Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Aurora CO
These folks are rare these days! Responsive, personable, and very accommodating with extremely fair prices. As good as it gets in this business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our 1949 Park Hill home still had its galvanized plumbing when we bought it last year, and while nothing had failed yet we knew it was time to replace it before it did. Just Plumbing installed new PEX pipes for a really reasonable price (well below other estimates, nearly a third of the cost of one estimate we received!)
The crew (Johnny and Chris) showed up right on time, worked fast, cleaned up well, were friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions, and got the job done within a day (around 8 hours from start to finish!). While this obviously necessitated cutting many, many holes in our plaster (on gypsum board) walls Chris did his best to save as many pieces as possible to patch them. The plumbing passed code inspection by the city of Denver, and works great - our water pressure is improved and we're no longer worried about our pipes catastrophically meeting their demise (and flooding our house).
The crew also replaced our old shower valve with a new Kohler one, and went to the trouble of replacing the trim kit for us as well (which I had already purchased ahead of time). Just before our re-pipe our water heater decided to die, so Bill gave us a good price on a new one with install - which will happen next week, after the holiday weekend.
We're planning on renovating our downstairs bathroom in the next year or so, and would not hesitate to call Just Plumbing again for that plumbing work - I would be more than happy to work with Chris, Johnny, or Bill anytime in the future!
(Oh! Also, both the women I spoke to at the office for invoicing/billing and scheduling were super friendly and easy to work with.)

I had a very slow drain from the kitchen sink (which tended to drain into the intervening downstairs bar sink.) I also had a leaking hose bib in the back lawn. It was easy to make an appointment. The day before I got a call from a tech letting me know he could fit me in that day if I wanted. Since I was working at home that day, I said great.
He quickly got the drain unplugged. It's a long run from the clean-out to the main line. I asked if anything in particular came out and he said it was just general build-up. He commented that on my 50+ year old house, settling may have reduced the slope in the line. He suggested regular use of one of the biological cleaners and that I run more water to ensure that anything that does go down the drain makes it all the way to the main line.
The hose bib could not be easily fixed, but in a way that I expected. It leaks in the open position around the stem and needs its packing replaced. I was unable to get the screw out to take off the handle so I could get to the packing nut behind it. Alas, he was also not able to get it off, even with an impact driver. Because its a freeze-proof bib, it would have to be cut off and replaced from inside the house (which is finished downstairs.) He gave me a quote for doing this and I decided not to do that right now. I was not charged for the attempt.
This is my first time using this company. I'm happy so far.

Partial Main Sewer And Waste Stack Repipe - Thomas was very responsive and professional. He was able to do the repairs at a very reasonable cost. I'm extremely happy with how he was able to take care of my plumbing issues. Highly recommend him!

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

Spartan Plumbing came out for emergency gas leak repair to get our heat turned back on during a cold snap in February. Jeff was awesome! Super communicative, very knowledgeable, and did a thorough job.
The work was well-priced and below other quotes I received for the same job.
Will call them back again for anything we have going on.
The only reason I knocked off a star is for their scheduling experience. The guy that answered the phone in the morning couldn't book an appointment. He told me someone would call me back in an hour and no one did. I had to call them back and play some phone tag.

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

Great experience. The company got back to my request for a quote immediately, was able to book me quickly, the plumber arrived early (and they called and emailed me to let me know he was on his way). He was very nice, helpful, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. I recommend them and would call them again for sure.

Highly recommended. I'm already a repeat customer. Most recently a cracked sewer drainage line was replaced and Chris went beyond expectations by installing special tubing that allows for the house to settle without causing cracks in the future.
Another project required some additional work at a later date which Chris was happy to do at no additional charge.
Pipe-It-Up comes when they say they're going to, they're (free) estimates are for reasonable amounts, and their work is stellar!

These guys are great. Ryan came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue in my bathroom, cleared the sink and answered all my questions well--at a totally affordable cost. He was very nice (and helpful and understanding when our crazy cat jumped into the crawl space, LOL!). Highly recommend this company; I'll be calling them again whenever we have a plumbing issue. Five stars!

We were without hot water for three days when our outdated on demand hot water heater went out. The company went out of business and there were no replacement parts available.
Mark at Southside Plumbing came out and recommended a Navien on demand water heater. He said they had not been installing on demand water heaters for several years until they were sure the technology and durability was up to his company's standards.
Mark and Trevor installed the unit that afternoon and stayed into the evening hours to complete the job. They were both efficient and professional. The installation was nicely done and they cleaned up completely and hauled the old unit away.
The Navien system really puts out the hot water.... a thousand times better than our old unit. We never run out of hot water now.
We couldn't be more pleased with Southside Plumbing and will use them for all our plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out and they were able to come out on a Sunday morning and 1) diagnose exactly what was wrong 2) offer solutions and 3) replace the whole thing. Did great work and were personable and kind throughout the process. Will certainly call Drain Terrier for our plumbing needs!

Ken M was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and did the repairs in a timely fashion. 5 stars from me!

I hired CP&H to fix a plumbing leak back in July 2015. They misdiagnosed the problem twice, created a bunch of damage to my house, charged me $500 and I had to fix the leak myself (which only cost pennies for plumbing tape). Worst service contractor experience I've ever had!
I normally fix these problems myself, but I had family visiting for the Independence Day weekend so I didn't have time to address it. I called CP&H to diagnose and repair a water leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom and leaking into my downstairs bathroom. John (the plumber) said it was coming from the upstairs toilet. He put some plumbing dope on a pipe connection and said it that doesn't work, I'll need to replace my toilet gasket / wax ring. So, when the leak reappeared I replaced the toilet gasket and wax ring. The leak still persisted so I called them out again. This time, John tried to diagnose the problem by drilling holes into my floor boards which caused damage to my downstairs ceiling and upstairs floor. After failing once again, two other CP&H employees showed up and, after spending a couple hours trying to find the source of the leak, they told me it was coming from my shower door in the upstairs bathroom and that the door needed to be removed, sealed and reinstalled. So, I ripped out the shower door, sealed all the holes and hung a shower curtain. You can imagine my disappointment and frustration when the leak still persisted... When I had some more time after my family left, I decided to check all the connections in the shower / tub and discovered that the plumbing tape in the tub faucet was brittle and disintegrating. So, I replaced the plumbing tape and screwed the tub faucet back onto the threads, and the problem was fixed. Took me about 15 minutes!!
Something else that irritated me was that John kept making sarcastic remarks (jokes?) about how expensive all of this was going to be the moment he walked in the door. He thought he was pretty cute but I didn't think this was funny at all. Perhaps he wasn't joking because he metaphorically bent me over and screwed me not once, but twice.
Naturally, I complained to the Manager about the service I received. The Manager laughed when I told him all the trouble I went through to fix the problem based on the plumber's diagnoses; saying boy, you really go all out, don't you? He did refund the two trip fees, totaling $175 so, basically, I paid CP&H $325 to damage my house, provide two errant diagnoses and rib me with their smart-ass comments.
I typically contract All-Phase Plumbing and Heating for these types of services and they've always done a great job. Unfortunately, Matt at All-Phase was out of town for the holiday so I had to hire the jokers at CP&H this time. But, I certainly won't make that mistake again. There's plenty of reputable plumbers and handy-men in the area so I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

2/3/2016 The employees at Adams Plumbing and Heating do not give price estimates ahead of a job nor doe their technicians disclose their pricing unless specifically asked. Therefore, I think it is important for the public to know about the extremely high pricing structure of this company. I was recently charged $437.00 for a zone valve replacement and was shocked to get the bill at the end of the technician's 1 hour and 15 minute repair job (which included a $125 part). The technician said the owner was proud of his pricing structure.
I had called the office earlier and they said he would not be available for a week, so when the technician showed up at my door, I thought he was from one of the other companies I had received quotes from, who typically had a $40-$60 initial trip charge.
I asked for a call from the owner, Mr. Harvey Adams and he explained I was the one in error for not specifically asking for pricing information. Mr. Harvey refused to change his bill, as I had requested because of their errors in disclosure of their pricing and discrepancies in the written invoice from when the technician actually started the job. So I told him I would let the public know, so others do not get surprised as I did.
This company charges $125 for the first 15 minutes of time, or $500/hour. They then add 15 minutes to the bill as a minimum charge, so at $125/hour, you will not even get an estimate for less than $125+31.25=$156. The 1 hour and 15 minutes of work done by this company amounted to $250/hour. In checking around with 4 other heating contractors, there is no one with this high of a pricing structure.
Although this company started to work on my zone valve replacement at 11:30 am, they justified the 11:00 time put on the invoice as that extra 15-20 minutes trip time we put in, plus the time it takes to get tools out of the truck, and I believe this practice to be deceptive and wrong, along with no quote estimate or pricing structure volunteered by either the office or the technician who arrived at my doorstep.
While Mr. Harvey himself and the technician were both pleasant people, I would advise anyone looking for an affordable honest plumbing and heating company to look elsewhere.
