Ben just finished re-stringing my wood blinds and re-hanging the art ledge.  Fantastic work and great price.  I highly recommend him.

I just had my bathroom repaired by Price Plumbing and E.P.K. (the two of them, Richard and Ed, work together, also Ron the carpenter) and they did a great job on a complicated project for an affordable price. The toilet flange had been leaking for a while and had rotted through the plywood and was dragging cracking the ceramic tile. It entailed replacing all that plus a bunch of connecting fixture. They had to work in the crawl space of the house and above. I had tried twice before to get other estimates but neither got back to me after looking at it. They were efficient, finishing the job in about 3 days and left the site nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would use either again if I had a plumbing issue.

I had a toilet leak. He was Very quick to respond, reliable, and very Reasonable pricing! I definitely  will go to him for all my plumbing needs.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Thanks to the Handy Andy crew for coming in and helping spruce up a new listing!  They removed old permanent wall mirrors and shelves, hung fans and light fixtures, changed out cabinet hardware, removed a wooden platform and more.  They were on time, professional and did what they said they were going to do for the amount they estimated.  I appreciated the communication as to issues that arose - they discussed them with me before moving forward and charging.  Mahalo!

Update: I would like to say that your experience with DH plumbing is all dependent on the crew or plumber they dispatch to you. We had an issue with the newly installed tub that stopped draining. The plumber that was dispatched to fix the problem was courteous and educated us on how to avoid the problem in the future.
Such a difference from the renovation crew!

With regard to the contract, is quite general and there can be a lot left to clarify. You did have to approve additional things to be covered within the contract. However when installation of recessed lighting includes painting over the fixture (sloppy painting) and visible dirty handprints on the ceiling. I believe a conversation with management is required.

No show and no call two days in a row for appointments for shower valve repair.  Disrespectful of customers time.  Also previous job done on kitchen sink now drips at the trap.
