Best Electric Panel Installation in Irving TX
Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

I wish I had more stars to give this company. Their prices, service, communications, attentiveness, kindness, expertise - all of it was far beyond our expectations. You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys so much!

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

I had a generator inlet installed and had several quotes. 308 was the most reasonable and within my expectations so I chose them. Based on other quotes, electrician companies are just trying to work off elevated rates so it was refreshing to finally talk to someone reasonable.
Great communication. I'm in client service too so it is also great to have someone that shares the same responsiveness. Too many times contractors blow you off.
Installation was quick and clean. They showed up a hour early. Can't knock for being there early but might've been difficult if I didn't work from home.
I would definitely use 308 again. They came when they said they would (and early), did the work they said they would and invoiced the amount I was estimated.

Customer service/communication was awful. They installed Generac generator for us which went relatively smooth and told us they could service it when the time came. The time came and when I called, the person on the phone seemed clueless. She did get it scheduled for a couple days later. Then the day before (on Thursday) we get a call saying there's a kit they need that they don't have so they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 10am-5pm and they'll call 90 mins before they arrive. We say okay. Tuesday at 5:30 rolls around and we have not been contacted. We call them and they say the tech got stuck on another job and apologize no one called, but they can come on Wednesday between 10am-5pm. On Wednesday they no called, no showed AGAIN. That's when we were finally done with them. Highly recommend you find another company

Update: I'm rather disappointed that I was promised a refund for my service charge the other day and I have still yet to receive it. I do not know how long this should typically take but it's been 48 hours since I originally spoke to them and they asked me to update my review.
I initially posted a somewhat nasty review about the company and my most recent experience. I felt like I was way overpriced on the quote on fixing a short I had in a wire that would cost $698 and then getting two different quotes on service call charges (one being $20 and then when the technician showed up, it ended up being $100.) However, I just received a phone call from Brian Yarbrough (sorry if I didn't spell your name correctly!!) from the customer relations department and man, they really changed my whole perspective regarding customer service. Even though I decided to not use them in replacing my wire for my AC unit, A #1 Air is giving me a full $100 refund for my service charge. Even though I don't agree with their very high prices, the fact that they went out of their way to read my review and contact me personally to fix the situation is absolutely amazing. People, if you use this company and you are not happy with the price of something, contact their customer relations and see if they can work out any kind of a deal with you. Brian was SUPER nice and apologetic to me on the phone and I thank him for going out of his way to contact me!

LOST TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS - there is a serious disconnect between the individuals you speak with on the phone to set-up your appointment and the technicians sent to your home. I scheduled a four hour window for a check-up on my AC. They showed up an hour later than the scheduled end time (frustrating) and had failed to listen to me when I'd called previously with specific instructions required for my unit (e.g. you need a specific ladder size).
I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

So I tried to take advantage of a special ad by Comfort Experts, have your ac serviced for our 1960's price of only $5.62. they came out Monday and looked over our upstairs unit, everything check out OK. yesterday the outside compressor quit running and they came out to look at it. found nothing and charged me $69 for the call.
Since this has all happened they came out and did a great job fixing everything, actually went above and beyond to correct the problems, i would like to give them another opportunity as the customer service has been fantastic
