When selling our home and flat out of time a crack in our main sewer line was discovered on a second sewer scope.  A traditional repair of removing flooring, jack hammering concreter etc..was not a viable option for a timeline although cheaper.  This technology though rather unknown to many has been around for some time and is proven, plus in many situations is the best and sometimes the only realistic option.  I will not lie...there was a fairly big glitch with the install on my house but the important part is that the problem was taken care of 100 percent,  costing the already busy company time and money.  People make mistakes, equipment will fail and materials don't always cooperate but how a person takes care of the problems is a huge deal to me and in this case the people and company excelled.  They were fair, courteous, prompt and professional and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.

Excellent!  These guys immediately responded to me in the Yelp app. They gave me an estimate and then an appointment the very next morning  (to which they were early).

Not only did Disraely, the technician, explain everything he was doing, he suggested I video the process on my phone if I wanted to flush my water heater myself.  Who is that nice anymore? I really appreciated that.

It only took an hour for the process, which involved a power flush and descaling of my inline water heater. This was what I was hoping for. I am blown away by the wonderful customer service.

He cleaned up and left the pump kit with me as well as the bottle for the descaling solution and suggested I could get it cheaply on Amazon. Holy cow!
