small business but we have had Jacob come out and replace our water heater and add a Hao water softner and service them over the years and we are happy with their work and pricing. Just a tad hard to get a hold of some times because I think it might just be the 2 of them???? anyway we are still happy with their work.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Dave showed up on time and explained the situation (which in my case was bad news) so that I understood. He took care - didn't rush, got the right parts, etc. - in fixing the kitchen sink plumbing and double-checked the work we had done before he came to make sure everything was done correctly. I'm very happy with the service and am happy to recommend the business.

I needed a water heater. I spoke with him twice then he never called or showed up for our appt. I gave up and called other people.

I can't say enough good things about Day Plumbing and Heating in Indian Hills, CO.  I live in Evergreen, and I've used their services for many years, now, and their work and their customer service are outstanding.  They've arranged to come to my house quickly when there's been an emergency (no heat), and on regular calls, they have always arrived very close to when they said they would be there.  I recently had them install a new boiler in my home, and I really appreciated that they called the following day just to make sure that everything was working properly and that I didn't have any questions or concerns.

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.

On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.

I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.

I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone with TNT Home Services, but no one showed up, called, or emailed.  They were a no show/no call.  Very disappointing.  I will call another company to help me with my needs.  0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great experience with SHH recently. Sometimes they are a little expensive comparatively but the service is well worth the extra few dollars. Everyone they send is polite, friendly and very capable.

If you are looking for a company that operates its business with honesty and integrity, look no further than Bill Nance Plumbing. This is the second time in the last couple of years that we needed to call a plumber and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our hot water heater started to leak so we needed a replacement quickly. I called the office at 7:00AM and by 10:00AM Nate was at my door. The price quoted on the phone was more than reasonable and the job was done quickly. I cannot recommend this company any more highly. If you need a plumber, I don't think you will be disappointed by the quality of the work and fairness of the pricing.

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing.  My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid.  I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.  

Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him.  He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.  

I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

I really had a painless experience with this company, and it was all in just a day. We royally messed up our hot water heater doing the DIY thing....dont drink and DIY on big stuff. Leave it alone. Any-whoo, after the traumatic experience of ice-cold mountain well-water in the shower, I called these wonderful people.

They came out later in the evening to accommodate my schedule, and were on time (within a few minutes of the stated time). I received a call prior to him arriving of about 30 min. Reasonable price for the trip fee. ANYthing, just please save me from another cold shower.

Tod, our tech, was very professional, and even refused a tip I tried to give him. He fixed the hot water heater pretty quickly; no muss-no fuss, and he also didn't leave a mess in his wake. I was waiting like a kid at a theme park to take a shower, and it was everything I remember it to be.

Please disregard the poor reviews! Those were from a past owner/manager no longer with the company. The current owners are awesome! The customer service I received was so polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Go check out their reviews on google if you need! They speak for themselves. Awesome local company.

Plumbline HVAC service was a scam.  My wife called when our AC went out during the hottest day this week and I was away on travel. They mentioned it would be $49 for a service call. In reality it is $49 to show up, $149 for a diagnosis, and would have been $586 to replace a simple capacitor. Luckily my wife is smarter than that. When I returned, I bought the part next day on Amazon for $16 and replaced the capacitor within 10min.  Don't let these folks prey on you or your elderly relatives.  Honest work should cost honest prices; not whatever they can get you to pay when you are in a vulnerable position.  I'm genuinely disappointed in the morality of this company.

Excellent customer service, Ruben went above what was expected and actually cleaned up after himself.  We needed all the galvanized plumbing replaced in our rental house and while his bid was in line with others, we chose him because of character.  Sometimes you go with your gut on who will do the job right the first time.
Definitely recommend his services.

This company is a scam. The flat rate pricing is a total rip off. We had them clean an AC unit and replace a furnace motor. A few days later the furnace was leaking....they said it was the condensate pump and wanted over $700 to replace. I did some research, the pumps cost about $70 and take less than 15 minutes to install. I bought one myself, plugged in, connected a tube and put a PVC pipe into the reservoir. It took me longer to take out of the box than to install.

It took me 3 calls just to get a correct receipt for the first work that was done. Upon learning what they wanted to charge for a condensate pump I was sure they ripped us off on the cleaning and the motor replacement. I called to discuss the price gouging the company does they told me they would refund some of the money but would need to do some research on costs of materials. They told me they would call me back, no return call and no refund. Beware, they will rip you off!

We have a two-year-old furnace installed by Bell.  The furnace was not putting out heat, so the tach came out and charged us $275 for a routine servicing. One week later, the furnace stopped heating again. A different technician came out and said that the furnace was not grounded, but did not give a reason why it had not been grounded when it was installed or why it worked fine for two years without being grounded.  It worked that day and quit again the next day. The electrician came out and did not know why she was called because she did not work on furnaces. She did not think it was the problem but grounded it anyway, another $275. Worked for one day and then quit again. Will continue the review with the next installment after we call them tomorrow and see what happens.

We had an issue with a our humidifier back in October and called Plumbline to fix the issue. While looking at the humidifier, the technician also inspected the furnace and found a crack in the heat exchanger. The tech told us the furnace needed to be replaced. We called the insurance company to file a claim which was eventually denied. We contacted another highly rated company to get a second opinion to appeal the insurance company claim. This second company said they did not find a crack in the heat exchanger. A few days later, the furnace stopped functioning and we smelled gas. This time, the insurance company sent out their tech and replaced the igniter. Furnace working again. I asked this third tech (30 years experience) to look for a crack in the heat exchanger and he also did not find one. Needless to say we were furious that two techs did not find a crack. We called Plumbline again to report what we learned. The President, Bob Logan and his Chief Tech came to our place and showed us within 5 minutes where the crack was that the other two techs missed! We were embarrassed but feel we finally got to the bottom of the issue. It is clear that they are well trained and trying to do the right thing. Thank you to Plumbline for being an ethical and quality HVAC company.
