Best Septic System Installation in Atlanta GA
Their estimate for repairs was extremely overpriced - their bid was more than twice the amount I ended up paying, and the contractor I chose was very highly reviewed in this forum. Aaron has excellent reviews for professionalism and service, probably true, but their services are highly overpriced. Look elsewhere for excellent service AS WELL AS reasonable prices.

Doug was absolutely excellent! He was very professional and explained what needed to be done.

Our city requires the septic tank to be pumped every five years, so I called Easy Clean Septic. The service was completed to my satisfaction. Septic riser was also installed during this visit.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Easy Clean Septic for septic tank service. Thank you Ben.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

I have been looking for a good plumber since March. Three previous plumbers priced themselves out of the jobs I wanted done. Mike's price was perfect. He had the honesty (most important), experience, calmness, humility, and joy to do the jobs I wanted. He replaced the shower head and faucet with new ones. I also wanted an expensive faucet installed with my old stainless steel double sink. Mike was honest: The new faucet is flashy and expensive. It would be an insult to put it anywhere near the old sink. He didn't do the job just to get my money.
Thank you, Mike. I finally found a trustworthy plumber.

Shawn the plumber is the best. We had a huge backup the night before NYE and he came and worked until 2 in the morning to get our backup cleared up! he even worked through the intense rain. A few months later, we had saved up the money to have the entire home's plumbing redone (it was a terrible flip we moved into) and now e dry thing is working great! We are so grateful for Shawn and his excellent work (which he guarantees for up to a year)!

Awful and rude! First moment they started cut my cable and internet line. When confronted they knew what they had done but didn't care. I asked if they would fix it since they broke it and their response was no! We don't do that Tried calling the office to get some help but only was able to reach a scheduling department which told me she would give the message to front office which was still open and that they would take care of it. I never heard back. Very bad customer service to not return a call. They also left piles of dirt in both my yard and my neighbors. Looks awful. I could only assume if they do this poor of a job on what you can see then what you can't see must be so much worse. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have tried to reach this business several times over the past week. The only response after leaving my initial message with their answering service was a text telling me to call another number (678-362-3584) to schedule an appointment. Which I did...only to get voicemail. Left messages 2x and I am now officially giving up. I think that they are way too busy and really don't need my business. I guess those great reviews are only from those they choose to service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This company left our yard in shambles. The owner kept missing appointments to address the situation then disappeared and won't contact us. We ended up with well over a foot of standing water AFTER the work was done. THEY ALSO CHANGED THE QUOTE THE DAY THEY STARTED WORK. I would not recommend them at all.

the emergency weekend tech, bruce, seemed knowledgable & professional & helpfull on the phone, but I was unwilling to spend the extra 200 for an emergency call to get my pilot light started ,,on the 6yr.,2mos,&16days old brad/white 50 gal.top o the line water heater. so I called brad/white mfg of heater, doing online research, & making a lot of non-tech homeowner assumptions. The P.P.S.&D. monday tech came on time, listened 2 my story, but, instead of going thru his paces like I ASKED, 2 see if my assumptions were wrong or right, & doing his own test of unit,or, figuring out if what the mfg support line told me was correct or not, cause, im trying 2 educate myself but im not a waterheater guy,...he advised me that the valve was indeed broken, that no-one has the valve, would take 2 wks 2 get the valve, then 2 do the work would cost the same as getting a whole new heater at starting $1,400.00.!! I said, nope, (cause I was looking at the part online, screen up at 189 in stock same day ship from just ONE atl plumb. supply company!...nope! so, I called the co. that installed it, Mr.P...their tech came next day, tues, on time., tech. Kyle M., pushed a safety button, & it started right up...so, no, I do NOT reccommend PPS&D. The weekend tech seemed knowledgable & helpfull on the phone, but OTHER than that, NOPE.!

This company came to do a kitchen renovation with labor only. I asked for a bathroom quote as well for a future project. It was made clear on more than one occasion that I was doing one project at a time and the only thing I was doing was the kitchen. I repeated this numerous times. We met at Floor & Decor to pickup tile and they showed up a small SUV, okay first sign. NO pickup truck? Well Okay, that's possible. Then they ask about the bathroom tile, I again repeated we are not doing the bathroom just the kitchen. We get to HD to pick up mortar and grout, I ask, do you have a hammer drill since the kitchen is in a concreted basement, John and Richard confirm yes they do. We get back to home, Monday is done. Tuesday they come late around 3pm. I have cameras everywhere, I watch for hours as they stare at the concrete wall. Then John says to me he has to build a wall to put the cabinets on, a wall with studs, plywood, and sheet rock, mudded and painted. Let me remind you I have already purchased all cabinets according to the dimensions of the kitchen. On Wednesday, I watch as John manually hammers concrete nails that are 2 inches into the newly created wall. I also see he is failing at hammering them. New request for more supplies of wood decking nails that are 3 inches and other things. I show up on Thursday morning, the 113 ( 9'5) wall John started on Tuesday is still not even mudded, AND my bathroom tube/shower is outside cut up in pieces.... where in the world did we get this wrong. Further, more the cabinets I bought from Lowe's now are about 4 to long because he took 4 off the measurements, building a wall. BTW.... come to find out he did not have an operating hammer drill... THIS IS WHY he asked to spend an additional $200 out of my budget to build this 2 day wall. Further, he pour self leveling concrete over my existing old concrete, with no primer and no border to protect the adjacent rooms. So I now have wet concrete under my newly placed laminate flooring....
These people had no clue what they were doing, I wished I had noticed in their pictures, I don't them actually in the pictures with workers or doing actual work. I didn't see their before and after work again with them in the pictures.
It actually took them 1 whole day to remove a range hood.
As I stated there were cameras everywhere, I was not there due to work constraints so I wanted to make sure I was apprised of all their work. So I do have receipts....
