Best Drain Installation in Aurora CO
These folks are rare these days! Responsive, personable, and very accommodating with extremely fair prices. As good as it gets in this business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Needed a water line hooked up to my fridge. They did an excellent job and in a way that didn't require me to hire a drywall person after. Very happy with the work and services.

My search for a good plumber is over.
One call results were impressive with a scheduled appointment the next day. Juan came out, on time, and solved - fixed every plumbing issue I presented to him. He's the real deal, especially for those of us who like to DIY plumbing problems and occasionally need the professional as a fixer. Thanks again

Very professional, fast response, exactly as advertised. Nate is my go to Palmer whenever I need something no matter how big no matter how small. Strongly recommend.

We had a shower clog with standing water. Called Bluefrog based on their yelp reviews - a real person answered the phone (no machine) and they had me scheduled for the next morning within minutes and confirmed the appt via text. The next morning Ryan (the tech - nice guy) showed up right on time, assessed the situation, provided a fair quote, and did the work. Problem solved - easy - and no surprises or gotchas. Ryan even looked over my 20+ year old water heater and provided me with his opinion on it - without any BS or high pressure sales tactics. THIS is how customers want to be treated - other companies should take note - I'm looking at you Rooter Town (see my review on them - quite a different experience). Next time I need help with a plumbing issue, Bluefrog will be my first (and likely only) call.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated when he was on his way, worked quickly and payment and check out was seem less with credit card (even Amex!). No need for any other plumbers.

Response was great and they tried to solve my plumbing problem and did what was needed and very reasonable price

I discovered a broken sump pump this morning, and we don't know any great plumbers having just become homeowners a few months ago. Don was recommended several times in a Facebook group I'm on, so I gave him a call. He was able to come out 2 hours later and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. He was very polite and we will definitely be calling him again if we have any more issues!

Thomas is a knowledgeable guy who is willing to go the extra step. We were very satisfied with his work and work ethic. Pricing was good and fair. On top of it all, he is a really nice human. I would definitely recommend him!

This was for a clogged drain that needed rooting. Tech arrived on time as indicated, inspected and did the work in a timely manner, was courteous and professional. We would use Spartan again.

Let's start with they lied from the beginning to trap me into hiring them.
I had a busted pipe and had a plumber we know and trust look at it.
He said hire someone to scope my kitchen sink to the main line, and that will give him the information he needs for the work.
So I called Done Plumbing because there were endorsed by Tom Martino.
Big mistake!
I told them exactly what I need (the kitchen scoping) and asked if they could do that.
Of course they said yet.
It was scheduled for a window on a Wednesday but they called me Tuesday saying they are on their way.
Even though I had email confirmation the appointment was on Wednesday, but they said ok they'll do me a favor and come the next day.
And they did.
That is where I learned they lied to me about what I hired them for.
The cocky Done Plumbing technician (more like just a salesman to close a deal) said he will only get the scope down there if we hire them for the entire job.
They are not in the business of doing just scoping.
But that's all I hired them for!
They should have told me that on the phone when I initially called them.
I have to sign a contract and pay the first half of minimum $3,800 (that's the discounted minimum before he even took a look at the problem).
He wasn't even a plumber but he diagnosed the plumbing problem enough to write a contract and require half the payment of $1,900 immediately?
I was frustrated that I have a busted pipe leaking in my basement and I called Done Plumbing and explained the situation and what I need to hire them for. JUST THE CAMERA SCOPING!
But here he shows up and says company policy is to not do the camera scoping unless I hire them for the full job.
He was rude and condescending and talked to me like I'm a dumb clueless person.
Which I guess I was because by this time I was desperate and had not time to go back to the drawing board to find an honest plumbing company with a scoping camera.
He said drilling has to be done on one side of the room, however I have to get everything out of the room.
All furniture, everything.
I asked if I could just move it all to the side of the room he won't use.
He said no, EVERYTHING has to be removed so that his crew won't be accused of stealing.
Unbelievable.
Then he proceeded to pressure me to start at 8am the next day.
I said that won't give my tenant enough time to move everything out of the room, but he proceeded to pressure me to start at 8am the next day.
After enough pressure that I got frustrated he said ok, but he put on the contract that I will give him the day they could start by 12noon the next day.
After some time away from the shady sales pressure I realized I've just been scammed and wanted to cancel the contract.
In order to do so I had to send certified mail and they must receive it within 3 days of signature.
I also read in the contract that I cannot cancel if work already started, which explains the pressure to start at 8am the next day.
Stay away from these con artists!
Tom Martino gets paid for companies to advertise on his site, he's a crook like the rest of them.
I ended up hiring Hydro Physics to do the scoping ($150) gave that to my plumber and he fixed everything for $450.

We had Adams P&H come to install a gas line, I have never dealt with more accommodating people. Mr. Harvey Adams runs a top notch business, and the people who work for him are just the same. I had NO problems at all with Adams P&H,
Harvey Adams himself called the next day and asked if all the work done was to my liking, was I happy with it, was I happy with the guys who did the installation. He has been in business for a number of years, and you can't stay in business with not doing the correct thing. I have an idea the reviews with only one star are either because the people didn't want to pay the bill, or are just plain difficult to deal with.
This was my experience with Adams Plumbing and Heating, one of the best firms I have dealt with since moving to Colorado. They are my plumbing and heating specialists from now on.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn't until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn't even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were tools next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client's house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Miserable outfit with dubious manager who trains his services personnel to be dishonest. Long story short they sent someone to clean my sewer line. After about 10 minutes he demands to show me tree roots in the line, the reason why the genius was dispatched to my home In the first place. He begins a dramatic self-serving diatribe of how disastrous the situation is and tells me I need a Camera Inspection, and the cost is $350. You will see this same CON-JOB in other complaints. I said no and this parasite says let me call my boss. 5 minutes later the camera inspection is now $150. and he tells me the problem is so bad that they can do the camera inspection TONIGHT! I sent this moron away. I found a company to do a camera inspection with a video copy for my records for $125. One look at the line and the technician said Rooter Town did a terrible job, and I could see the proof. I called for a manager and this professional never returned my call. I have since written a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DON'T let this happen to YOU!
