Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

Had to repair a couple toilets that were iffy when flushing and had to snake a drain. They sent over Fenando who was super helpful and managed to take care of some other items that we hadn't originally figured we wanted to get fixed. Overall everything was done in a fairly quick manner. Overall a fantastic experience.

Great company! I ended up having a busted water valve and actually called another company first. The first company came out and recommend that I replace the whole thing for about $900. I then contacted EPW and had a tech come and look at the water valve. He explained it was an easy fix and could do everything for $275. They then came back out with all the parts needed and fixed everything. Some other companies seem like the techs are just salesmen who try and get you a to sign up for memberships and take advantage of people by replacing/fixing items that don't need replaced. I didn't get that at all from EPW. They were friendly and more importantly honest. Will be using again!

The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Should've called Loyalty first!!! Called them after being stood up for two days by two different company's with no hot water.  They sent a crew literally five minutes after I told what the problem was.  The two gentlemen came right out tried to fix the problem I ended up having to replace the water heater (lasted 14 years no complaints about that) they worked diligently, neatly, stayed late didn't rush me, blow me off, or up sale the job. Sohail and Dracy work very well in sync together and communication between the two was great! I will not hesitate to keep this company on speed dial for any and everything.
