Fernando of Pristine plumbing  came to our house shortly after I phoned them about our master bath shower problem. He did a great job   addressing and fixing the problem and cleaned up  afterward I would recommend Pristine plumbing anytime you have a problem

Left out of town and of course as soon as I landed I get a call that the laundry room is backing up...luckily we saved DeVinney's number and we were able to get them to send a plumber over asap!!! Super thankful we have a local plumbing company that has seemed to save our day twice now so close! A+++

We were so pleased with Jorge on our Bathroom remodel!  It is absolutely beautiful and he did an excellent job.  He is a very pleasant person and has a lot of integrity.  Everything he said he would do, he did!   And more!  My husband ordered a vanity that was too large for the space we had and Jorge took him over to Home Depot to get a replacement so he could finish the project when he said he would.  So, so pleased.  We highly recommend him.  We would hire him again in a minute!

I used Viper Rooting and Plumbing back in Dec'2020 for a broken pipe in my yard and now again today to fix a leak in my shower. I'm both instances Viper Rooter and Plumbing arrived when they said they would, they assessed the situation and were clear about what the job entailed and the cost to complete it. Today they explained the obstacles they were having in finishing the job and explained any new costs and/or materials needed, which is always very helpful. They gave me an new estimate and it did not change after the job was finished. I will DEFINITELY use Viper Rooter and Plumbing again! Thank you for your professionalism and work ethic!

I have never written a review for a company before, but i feel like it was necessary because Posiedon Plumbers did such a wonderful job. They were very professional and knew how to fix the problem immediately. We had a slab leak and they were able to locate and stop the leak before it created more problems. It is hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days. I have gone through a bunch and these guys know their stuff. I am so happy I have found a company that I can rely on for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Poseidon for fixing my leak!!! :)

Steve and his crew came on short notice to help me with a water line break that caused me to have to turn off all water to the house.  They assessed the situation quickly, gave a fair estimate and went right to work. It's a very old system with no diagram, but Brian and Steve figured it out.  They also installed a valve for the next time that zone needs to be turned off.

One of our sinks was draining slowly.  Fabian inspected the main drain with his video camera.  He discovered some tree roots growing in the drain that were not causing the current problem but could easily grow to be a problem in the future.  He flushed the roots down the drain utilizing a high pressure water stream.  Fabian suggested that some point future we consider having the main drain lined to prevent root intrusions.  He gave us an estimate and didn't pressure us to have the work done now.  

He then determined that our current problem was caused by a very dirty sink trap.  Over time it had become so crusted with 'gunk' that it was causing the drain to run slowly.  Fabian tried to clean the trap, however, it was too crusted and he replaced the trap and solved the problem.

Fabian was very professional in dealing with our problem.  He operated very efficiently and I would call him back for any future plumbing problems.  He even suggested how to use the drains to minimize future problems.
