Mike, Kelly, and their team helped me with the repairs on my town house downtown Indianapolis in Lockerbie during the sales process.  They assisted with mold repairs, a new water heater, and 12 new windows.  In addition to some small plumbing repairs and painting.  The work was completed on time and was totally seamless for me, as I do not live there anymore.  One phone call and they took care of everything, it saved me a flight up to Indy!  They did a great great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  5+ Stars!

This place runs a borderline scam. Even if you know exactly what you need, they refuse to give any kind of rough estimate of what they'll charge you to get it done. Instead, they want to charge you $80 to have someone come assess your issue.

So the person comes, does the assessment, and proceeds to give you an estimate that's quite a bit higher than the local competition. Of course, if you chose to go with them, they apply this little scam fee of theirs to the final bill. So you get to pay their higher amount, or kiss your $80 goodbye as wasted effort on your part.

Avoid.

Flabbergasted.  They did not honor the scheduled appointment because it was no longer convenient for the technician.  Taking my business elsewhere.
