MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

Christian and his associate came and fixed everything that I requested - it was quick and it was expensive - my opinion - but they were straight up about everything and they did not mess around - very professional.

I would call them again.

We wanted to upgrade our closet from wood panel to drywall. We had a family friend help do it but it turned out real bad. So after calling a couple of other companies and giving us outrageously high quotes for a closet, we called Smart and Handy. Their quote was completely acceptable compared to the other guys. Dave and his daughter were completely professional. You could tell they knew what they were talking about and I felt confident in them before they started working on our closet. Dave made sure to explain everything to us and asked us about out closet doors so he could build the closet frame opening according to closet door we chose. He even hid our electrical cables that were hanging making the closet look uglier and messier. He also suggested to add a new outlet behind out television, in the new wall, for our television. So happy we did because we only had one outlet for our tv, cable box, ps4, and phone chargers. He even upgraded our old outlet from 2 prongs to 3 prongs. Im so happy with how everything came out. The walls came out real smooth, no bumps or anything. It looks perfect. I highly recommend Smart and Handy to anyone that needs work done right the first time.

This is an open letter to Alex at Ixtapa Construction. Once again, I want to say thank you for your phone time that you extended to me and my home project questions even when we realized that I was out of your company's service area. Listen up, everyone...Alex even checked back in with me the following day to ensure that I would be on the right track with my bathroom remodel. Wow, such great customer service from this company, above and beyond. The customer service and concern shown by Alex and his company, Ixtapa Construction, is something rare and special. Thanks again. Consider yourself lucky if you are living in 'Ixtapa Construction service area and considering doing some home projects.

This company deserves 5+ stars no doubt!! The gas company had shut down my gas and would not reinstall service due to a gas leak . We had no gas for two days! I was in desperate to get service installed right away and was instructed by the gas company to find a professional that can fix the gas leak. Between my brother and I we searched desperately for someone to go immediately as we had children in the home and needed hot water , dryer and no way we were able to shower with this cold weather causing water to come out freezing cold. We both called a few places and some didn't answer others gave you a waiting time of a day or two .. we needed someone Now! John answered right away and after hearing the situation squeezed me in the schedule same day. He went to the house and in little time he was able to fix the problem. I can't express how professional and reliable let alone reasonable in price the company is. I will not hesitate to recommend them nor call John back if we encounter another situation like this (hopefully not)! Thank John very much! We appreciate your quick response to the urgency of the matter.

We hired Mora's Construction to replace an old wooden fence with a slump stone wall. We also had him install a vinyl gate. Jorge did an excellent job. He is very conscientious and a very hard worker. We would recommend Jorge for any job.

Well Guy did fix up my uncle's house before we sold it - issues from patching a large hole in the wall to tearing up carpet and refinishing flooring to painting.  Fast and fair.  

But better yet, I went with him to the hardware store to get supplies - he negotiated and advocates for your project, and knew more than the staff about what to use and how well stuff works.

We have used Adam twice now. One was fixing a leak under the sink and the other was replacing a cracked water heater copper pipe. Adam is very responsive first of all, he is very friendly and talkative and more than anything gets the job done at a super reasonable price. I believe he is in the Tustin area which is maybe why I get such a quick response but I know he will probably travel most anywhere. I would highly recommend Adam for any small project that most people just don't want to do or have the knowledge to do. I'm sure he will do most any project big or small but I have only used him for two small things. Thank you, Adam!!

Danny remodeled my bathroom, installed shelves in the garage and painted cabinets for me. I am a satisfied customer and would call him again.
