Air stopped working during one of our 100 degree days and their technician Roman came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. I had a newborn in the house and he was able to set me up with a temporary fix right away to cool the house down for my little one while he worked on getting me scheduled for the permanent fix. Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

Awesome Employees, Lemon A/C unit.

Dennis C. came out to my house to fix my once again broken down a/c unit. He was professional,friendly and explained everything to me. The unit this time needed a part for the inside housing. He drove over a hour and came back and fixed the problem. The a/c died again 48 hours later, I requested Dennis C. He came out , found a totally different problem and fixed it. He was once again awesome and would not leave until he thoroughly made certain that everything was in working order. My problem is with the unit, not the employees.
