6:30pm suddenly there was no hot water at the house.. and we have a young baby!! I called the warranty company they said we need to wait because it's after hours, I called Rodger plumbing and Shirly answered, quickly she advised us what to do so we will get the hot water running, Thank you SO much!!  We will definitely save your number !! Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

Kirk air-conditioning messed up on repairing my AC unit recently. These guys did it right the first time. Thumbs up.

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

Randy came out and look into my slab leak/plumbing and found no leak on my side of the townhome I live in. He was very nice and answer all my question and on top of that he wasn't brother by me hover around him the whole time. He did a leak detctor test, ran my washer, check main water and shut off valve and also check water pressure. He took his time look into the issue. He said the leak is coming from my neighbor

We've got a new family plumber! I know exactly who I will call and recommend every time. Joe was professional, responsive, helpful and very friendly! Great with our kids and helped resolve our issue quickly and diagnosed points for improvement.

This time it was a clogged sewer vent pipe that was causing stoppage, but regardless given the fair and competitive price and the impeccable service and friendliness, there's no one I'd rather call.

They were quick to respond and fixed the problem. The rate was a pit on the pricey side, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

Called to replace a gas riser, ended up discovering and fixing 2 other gas leaks in attic which added to the original estimate.   Even still, total project cost was less that 2 other area plumber's initial quotes for just the riser.  

Quality work. Will use again.

And I did use them again for an underground water leak.  They do good work, for a good price.

Cody D. and the gentleman helping him (name of helper?) did an exceptional job repairing my shower. There had been an issue of not being able to turn hot water on. They arrived on time and at each
part of review of the issue and repairs, they kept me updated. They showed me the valve in the wall that was jammed preventing hot water flow, removed the valve without damaging the shower
and replaced it. The cost of repairs were reasonable and they finished the work in a timely manner.
