get my sump pump fixed or replaced. So, in advance of the work being done and with a nearly overflowing sump and more rain on the horizon, how was I to decide what is a fair price? I relied on the fairness and integrity of a reputed firm. I was let down this time around.
It's sad that it took a negative review to get any action on their part. As I said, I had tried numerous times to reach them before posting my review. But, I am satisfied with the settlement and applaud them for at least reaching out and making it right.
