Best Lighting Installation in Aurora CO
We had Gleb and Eugene and the crew come over and completely replace our very large deck and it looks amazing. Very happy with everything and the price was great! We just had them back again to install new fence and gates in the front yard. Again super happy with their work. Give these guys a chance as you will be happy you did. They do everything!

AAA just finished a complete electrical rewire of my 1950s house. I am absolutely satisfied with the expert installation, the informative manner of the crew, the expert advice and consultation with the chief electrician, and their work ethic. They showed up every day, on time, navigated the difficult spaces of my home, and have left me not only a satisfied customer, but feeling so much safer with a completely upgraded and up-to-date new electrical system. I did no comparative bids, but I consider their costs fair for the expert work done on my home.

On time. Courteous. Austin was Personable. Responsive to my needs and suggestions. I had about 9 electrical issues to work on, it took the whole day. New wiring, new switches, new receptacles-plugs. Very easy explanations of what he was doing and why.

I needed help with track lighting I couldn't reach. I found Fixer, called and was given a time the next day. I had a couple of questions and the response was almost immediate.
Everything is handled online and they are very conscientious regarding COVID parameters. Orion was very knowledgeable and explained things as he worked.

Used Dehn again in July 2019 to fix a running toilet. I was leaving town in a week and he too was leaving (soon after my last day in Denver). I was thrilled that he could still fit me into his schedule. It had been 3 years since I'd last used him and he was just as quick, professional and reliable. In fact, I am getting ready to call him again for another project.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and had the installation complete before most of their peers responded. They were responsive, very good to work with, and did a great job. The installation was more complicated than they had anticipated due to the arrangement of my breaker boxes and access to the garage. Given that, their price was reasonable, and about what others had estimated before knowing all the difficulties.
I recommend them without reservation.

Aspen Kitchens did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom! They also updated the fireplace in our living room. The results exceeded my expectations. Andrew and his team provided 5-star service. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for other remodeling jobs.

Perry from Save Home Heat has been fabulous with our air conditioning and furnace repair. Very professional communication from the first call all the way through parts being ordered and final repair set up. The repair was far less money than buying a new unit. Will definitely be using this company again.

My AC died about a month ago. Unfortunately it was not repairable (tried that and it didn't work). I called 3 AC companies to get estimates for repair vs replacement. Ultimate Heating and Cooling was the most professional, took extra time to discuss changing some venting to improve airflow, and thoroughly looked over my existing furnace as well.
The representative didn't try and talk me into a model that was overpriced, offered suggestions to try and prolong my existing furnace (ended up replacing that as well), and took time to go through my old house to examine all the vents and airflow.
The gentlemen who did the work were fast and efficient - new furnace and AC in one day! All mess was cleaned up and the new system explained. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this company.

No bueno. So Denver Water sent their jack-booted minion to serve a nasty gram to me saying saying I have to replace the sewer line in the middle of the street. It's a horrible visit that nobody wants since this notice from the city could be a $5-15k hit to the old billfold. Water minion says to get 5 bids, I oblige. Plumbline services seems uber professional. They answer their phone and send someone out quickly to give a bid. I thought this is going to be binary:
0. They are just super awesome and that's how they roll.
1. They are an awesome sales and marketing co. and try to sell VERY EXPENSIVE services with flash and bang, shock/awe...
I'm sorry to say that this co is the latter and not the former. Their bid was 3x more than the company we went with. I understand being more expensive but 3x? The person that came out spent an hour inside the house and was hard selling, wow, this is really bad. Really bad. You'd better replace the entire line! None of the other contractors needed to come inside the house and none of them hard sold. No bueno.
If you need major work done do your homework people! Get multiple bids. I'm happy that I did. *BTW the best priced bid A1 Mile High Drains, Ivan Chavez did the work and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

Definitely felt like this was a bit of a bait-and-switch deal and that I overpaid for my AC unit. When the estimator came out to give me a quote I told him that I had received a significantly lower quote on a Goodman GSXC18 unit from a competitor. He told me how Bryant had been around far longer than Goodman and how the Bryant upper-end AC units were of better quality than Goodman. OK. I could understand that Bryant has been one of the industry leaders and has a reputation for dependability. Except the AC we received for the quoted price turns out *not* to be one of Bryant's upper-end AC units. Rather it was a discontinued Legacy model that is one of Bryant entry level AC units. I should have stuck with the original quote for the Goodman. I feel the high-end Goodman would have been a better unit at a price of $4,000 less. They did a rush through the paperwork and never stated the model number on any piece of paperwork until after it was installed and had me wave the 3-day cool off period so that they could do a next AM install. It wasn't until after it was installed and I researched the model number listed that I realized I had gotten a Legacy model rather than the higher-quality model discussed prior to signing.
The install crew seemed knowledgable and the quality of work seemed good. But I can not recommend Fix-it 24/7 based on the pricing.
