Best Air Duct Repair in Houston TX

Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

The plumber was professional and quick. Did the work as requested and did a great job. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Awful company. We bought a Lennox 20 seer unit from them and nothing but issues. First Jeremy of the company claimed it would cool at the rooms within 1 degree difference. NOPE. My bedroom is 81-84F while the kitchen and living room are at 75F. No matter how many times Abacus comes out they don't care. They haven't bothered to install an another vent or another line or any type or fix. Instead they scheduled for a pipe cleaning tomorrow. Abacus doesn't care that I work night shift and will lose yet more sleep again Tuesday and I bet Wednesday too since they love to send out people to assess the situation. This isn't even our first issue, the first issue was the unit was as loud as a Jet when it ran. Abacus fixed that citing the project manager Jeremy didn't leave notes that we needed a larger intake even though it's standard to upgrade the intake for a four ton 20 seer Lennox system. Issue after issue with Abacus and I still get to sleep in heat at night. Awful company, buyer beware. They'll make promises and not deliver. They'll waste your time with recurring maintenance visits instead of actually resolving anything. Hope this company gets sued. Horrid. Waste of money, my previous unit cooled better than this.

CAN WE TRUST VILLAGE PLUMBING & AIR ???? NOPE. We thought we could but NOT.

Center point took our gas meter because of a gas leak. So, we hired Village Plumbing in Feb 2017. Mr. Brent and another technician came to take a look at the gas leak on Feb 16, 2017. They told us they found the leaks and will be able to fix it for $2566.37. It's a lot of money but we have to fix it. So, we decided to go with Village Plumbing.

Mr. Brent came the next day from 9:50 to 11:15 am. Mr. Brent told us that he can't find all the leaks, we will have to re-pipe the entire gas lines. OMG!!! It sounds like its going to be more expensive. We could not believe it.

However, we really need the gas back, so our baby can have a nice warm bath. Mr. Brent came to re-piped the gas dryer and gas water heater , and gas stove (they are right behind each other, about 5 feet away from Center Point gas meter) Our HVAC pipe was new from 2016, so he did not need to do anything to it. Mr. Brent was very friendly but he lied to us and city inspector after he claimed the job is finished on Feb. 22nd 2017. The inspection passed on Fed 23rd and We finally got our gas meter back on Feb 24th, 2017.

OMG~ the gas dryer is not working??? What is going on??? We could not believe Mr. Brent did not do anything to gas dryer but lied to us and the inspector. We had to call Village Plumbing to send us another plumber to connect the gas dryer in the same day. The technician (Mr. Brandon) said he will have to charge us $350 per hour if he has to come out in the same day. WHAT?!!!! Mr. Brent did not finish the job and we have to suffer through this???

The job was poor!!! The dryer gas pipe used to be under the house. Mr. Brandon was not be able to go install it under the house. He connected the pipes inside of our house around the walls. We could not believe it!!! It is very ugly and not done the job right.

We ended up with a bill of $3500 for this type of headache and can not trust these people. They also left our house dirty.

Once, Mr. Brent said to me.. Don't worry about the dirt. You should worry about you don't have the gas.

We have a baby that we try to keep the house clean as much as possible. Also, they left lots of cigarette butts in our back yard driveway.

How can we be HAPPY with this kind of service????

I have found my plumber for life!! Jason came by my home to install my new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. He is the most polite and courteous man. He was extremely personable and he answered any and all of questions. And, I had a lot of questions for him. He cleaned as he worked, and cleaned up after he was done. I have never been more impressed with a service man!!

Booked this company and they came out and did a great job unclogging my sink. I have a clogged AC line I called a AC company and I was told that I need a Plumber to unclog it so because 1800plumber did such a great job the first tim I called them back. They scheduled me for 6/15/20 from 12-2 I took off from work so I could be there. Here is why they only got 3 stars. The morning of my appt they called me and said that the technician couldnt make it and they tried to schedule me for the next day. I explain to her that I couldnt because I have to work and I ask could someone else come out, all I got was a I'm sorry. They inconvenienced me and I was not happy at all. Now I have to call around to see if I can find another company to come out today to unclog my AC line. They have lost a customer and I will not refer them to anyone. Wasting my time is not a option for me.

Excellent customer service!  This is the first time using Trademark Home Services in Richmond, Texas and we couldn't be happier. Last week, the winter storm hit the Houston area. We lost our water and electricity. Eric from Trademark gave us a 2pm to 6pm window for Thursday, Feb. 18th. to get our water back on after a frozen pipe burst. Eric called at 5:30 pm to inform us that the current call he's on is taking a little longer. Eric got to our house a few hours later, no fault of his, around 1:00 am. He got us going, and still had another home to get to. THIS IS FANTASTIC, AND IS THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Eric was absolutely worn out. Eric's shop to note, was also out of power and no water. Jason at Trademark Home Services and Eric are incredible. I now have a new and hopefully lifetime provider of all our home maintenance needs.
