Best Lighting Repair in Aurora CO

Rocky Mountain Home Services Plumbing Service
I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

I've used Slawek and his team at two different homes.  They are without a doubt the best electricians I've ever used and just really good people.  I recently had them replace all the outlets and switches in my home, add fans to bathrooms, run new cable outlets, fix photo-electric switches on landscape lighting, and several other things.  Slawek will come out and walk through everything with you then he'll sit down at your table and write up a quote right there on the spot.  His crews show up exactly on time and they are incredibly efficient.  I thought they would be here for 4-5 days with all the work but it took them less than two days.

They now do plumbing as well.  I have no doubt, Slawek will maintain the same standard with the plumbing business.

I would like to give them 0 stars. It is pretty hard to rate a company that keeps rescheduling/cancelling an appt for air conditioning repair.  I originally scheduled an appt for 8am and then someone else called me right back saying that they couldn't do it then b/c it will not be warm enough yet. Fair enough, so we moved it to 4:00pm-6:00pm. They called me at 2:00pm asking if they could come right then because their tech was in the area. I apologized and told them I was at work and could not do it now and would like to stick with my 4:00pm-6:00pm time slot, they said okay. Now an hour before my appt they called me and said that they will need to reschedule for a different day because their tech went home! I asked if they tech knew about our 4:00-6:00pm appt and she said yes but they went home. I explained that I had worked this appt out with my company so that I could take off early, she said sorry but they went home. I told them I would find another company.    So if you have the time to wait for them to call and ask to come over at any hour of the day then maybe this is your company, but if you are on a schedule and like reliability....find someone else.

I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.

Easy, effortless and efficient. Felix and Doug did an amazing job hanging our 2 very large art pieces. They verified the height and overall placement, ensuring the position was satisfactory. We will definitely be using them again.

Dehn was great to work with and very reasonable, many other estimates were nearly double what Dehn proposed.  I had him remove an old vanity, adjust the depth of the new cabinet, place the marble top and install the new faucet.  It looks like a new bathroom.  Thanks Dehn!

Ultimate Heating And Cooling Plumbing Service
I am very unhappy with their service. We had a warranty issue that damaged the whole unit however they refuse to fix it without us paying out of pocket. It's not their problem because they fixed the one warranty part that started the problem even though the unit is still not operating normally. It's a rooftop unit on a townhouse and is so loud you cannot stand to be in the bedroom below it, not to mention it's now vibrating in the entire house. This is not acceptable. They have had to come and recharge the coolant multiple times starting less than a year since it was installed. Now will have to replace a 2 yr old installation out of pocket for a WARRANTY problem that started the whole thing. Terrible customer service. We even offered to meet them halfway on a replacement with no regard. Avoid if you expect any sort of long term customer service. They seem to do the bare minimum and push problems back on their customers. Very disappointed.

Plumbline Services Plumbing Service
Pricing is not competitive and their sales tactics are geared toward selling a new furnace...no matter what the problem is.

While the customer service of this company is certainly intact, we found the pricing, overhead and sales tactics to be outrageous. When the technician arrived, before even looking at my furnace he told me that my heating element was probably cracked and that I was definitely going to need a new furnace. Well, he took the whole furnace apart and found not only was the heating element not cracked but it was in perfect condition - as was the rest of my furnace save the draft inducer motor. I was relieved until I asked him what the cost of the part was...he took out his catalog (Plumbline generated) of prices and pointed to the part for $800! I immediately looked up the exact same part on amazon and found it for $70. When I asked him about the price difference he said, we're a big company so we have to have some overhead on our pricing. Then he proceeded to tell me I should just get a new furnace because mine is almost 20 years old. Another representative from Plumbline called a comfort counselor came to my house to measure my furnace and decide what kind of furnace I needed. Turns out the cheapest option was $4000. He went on to tell me about all the warranties and that they'd put in a new thermostat for free! I said I didn't want a new thermostat because mine works fine and it felt wasteful to me to put in a new one...he just stared at me. I told him I'd like to think about it.

My fiance ordered the part on Amazon, we looked up a you tube video and 30 minutes later, my furnace was humming and warming my house like it never has before!

Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric Plumbing Service
Over the course of a couple of weeks I received a half dozen messages from Fix it 24/7 wanting to schedule an appointment to perform maintenance on my furnace. They told me that I had a credit for something around $50. I assumed it was from an overpayment on work that they had performed on my furnace a year before. Turns out the credit was fake. It was a ploy to get me to schedule an appointment for maintenance.

When the tech arrived to perform his maintenance he did not even have a new filter to replace the old one in the furnace. He advised that the igniter looked weak and should be replaced.  I authorized it and he installed a new $388 igniter which I now doubt even needed to be replaced. Then he generously waived the $109 tune up charge along with the credit bringing the cost for the service down from $497 to $330.

He then left closed up the furnace without a filter and left. I then discovered that the actual cost of the $388 part is about $27.
I then realized that the constant phone solicitations were not to return any type of credit due to me, rather they were just a scheme to get a tech into my house to try to sell me unneeded service.

I also discovered through Yelp and the BBB that I am not the only person who feels as though they were intentionally ripped off.
I called the company that day and told them what had occurred and asked for a refund. The secretary/answering service took notes and told me they would have the office manager return my call. That was over a week ago. Still no call.

Then the next morning I awoke to a cold house. I got the furnace to restart and later when I returned from work the furnace had stopped again. I replaced the new $388 part that the technician had installed with the old part furnace has been working fine ever since. After examining the part that he installed I discovered that it is the wrong igniter and not a replacement part for my model of furnace.

I would not recommend having any service done by this company.
