MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

We wanted to remove a wall between our kitchen & living room. Dave did a clean cut exploratory panel & found plumbing we didn't know about which would require a drastic increase in budget we didn't want to spend.
He sealed up the wall for us.  His smart thinking saved us a big mess and lots of cash.
He even cleaned the dry wall dust up!

Jay and Alex were great people to work with. They answered my (and husband's) many questions and were very patient and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project.

We were also very pleased with the job itself. Ixtapa Construction did a great job while respecting the timeline and budget. Jay also kindly helped to fix some problems left by the previous contractors. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed. Highly recommend!

We have used numerous contractors in the past but these guys are the best of the best, their supper fast to give a quote, extremely professional, they always go the extra mile just to make their customers happy & satisfied with their professional work they have done everything for me from installing an earthquake valve, remodeling my  kitchen, installing underground water pipes, to even fixing my fans, I shall continue to use Andreas Fault Property Services as long as they keep me as a customer.

I needed Bob George to come out to my home again to hang a wall cabinet in my main bathroom. As always, he was on time and ready to go. He gave me a wonderful suggestion which I excepted as a betterment to my solution of the cabinet and it worked out beautifully as always. I highly recommend Bob George for any handyman work you may have around your home. He will be back again I'm sure as I am redecorating my home. We have used Purdy a few times over the past few years and they always impress me with their knowledge and service.  Today it was Alan and Joseph to the rescue.  We had a very leaky shower valve.  They were able to fix it and it works perfectly now.  Thanks again Purdy for impeccable service!!!   Ask for Alan and Joseph, they are the best!

Awesome dude! Professional. Quick. Such a pleasure to work with. He hung a door for me and a tv on the wall. The tv posed some challenges to hide the cords; however, he made it happen and it looks killer. Thanks Guy! Would definitely recommend.

Adam is a blessing... our old garbage disposal was leaking so I decided to replace it with a new one. I requested a quote.  And Adam responded alot quicker than I expected. His quote was very reasonable and he said that he could do it in the same day that I contacted him. This gentleman is very courteous and friendly. I absolutely recommend Adam for any one looking for an on the spot handyman.
