Best Air Duct Cleaning in Houston TX
Nice employee listened to my request for installing a new single-handle shower faucet, spoke with a plumber, then delivered the estimate of $450 to $800, and claimed the estimate was reasonable.
--- WRONG.
This project was completed by a licensed Master Plumber for $235.
The Dr. Rescue estimate....was Not Reasonable.

The plumber was professional and quick. Did the work as requested and did a great job. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

These guys are running a shady business, employ unlicensed plumbers and will cause damage to your house. You will regret doing business with them. I did not check yelp reviews before hiring them and it cost me more money and time to fix the issue that I called for. It was a mistake.
I called this company to fix a blockage in the bathroom sink p-trap in my rental property. After the p-trap was cleaned and invoiced to me and after I made the payment their technician called and said that there are two leaks, one in the faucet and other in the sink and gave me an estimate of $1400. The cost for p-trap cleaning was $110. Another thing the technician was trying to repeatedly sell their warranty and other services that I did not call for and had not interest in.
The technician did not mention anything about the leaks prior to beginning the work and when I inquired over the phone about the leaks present before he started working, he said there were no leaks before. The technician for no reason took out the supply line to the faucet and caused a leak. Later that day, I spoke to the company's Austin area manager who refused to repair the damages done by their unlicensed technician caused. When I mentioned to the manager that the technician was unlicensed, he said that he will send a licensed plumber to take look at the work, but no one ever showed up even after making repeated calls to their operators.
I had to hire another plumber and spend more money and time to get things fixed.

Had two mixed experiences with this company. First time my AC went out without warning. They figured it was a capacitor issue and replaced the capacitor - albeit with a very high upcharge (my home warranty company was shocked they were charging me $400 just to replace a capacitor). Additionally, they were very late to the appointment - although I couldn't blame the tech for doing a thorough job with the previous client, I didn't have anyone come until 4 hours after my appointment window.
The second time, my AC drain line apparently became clogged and tripped my float switch. They sent out a tech to snake the line, but again with a very high charge of more than $250. They didn't offer a warranty for the service. Well about a month after that service, the drain line clogged again and I ended up having to hire another company to do it again (it's now lasted 9 months without issue).
All in all, I had two mixed experiences, and get the sense that the company seems to be more focused on making money than solving issues. The only plus is that they are available at nearly all times, but based on the low quality and high cost of their services I would not recommend for AC issues

Donald came by immediately after calling because our electric panel burned and we had a brand new up to code panel with new meter box and breaker box within 24hours done by Rey and Jeff . Whom were extremely professional.
They never left the house and heavy rain came .
They came inside for a brief second .
But they stayed with us never left and got the job done
To me it doesn't get any better than that

My neighbor informed me I had a leak on my side yard with water coming onto his driveway. Based on the a Yelp reviews, I booked an appointment via their webpage to look into the problem. Within a few minutes they contacted me and sent out a technician, Michael. He was very thorough, turning off all water systems and main water. The leak was still there. He was able to determine the leak was actually on my neighbors main water line and the line crosses into my property. They contacted my neighbor and promptly the hole was dug, line repaired and ground restored. Price seemed fair (plumbing issues expensive) but great service!

I have copied and pasted my Google review to this site also since my review is rather long.
I am very busy and hardly ever take the time to do reviews but I felt compelled to do this one based on my first time experience with this company. I had a plumbing issue happen at 5 am that I thought was going to require a new water heater and was dreading having to find a plumbing company without much time to research several of them. I went on my neighborhood Nextdoor app. and saw some positive reviews so I went further and looked them up on Google and found some really good reviews there also. I called them at 8 am when they opened and was given an appointment between 2-4 pm, got a call just after 2 stating that Chad was on his way. I also received a text withing a minute after the call with a picture of Chad and a link to track his time and distance to my house. Chad and his assistant were very professional in every aspect and looked over my situation and answered all of my questions. I was fully expecting to be sold a water heater and probably would have approved it since I am not a plumbing expert but instead got an estimate for $291.00 before any repairs were made. I was told that the issue was a valve that was causing my all of problems and not the water heater. I was very surprised and happy with this news and so was my wallet. They did inspect my heater and told me that it is 15 years old and should be replaced soon based on they age and gave me some options but never any hard sell or pressure. I know many of these professions have a reputation of trying to really stick it to people but I can honestly say that this company did not and I will most definitely recommend them and use them for any plumbing needs in the future, including my new water heater. Thanks!!!

I received an email from Angie's List re: a gas fireplace tune-up offer from Trademark Home Services. After reading other Trademark reviews I crossed my fingers that Jason would be the one assigned to my request. Sure enough, luck was on my side (for once). Jason was very knowledgeable but talked to me in terms I could understand...he was also very personable and professional. Gas Valve replacement and fireplace refurbishment was recommended. Service was arranged in a timely matter and at that point I was introduced to Eric G. and a new employee by the name of Rob who was riding shotgun with Jason while in training. I was extremely pleased with the service and repairs performed by all three gentlemen. Signed up for the Trademark Home Protection program for the furnace tune-up...may add other protection options in the future.
