MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

Brayan was awesome! He was very nice, professional, quick and did a great job. Pricing was clear and fair. He was also very responsive via Yelp messenger.

I made an online inquiry, late at night, and Dave responded.  He was very prompt responding, and we set up an appointment on a Saturday morning to take a look at the job.  He arrived on time and quoted a reasonable price for the job, which was to remove the sheet rock from two walls, replace it and texture it.  The texture was old and not an orange peel or knock down.

Dave arrived as scheduled the following Monday and proceeded with the work.  He spent all day working on this and he did an outstanding job!  My sister is a general contractor and former building inspector, and she was very impressed with Dave's craftsmanship.  He was very easy to work with and friendly.  Dave obviously knows what the term customer service means.

I contacted one other handyman that was referred byt a friend, and he never even responded.  In this strong economy, it is sometimes difficult to get anyone to do a small job.

Dave explained to me that he does all types of jobs including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions and more.

Once again, I want to say thank you for your phone time that you extended to me and my home project questions even when we realized that I was out of your company's service area. Listen up, everyone...Alex even checked back in with me the following day to ensure that I would be on the right track with my bathroom remodel. Wow, such great customer service from this company, above and beyond. The customer service and concern shown by Alex and his company, Ixtapa Construction, is something rare and special. Thanks again. Consider yourself lucky if you are living in 'Ixtapa Construction service area and considering doing some home projects.

Called Tuesday after labor day (2 other plumbers could not get out soon enough) but they were out within 2 hours and quickly cleared my sink back up for the quoted price. That evening I noticed a dripping under the sink when I went to replace the supplies under the cupboard...called them this morning and they came right out, no questions and even though the drip was from my failed attempt to clear the clog (before I ever called a plumber), they  tightened things up and did not even charge me again.  I have their number in my permanent file if I ever need a plumber again.

I was looking for a company to install an earthquake shut off valve so I took to Yelp to help me. After searching I came across John's company, Andreas Fault Property Service. I read a few reviews looked at photos and decided to send a message. John replied promptly to each of my messages. He is a certified plumber and worked for the gas company for 17 years so I felt comfortable having him install the valve. On the scheduled day he arrived on time (actually early which didn't bother me) and explained what he needed to do. Afterwards, he showed me the valve and made sure I knew how it worked and he checked the water heater and stove to be sure they were operating. He even gave the pipes a fresh coat of paint! John is friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to answer questions. I would recommend him.

Bob George Just left my house. Our garbage disposal was on the fritz and I knew it needed to be replaced.

Bob showed up on time was clean cut and professional even spread out towels to do his work.

He finished in about half the time I figured it would take him to complete the job, But maybe that's because if I try to do it myself it would've been an all day project.

Bob's fee was right in line there were no surprises just straight forward good business.

I am now holding on tight to his business card and we will be using Bob George the handyman many times in the future!

Requested a quote via the yelp app and received the quote the same day...they came out their next business and got everything back up and running! Ryan was great on the phone, gave us a decent quote and got the service scheduled immediately. Andy was very nice and understood or predicament without my having to go over everything that's happened since we purchased the home a year ago. Definitely would recommend these guys!

Recently moved into our new home and frankly, the work ahead had me a bit overwhelmed.
Tony did the work, promptly and the pricing was very fair.

We had a pipe burst under our house. Phil fit us in between appointments and even came back to finish the job well into the night! He gave us a great price, worked extremely hard and even though it was a late night for everyone, my family and I were extremely impressed with his hard work and willingness to help us out immediately. Andrew and his son were very responsive and fixed a kitchen cabinet the same day I requested service. They went above and beyond. They did a far better job than I was expecting. Afterwards, I asked them to hang a heavy mirror, and they had it done promptly. They bring all their own tools and are very respectful. Highly recommended.
