My oven needed an electrician to check that it was receiving power. Casteel's  technician arrived promptly. He pulled the unit out of the under counter cabinet and checked for power. It had it, therefore the oven needed repair. When I went to pay him, he surprised me by saying there was ,no charge! I kept insisting as I know most companies charge a service fee. He wouldn't let me pay. Needless to say, I am sold on Casteel!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Heads Plumbing. After having another company come out and quote an estimate of $2800 to fix and repair a drain stoppage causing a minor overflow of water into my house, I had to get another opinion. The fine folks on my Nextdoor app recommended two companies in the area and I immediately decided to call Heads Plumbing. Not only were they able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue, they were also able to make the necessary repairs to get my unit back in tip-top shape. The best news? The final tab was less than $600. I repeat, less than $600. After fearing a price tag almost FIVE times what I actually paid, I received fantastic and quick service. I will absolutely be calling them again should anything arise and I'm happy to give them rave reviews.

Best in the business!  Coldest day in 2014 thus far and my unit went out.  Called the office after hours and a technician got back with me in less than 30 minutes.  We tried to do some troubleshooting over the phone, and when that didn't work, he said he'd be out soon.  Less than 30 minutes later he was at my door took care if the problem.  In a little more than 1hour after my initial phone call, my unit was humming and up and running.  Now I know why we've been a customer of Knight for almost 30 years!  If you want great customer service from good, caring people, this is your company!

Complete RIP OFF! They charge you $95 dollars just to come out there and then for replacing a gas leak they charged me $400 dollars which they were supposed to text me and they didn't. NEVER AGAIN THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

They're professional, responsive, reasonably priced ... and they know where every sewer line in the neighborhood is. Inman Park is lucky to have Ken Mattus and his crew.
