Best Drain Field Inspection in Aurora CO

Called 6 days ago to ask about a basement finish/ bathroom / plumbing - a pretty big job, so wanted an estimate. I received no call back within a few hours, so I called back and the voicemail said 'if you would like a fast response, text Chris at this number: XXX'. So I texted Chris early afternoon on that Wednesday. No response that day. I texted Chris 2 days later on Friday. no response. Then - just for kicks- I texted Chris on Saturday. Here it is Tuesday, and, - you guessed it - still no response. I am amazed at the disregard for potential business. Anyone looking for a plumber- you might be better off looking elsewhere - the folks at JK Plumbing - Chris and the gang, just don't seem to care.

Sergey saved the day for us. We had a leak in our kitchen and Sergey arrived within five hours of calling him AND on a Sunday night. I had no idea where to turn and who to call and had gotten really big quotes from some of the larger plumbing businesses in the area. I appreciated the fact that Sergey gave me a flat rate over the phone, arrived quickly, worked super efficiently, fixed the issue, and helped me learn about what had caused the leak in the first place. He was attentive, respectful, and thorough. I am glad to know that I have someone to call from here on out if we have any plumbing issues.
