Best Outlet Repair in Aurora CO
I can't overstate how happy I am with the service I received. I had a pair of wall heaters installed. The electricians were fast and the entire expense was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I tried out AAA because of a flyer I received in the mail.
I had them come out to clean the flame sensor on my furnace which has been done twice before (by another business) and they claim it needs to be replaced for $375 when the part is $30 and the job will take 10 minutes.
I had also scheduled them to come later that day to clean a drain that day; it took them 2 hours to make a slow leak into a stopped drain and what should have been a $99 job turned into a $1400 estimate and they keep tacking on extras claiming even my toilet had flow problems.
Called Brothers, took them 30 minutes to clear it.
Do not call this place, you are wasting your time.

Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.

The Fixer, Nate, was very pleasant, resolved my issue, and I would gladly work with him again.
Jayme, who discussed billing with me, did not convey there was a 1-hour minimum charge until after the work was completed. This led to a surprise bill for a 15 minute visit that should have been a quarter of the cost. After expressing my concerns, he reduced the price by 50%, which is still a up-charge of 100% given the information he provided me and the services rendered. I would expect better customer service for a mistake he made, i.e. not conveying the 1-hour minimum before booking the appointment. I would not work with Jayme again.

UPDATE:
For context, below is the message that they claim conveys a required 1-hour minimum of service:
The clock starts once your Fixer arrives. The assessment usually takes 5 mins. within the first hour of service. Then your Fixer will advise how long it will take to complete this task. We charge $119/hr prorated to the minute after each hour of service.
The after each hour of service is what is vague and confusing. It should have said something like: there is a minimum one hour charge of $119; any additional time beyond 1 hour is billed at $119/hr, prorated to the minute.

Dehn is simply excellent. He showed up on time (a couple minutes early actually) and did exactly what I needed. This followed a couple email and text exchanges setting out what the job was. He professionally installed my new locks and peephole, quickly, cleaned the area like new, and was done. I'll definitely call him again when needed!

They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and had the installation complete before most of their peers responded. They were responsive, very good to work with, and did a great job. The installation was more complicated than they had anticipated due to the arrangement of my breaker boxes and access to the garage. Given that, their price was reasonable, and about what others had estimated before knowing all the difficulties.
I recommend them without reservation.

We have used Save Home Heat for various projects for about 20 years. They serviced our very old hot water (boiler) heat system until it needed replacing. The timing was right to upgrade to a high efficiency model which we did. However the technology was new then and the furnace worked well for some years but did not last as long as predicted industry wide. After researching online, I discovered it was not worth repairing anymore as the brand was no longer in business and it would be impossible to get parts. We upgraded to a newer model of a longer running company. That turned out quite well, though it has more electronics and does sometimes need some fixes. This most recent repair though had nothing to do with the newest furnace and everything to do with the 1979 remodel that installed the zone system throughout the house to be able to heat the addition and a better system for the original part of the house. One of the valves in one zone component had failed.
I called Save Home Heat and they gave us an appointment for today. A service tech who had been here before was able to do the repair as he carries many traditional parts on the truck. It is now running well.
We have also bought some ductless AC units (mini-splits) from this company a few years ago as our house had no central air and it could not be installed as we do not have ducts since we do not have forced air heat. It is a great solution. They service those too and most, but not all of the house can be cooled well enough, now that summers are so hot here. We have lots of shade trees that had been sufficient until a few years ago when climate change brought us summers so warm.
They are a good company to work with though they do get busy, so it is not always easy to get a tech as quickly as this time but they have never left us without heat in severe weather. All of these units do require advanced tech from their staff so it is not an inexpensive fix but it is also necessary to do right. The phone staff has aways been accommodating and the sales people knowledgeable. I started with the company founders who are now all retired but the newer staff does just as well.

The owners of this company are the best. We had an Infinity furnace installed and they were very responsive to a customer service issue. KyleG or K2 did an excellent job on the installation of the furnace and WiFi thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or service on an existing furnace. I highly recommend the Carrier Infinity furnace.

Total rip-off company. Did not finish the job, after charging an outragous sum of money. Left a huge mess and still have not come back to lay the asphalt in the alley - two months later and still waiting!

Hired Fix-it 24/7 through Home Depot to do an annual furnace tune up, it was done fine. Asked the furnace tech if there was a plumber available to look at our hot water heater as I observed some corrosion around the anode. Fit-it 24/7 plumber arrived looked at water heater and immediately began with scare tactics (you could have a tank rupture...etc.) I requested an estimate for a replacement water heater, written estimate was $3300.00 for an AO Smith brand. Needless to say I knew this was outrageously overpriced and a clear rip-off. I had the receipt for our previous water heater and a good idea of the range of cost of water heaters. Asked plumbing tech why the cost was so high, he replied manufacturer mark-ups which of course was complete nonsense. Lesson here is always get several estimates, understand what you are buying, do some research and don't fall for scare tactics. We got several estimates, had a premium brand (Bradford White) installed and had some other plumbing and gas line work completed for $2100.00. We avoided getting ripped off and were extremely pleased with the work. I don't trust Fix-it 24/7 based on a very overpriced estimate and can't recommend this company.
